This is a great exercise program I had very good results while using this app Only disappointing thing is this app used to have a meal plan that would help plan out daily meals After an update it was removed I wish I was placed back into the app Great but no more meal plan

Although you must purchase the full version for it to be effective the app is awesome Good workouts that wont overstress joints is what I was searching for and what I found However the app could be improved if you were to add some of the Athlean X fat brining workouts to the app Id love to have the video version and timer of 5 minutes of hell or any other to help tone my 6 pack even further All in all a great app to have Great app and could be even better
