This App is incredible We were looking around for top rated apps and accidentally stumbled onto this one Our son has barely spoken any intelligible words he s going on four and this app helped engage him immediately I yelled for my husband to see what was happening before my eyes because it was amazing to hear him talk I started off with the letter P and he was having so much fun with the way the app was set up You see the picture it enunciates the word and your child has to say it before swiping it It was almost like a really fun game to him and we got some shockingly amazing results I kinda exhausted the app with he and his brother gave them treats and they asked for it as a reward Um no complaints here Our toddler is apart of many speech therapy programs here in Utah and all of the therapists were astonished with what he had learned from this app We took his iPad to all three sessions last week just so they could potentially use it as a tool themselves since we got some immediate great results We also had to get a review of our son s diagnosis and they were unsure of Apraxia I mean how can an app spark that much language I cannot say enough great things about this app and some great thought went into it Many thanks to the creators Best App We Have Ever Used for Our Two Children w Apraxia Autism MMCSLC

I love this app The students love it too I have the Pro version and it covers all sounds in all positions My only problem is that for medial t is Hunter It s a real life picture of a man in hunting clothes pointing a rifle I didn t know this was there so my students saw this picture and were at the very least taken aback I wish they would remove this image Great but one flaw callalily1

I think this could be a great app for my son but I ultimately deleted it because you have to purchase each letter Why not sell the entire app for 5 99 I think more people would purchase it in the long run Too expensive wookieelegs

This app is by far the most comprehensive and thorough app on the market as all word positions for sounds are covered and in phrases and sentences Kids love to match and spin and its colorful and fun too Best Articulation App Meryl C

Overall this is a very high quality app and has gotten a lot of us in our house however I do have some reservations with recommending it I will say though that my two year old daughter plays with it quite frequently She has learned so much and is much more communicative because of it I like that she is learning and engaged while using it The app is very clean and professional in appearance It is also easy to use My only critique is content wise There are many cards which I would prefer that my children not see such as candy doughnuts cookies cake soft drinks etc Whose idea was it to have an app for kids with multiple pictures of junk food throughout There are also cards that I do not want to see such as giant harry spiders the creepy face and the larger than life cockroach In addition to the cards I mentioned above there are many cards that some people will find inappropriate for some audiences I m referring to things like witch ghost zodiac Zeus etc We do not do mythology or astrology in our house and I really did not appreciate having to explain these things that were introduced to my daughter For a work around you can hide these words during an individual session but this is kind of a pain because you have to reset the hidden settings every single time that you play And my daughter initiates use of this app on her own and does not activate the custom list If there were a way to permanently delete select cards or at the very least have them not show up by default then this app would be a five star app Until then though it gets an OK rating as I would only recommend this for select audiences A final note I made this mistake if you upgrade to pro in the app you are NOT getting the full pro version If you want the full pro version you have to get the actual pro app which is a seperate purchase UPDATE It was pointed out to me by one of the developers that the content of the actual pro app is the same as the content in the upgrade to pro in the original version The difference is that the original version does not have the pro in the logo in the bottom corner and the original version is not able to be upgraded to the bundle in iTunes So if you like the free version of the app and are considering upgrading my recommendation is not to buy the upgrade to pro in the original version but to buy the stand alone pro app so that you don t run into any issues And if you have any questions do not hesitate to contact the support staff They care deeply about putting together a quality app and are very responsive Good Quality But Content May Not Be Suitable for All Audiences SouthernBelleinMD

I have found this app to be very useful for both my young students as well as those in the older grades The kids enjoy the updated pictures and silly sentences while enjoy the ease in developing the session to their skill level I can pick the sound placement and skill level with just a few taps I love that the data is kept for me The kids like to take ownership of their sound and watch their percentages correct climb Thanks for developing such a useful app for therapists Fun app for drill NWSD16401

How can i buy games for myself and not spend 8 to help my kid Her school actually introduced her to the app during her speech therapy session As a developer myself I am familiar with the lead developers of this app through the app community so I didn t hesitate to buy this app when my kid started speech The key feature I like is documentation It is not just an app they mess around with It allows me to track progress and share that progress with the teacher at school If your kids speech therapist isn t using this app or the full paid version how are they communicating progress challenges to you Insist your school get this then you download the free one and buy the packages you need Wow A ton of content for 8 Mark in SLC

This is a quality articulation therapy app It is quite flexible with many ways to play which both keeps children s interest over numerous sessions and also allows for greater customization and generalization I also enjoy the ability to customize word lists for a particular child and combine sounds for increased randomized practice The staff at Little Bee Speech is also very friendly responsive and helpful Good work with this app Great Therapy App K-speech

I LOVE this app It is very helpful for working with multiple students with different sounds at the word level You are able to set up games and flash cards with a mix of sounds to target different students needs you can even set it up for unique positions Speaking of positions it is great because you can target one position or multiple positions Very customizable I am so thankful to little Bee Speech for making this accessible to me in my new district it was hard to leave it behind in my old district Public School SLP SLP - Bennett

I love this app I learned about it through our speech therapist It is a little pricey I wish it was more affordable But my daughter has severe verbal issues and two of my other children need therapy as well This is a great way to get them to practice beyond just the take home worksheets I wish they had more word variety in the flash cards like with more daily words like play or cute or hurt But ultimately this is a wonderful app a great resource and I already have recommended it to my best friend for her autistic and speech delayed step son Mom of Littles SMO4-09

I get it this is the free version but it has one sound That is basically useless You have to have at least two two use the shuffle sounds feature and you cant even do that without buying another sound At least make two available so parents can try it out before plunking down 50 on the full app Off enough in the App Store the pro version is 50 but through the in app purchase all sounds are 70 Im sure this app would be incredibly useful and a great learning tool but Im not about to spend 50 on something I cant test out in more depth One sound

I just purchased this app and I love it One great feature is that you can switch between students during a group session When you select a student the apps pulls up the sound and activity that you preselected for that particular student ArtikPix does not have this feature I also love that you can add your own photos when you purchase the full version One addition that I would really like to see would be the option to add a new sound category to the home page such as vocalic r or CV words I would also like to see preloaded vocalic r photos when you purchase the full version I think this app has more professional and appealing images than the Articulation Games app Review of Articulation Station

I am a certified SLP and absolutely love this articulation app The pro version includes all sounds There are a number of things I love First you can work at the sound sentence or story level for all sounds You can also play a game to change it up Another great feature is the shuffle sounds so that you can work on more than one sound at a time with a student If you have groups you can assign different sounds to each student which is great The app will track data if you want it to and the pictures and sound are phenomalit always works and is never glitchy In addition Im picky about how it looks and this app looks and feels great It is definitely my goto artic app and if I could only pick 1 app to use in therapy this would be it Best Articulation App

I like the app But in app purchase wont work They are required for the different letters that you want to work on In app purchases are broken

My daughter uses Articulation Station with her SLP and has also started using it at home It is nice that she can use the same program in both places Since p is one of her target sounds I have not purchased any other sounds yet That does not keep her from enjoying the app though She loves to play the matching game and I like that I can decide where the sound is in the words beginning medial or end The pictures are colorfuleasy to understand and modern I no longer have to keep track of black and white copies of mediocre pictures in order for her to practice her speech She can also work independently as the app will speak the word to her in a clear easy to understand normal voice that is NOT computerized This is an effective tool in allowing my daughter to reach her speech goals and we continue to see progress the more she uses it More sounds are definitely on our AppStore wish list Effective and engaging

Downloaded this hoping to see if it would be useful for my child The free version offers ONE sound only the p sound One sound is definitely not enough to figure out if a 60 app is worth purchasing Uninstalling now Disappointed

Articulation Station is one of my favorite go to articulation apps I love the versatility this app offers I can use it with multiple students simultaneously even if they are working on different sounds at different levels This app offers wonderful data collection capabilities as well as a great recording feature Kids are able to hear their errors and self correct The variety of activities at the word sentence and paragraph level definitely keep my students engaged I also love that you can purchase the sounds as you need them a great alternative if you dont need all of the sounds that the Pro version has to offer One of my favorite artic apps

I love what it does I would rate it 5 but I wish it had a way to track isolation CV and conversational that way all my data is together Also I wouldnt mind if thong for voiceless th was removed they are called flip flops now All in all I think it is worth buying because it is great Elementary School SLT

As a clinician servicing a large number of students with articphon disorders I spent quite some time looking into engaging and effective artic apps After reviewing and trying out a list of popular artic apps I must say that Articulation Station is my favorite and my students favorite thus far It has really great features my kids love the rotating sentences and how they can record and play back their productions the ease of data collection and the ease of forming student groups and allowing them to select different targetspositions within the same app Its a school SLPs dream Its been working SO well with my students I really cant say enough about how wonderful it is Definitely the BEST articulation app available Best artic app for schoolaged children

I love this app Not only was this app effective for helping my 4yo daughter with her diction it also solidified her reading Incredibly I discovered that I had problems with my own diction My daughter used it 3060 min day for six months I use it periodically to clean up my own diction I havent purchased all of the letters Ive bought about ten Ive looked at other cheaper programs but I havent found anything that compares The quality of the diction is excellent and the sentences are interesting for a child I wish I would have purchased the entire program up front Amazing App Worth The Money

This app is especially useful with my 5 minute articulation therapy sessions I am able to track data at all levels easily write my SOAP notes in the notes portion for each session The kids are engaged in the activities love to see their progress after each session Articulation Stations tech support is phenomenal When I needed help they were friendly efficient went above beyond to fix the issue I would definitely recommend this app My go to app for articulation therapy

I loved trying out this app I liked that they offer all the different positions and that a client can record themselves and can listen it back for the feedback I just wished there was a few more sounds in the lite version than just one sound Great starter app yet wished they could offer more sounds in the lite version

I am a mom of a 2 12 year old who talks constantly but has had difficulty articulating certain sounds We purchase one sound app a week for sounds my daughter needs help with and for every sound purchased she has been correctly pronouncing that sound and words containing that sound within one week My daughter loves playing with this app squealing with delight every time the bee says You did it and plays the matching game over and over She loves to use the record function to hear herself say the words saying it more clearly every time This app works by allowing her to focus on one sound at a time use the sound in multiple ways and hear herself say the sound The app does exactly what it promises Great for toddlers

This app purchase was misleading Once downloaded I was expected to pay for each individual letter that my child has trouble speaking Rip off

I appreciate having access to the p sounds so I could check out this app before purchasing the entire set of sounds The app is very easy to use and learn and I am eager to purchase the entire set of sounds to help my kindergarten students with phonemic awareness I really like that I am able to chart the progress of multiple users Easy to navigate

I am a SLP and this is my most used app I love that you can use it with multiple students all working on different sounds The sentences are great when the child is ready to move to multiple words with their target sound per sentence This version is also great for parents who are looking to purchase one or two target sounds for their child The customer support is fantastic Thank you Little Bee for such a great app Best articulation app

I have found this app really helpful with my Clients with Autism They respond well to the technology and I dont always have to be talking The ability to record and playback is a great feature The built in data collection is also a huge time saver Great app SLP

I recently bought this app to use with my elementary and middle school students I am a school SLP I have been really impressed with how much ALL of my students love it It is great for practicing past the sentence level and the rotating sentences activity is a big hit The kids also like to record themselves and listen before scoring And it saves the data so I can focus on the student and their engagement and not be focused solely on taking data I also love the different vocalic r choices for all positions in words and sentences No more carrying around decks of cards and worksheets for me Thanks Great article app

I downloaded this to help my son and there is only 1 sound included You have to spend 299 on each other ones Its not worth it Not great

I love this app The only thing I would change is not being able to see the running percentage I use this with some older students and they will decide if good or bad However they will pick good because they dont like to see the percentage go down Is there a way to hide this Awesome app

This is a great artic app I love the clear child friendly pics as well as the ease of use of the app I also like the recording capabilities for self monitoring and feedback as many other artic apps have too but what I like about this app over others is the way it saves the data in a very clear organized manner I just purchased the R sound for the vocalic Rs and my student who used it today just loved it He was really motivated by watching his score and percentage of correct productions increase as he produced the words or sentences correctly He also did well with the auditory feedback All in all this is a great app for SLPs Great artic app

My four year old has a severe speech delay We have run the gauntlet on finding a great speech application which would really highlight his weaknesses and help improve them Our speech therapist recommended this app While we have never spent this much on an app we noticed within a couple of weeks the dramatic improvement with our sons speech and immediately purchased the Pro It has saved our son a lot of heartache and embarrassment and has taught him the value of working hard He also really enjoys hearing himself speak and takes pride in his daily AS work We see this as an investment we would be spending hundreds of dollars monthly of extra speech Taking the time to teach our child on the ipad at home has made a huge difference in his speech vocab and also his ability to sit and concentrate We are so thrilled with this purchase and would recommend it to anyone who is looking to save money down the road and really work one on one with their child Best app out there for Speech Delays

I used to love this app but once it upgraded it stopped recordingeither that or it just wont play it back Please tell me what to do to fix this problem My students loved hearing themselves Speech

This app is fantastic for articulation therapy it does all that I need it to do I love not wasting paper by constantly printing new arctic cards or carrying around books to photocopy this definitely works for me One downside is that as a soon to be SLP grad its hard to purchase all of the sounds I KNOW Ill need them all but I havent yet pulled the trigger because Im waiting on the first pay check Overall a great app Artic Gold Standard

I liked the apps concept and bought the s sound I was using with my son and it just disappeared Said I needed to buy again Not sure why but I am not paing again so I will be deleting the app Extra sound disappeared

My son just turned 3 and my wife and I are just in love with this App It makes his progress easy to track as it grades his progressIt goes from simple word recognition all the way to story lines with memory comprehension Cannot wait to download the Pro version Thank you for making such a fantastic app that is easy to use and that my son loves Fantastic App

Im an SLP I was about to purchase the add on s pack but I decided to look at the preview first I saw that one of the examples of s medial sounds was lettuce Thats an s in final position Just because it has an e at the end doesnt make it a medial sound The e is silent Im not spending my money on something that isnt accurate Not accurate

I cannot say enough good things about this app I use it daily for group and individual therapy It is pricey but that is because it has everything you need and will never need a handout or deck of cards again The app does cover word and sentence but you can very easily use a portion of the sentence to work on phrase The kids have gotten use to the check minus system and I dont need another reinforcement system at this time which is now something else I dont have to worry about The only area of weakness is that there are no blends in the middle or at the end but I find that most children carry them over to medial and final if the get them initially anyways For the few I may need to go to anther app for it just isnt an issue Once you get moving with it I work on directions as well as the children run the app I am able to use the spinning feature to do vocabulary etc so is has multiple functions for making planning more simple The fact that it can be set up for groups is fantastic Each child has his sounds on file and when the group arrives you touch the names and the game begins Each childs name comes up with their sound and the data is there for each child What more can I sayI dont know how I did this before So much more time for evals paperwork and meetings haha PS it records and saves and emails too Once a month at least for my Medicaid kiddos I email a lesson and have my contact I should stop now I think you get the idea that I find the app useful time saving and ever so functional SLPmagic

I have had Articulation Station since it was introduced and have purchased over half of the speech sounds available for use with my speech students It is easy to use and has many great features such as recording the students being able to note if the production was correct or incorrect keeping track of data for each student etc I have also recommended it to my students families for additional practice at home Most students find it interesting and fun so they use it often I highly recommend this app for professionals and families of students who need articulation practice Talker
