Love it Works just like my 20 year old 12c Using it on my iPhone 6              Great calculator

I miss not using my 12c back when I was in the actuary department This app faithfully replicates it                 Love it

I was at a lunch in San Francisco with a couple of powerhouse commercial real estate brokers and we were working some real estate deal and one broker whipped out his HP12C but the other guy left his in his car So I broke out my HP 12E and gave it to him They were amazed and the conversation diverted to I got to get me one of thosePR                 I gotta get me one of those

What happened to the ability for the calculator to rotate in portrait mode Used to be a great feature was taken away and never returned Otherwise a great app        Rotation mode gone

Kudos I love the HP 12 C financial calculator app Ive been using it for years The HP 12 C emulator is every bit as good as the original It took me a few years to switch from carrying two calculators to now only one the emulator app on my iPhone The bottom row of keys was slightly touch insensitive for a period of about one year But recently with upgrades the touch sensitivity has become much more responsive Any additional responsiveness would be a plus I think that the creators should continue to maintain the product as it is but if there is an opportunity to add perhaps a flip screen situation that would be wonderful So it would be an HP 12 C on one side and a graphing calculator on the flipside Wonderful product worth every penny Five stars                 Great move

Less than 24 hours after I downloaded this app I was asked to review it OK here goes look and feel is goodaudible click is effective keyboard feature So far it has been accurateIve checked it with Excel But what is with the blinking Running display that appears while the app is calculating I can understand that the designers might be staying true to the original 12C but it was lame in 1988 when I bought one used in Harvard Square still working and now it is nostalgically lame The app doesnt seem to be able to reproduce the keyboard selftest from the original 12C so adherence to the principle of reproduction is incomplete But hey this app cost less than buying new mercurycontaining button batteries to my old 12C and its inside my phone so Im pretty satisfied so far After Ive used it for a few days I will have a better sense and will update my review if things change              12C in my phone

After upgrading my 6 to IOS 9 the 12e only displays half the calculator It does not work     12e worked great until IOS 9 upgrade

The greatest financial calculator ever made is recreated on your phone Even includes RPN What could be better than that Highly recommend                 Buy it its an HP12C for your phone

The HP 12c has to be the longest running hand held electronic device The 12c entered the market in 1981 and are still in production for sale today Now the exact functionality is available as an app This may be doom for the venerable product but a boom for us to have it on our phones pads and other devices                 All in One

This is pretty much the same as HP12C that iI have used for over 20 I have used for over 20 years Only Now its on my pretty iPhone 6                 This is awesome

I have had this app for years with no issues Now it opens sideways when the device is vertical and half of the calculator is off the screen If the developers make it revert back so it works fine in landscape it would be great Fix it please     Fix it

I had an HP 12C about 30 years ago but it disappeared somewhere along the line Finding this app was like finding an old friend that I hadnt seen in years It is still the same great calculator                 Like an old friend

Have depended on my two HP 12c calcs for years and dreaded having to carry both a cell phone and the HP back and forth This app takes care of that and does it very well It even has its own user guide helping eliminate the big HP guide but of course HP explains all the possible programming on the Magog Black Box Sound is easy to turn down just use the downup buttons As for the light keeping wifey awake get outta bed The only drawback is the small size but that is limited by the size of the iPhone not any problem of the app                 Excellent

I bought my first HP 12C in 1980 and have carried it since Initially I was cautious about an app but found this one to be very close to the real thing While it is impossible to duplicate the soft key feeling the app is functional and reliable Good job                 Legacy 12C User

The 12E app is virtually the same as the native HP app for the iPhoneiPad and is superior in terms of rotation and ability to silence key clicks And its less expensive                 Better than HP Version

As a real estate agent I use this all of the time It is so handy to whip out at a property and make a quick estimated monthly payment for my client                 Handy Tool

Since the new iOS release on 91715 you only have half of the calculator No numbers Hope a fix is coming soon I use daily                 Great calculator

This app functions and looks identically to the original 12C Even the calculation time is adjusted to approximate the original calculators calculation time The latest version only continues to impress Without exception it is the best financial calculator for the iPhone                 Best app ever

What I love about this app it functions exactly like a HP 12C I am a financial planner who uses it mostly for time value of money functions and it works as smoothly as the 3D industry standard it replicates What dont love Im not sure how appropriate it is for the design of the calculator to imitate its real life counterpart The beveled edges look weird when typing on glass On the iPhone Im never really sure what key Im really hitting I would recommend a UI thats more in line with the iOS flat lookor at least an option to have that iOSlike design Great app overall though              Its greatest asset is also its greatest liability

So what good is an autorotate ability to use in portrait mode if it only shows half the keyboard Disregard I deletedreloaded app and now works in portrait     July 2015 Update

Only problem with my 12C was having to take it along Now its always with me Is it possible to print out an amortization table as the physical 12C could do with optional printer Great App                 Great emulation of the wonderful HP 12C
