    I just finished week 3 day 1 45 push ups I m 41 year old female doing male style push ups My arms hurt can t believe I can hold my phone to type this review Loving the app I m not a fitness freak I do run walk and eat healthy Really want my arms looking better so when I wave or shake hands my arms don t flap in the wind I do this 3 times per week Enjoying the challenge Sometimes my 9 yr old daughter joins me too Family fun                     So glad I m doing this Happy mom again

    This is the perfect app for increasing your push up reps I am leaving for the navy in September and this will get me ready for the pst 4 stars because the app teaches an improper way to perform the push ups Look up proper push up form when using this app as the traditional T shaped push ups are bad for your shoulder joints                 Great app Original_Sola

    That app looks great and performs as stated My biggest grip is there is no way to edit your sets If you can only preform half of the set the app doesn t let you enter how many reps you where actually able to preform which doesn t effectively allow you track your actual progress         Okay EJC82

    I have a great iPhone app called 100 pushups that measures what you currently do and works up from there I thought I would get one for iPad Although the graphics looked interesting I am not sure what the point of this is First it says warm up for five minutes doing what Then says go Then just sets numbers and timers Not helpful Going to delete it     Will try something else

    I came to this app through the c25K app which I love and recommend I figured this would be another high quality app and for the most part is However it is missing a key feature The timer stops if you leave the app put your screen to sleep This means you cant do anything else or let your screen sleep if you wantneed to conserve battery Its a shame but can hopefully be updated     1 key feature missing
    It is a Great app Like it was it has no problem easy to use and after every updates its getting better                 Very Helpful app

    I decided to try this app as I wanted to get into body weight workouts and have to say I am loving this app like the progressions on week 3 presently it appears to be a 3 days a week workout                 Great app

    1 and most important problem They are missing the TEST 2 and 2nd important problme No where is there a place to input your AGE which is part of the test and helps you gage you ability Once you test you should be able to jump to week 3 if you have the ability because doing 15 pushups over the space of 5 minutes is a waste of time if you can do 30 pushups in the initial Test I wish I could get my 99 back     This APP is awful
