I have not once been able to successfully log into this app The app crashes every single time I type in my login information I feel like I wasted 40 on the eBook that I just purchased because I cannot view it unless I am on the AHA website Shameful     Crashes every time I try to log in LRD20

This is a zero star app Constantly crashes the Table of Contents for a book never opens and turning pages is clumsy Makes me regret not buying the paper book     Horrible Pedsurgkb

They require this basic book and after purchasing you only get to view through an app No download no print Bunch of garbage It s not like the book is revolutionary It contains the following Make sure scene is safe Call for help and get AED Start CPR compressions at 30x2 The end     AHA are tyrants DR.CR.23

This is literally the most pathetic user interface I ve ever encountered It s unusable     The single worst app I ve used Coffeemann

The desktop version is barely adequate was unable to download one of the purchased titles for months then it just magically seemed to work Since then the desktop title has worked but face it we purchase an electronic version for the easy access and it has never been reliable disappearing ad lib and only sometimes reappearing when I sync the account I just ended a phone call with tech support and they cannot access the network to assist I very much regret not going with the paper version and am attempting to obtain a refund This has been a most unsatisfactory experience Update they tell me that they will keep working on the issue but will not refund my money as the purchase went through a third party Channing Bete who also refused me a refund AVOID THIS APP ebook     Total waste of money and then time attempting to keep it working Louislg

Had trouble finding the 2015 ACLS Provider Manual It would not show up on the bookshelf in the bookshelf view Spent almost an hour with tech support Before I just happened I to switch to it mode and there it was Still can t see it in the in app bookstore hence I purchased it using a regular web browser             Great once you get your book FilmCritic

Students instructors be warned With so many great e readers available AHA has dropped the ball on this proprietary app As an instructor I was hoping this would would be useful but it couldn t be further from the truth No page numbers to index with students using a textbooks Highlighting and notation is an absolute joke View sizing is worthless Pages just scroll together making checklists lesson maps run together One star is being too generous So much for going paperless guess it s back to textbooks     Such a waste NoCo Jester

I am using it for ACLS Instructor manual When trying to highlight it flips pages When trying to swipe up and down to navigate it opens chapters in another page When trying to find a specific checklist I cannot browse through pages or contents with a glance I need to scroll manually through all section content Gave it two stars because I was able to place bookmarks and frustratingly get some content highlighted and this made it usable for navigation Still a better option for me than carrying a weighty book         Flips pages when trying to highlight Nafrayu123

One click on any part of the page and the app loads the same section and when you go back it loses time on loading the same part you were reading Also highlighting unhighlighting must improve Waste of time should have bought hard copy of the book     What a way to complicate things Walblues

As others have said hands down a terrible reader Unfortunately as far as I can tell this is the only choice of reader if you want AHA books on an iOS device But really they need to through this reader in the garbage bin and write buy one that actually is useable     Terrible User Interface Tired Seattle

This app is horrible Don t get it I don t know what causes it but I ll be in the middle of a chapter then it ll suddenly take me back to the beginning of the book or completely log out of the app     Fix it Muirlynn

This app uses a strange method of pagination Each section chapter of the book is a single long page which you scroll up and down through When you get to the end of a section it jumps you to the beginning of the next section even if your finger is still on the page because you re reading what s left of the previous section Since these books are not available in electronic versions elsewhere or in formats like DRM ed PDF users are stuck with this terrible interface Please allow for standard pagination in the next version of this app     Easily the worst reading app I ve used Neal O.

Do not waste your money on any ebooks from Aha Their eBook app does not work You can t get signed in so even after you buy their eBook on line it does no good because their app will not allow you to sign in to get your book their tech support is an email address that doesn t respond so you are out of luck if you want to get their eBook They offer nothing for visually impaired customers Just a waste of time and money Do not get this app     App does not work at all Lil Sis Big Sis

I just purchased 4 books on the AHA website for a class tomorrow I have tried on 2 different devices with the same result The app crashes at the end of downloading the book Then when I restart the app and select the book it will error out and instruct me to download the book again I am using iOS 8 on an iPad and iPhone 6     Does not work rs911

This app will no longer open a the BLS book I purchased When it was working it wasn t useful in class as there are no page numbers for the instructors to refer students to Telling students to turn to page 27 in the text to follow along with the class does not help students with this version of the book Also there are too many steps to purchase the textbooks You must go online and create an account purchase the text then log into the app and download the book I have contacted the AHA about this and even reported it to our regional AHA Account Manager They should have just contracted with iTunes and Amazon to create an eBook If they can t get an eBook app to work properly I hope they don t get into producing eCertifications as they have planned     Won t Open AJ McM
