App is easy to use but doesnt know there can be more than one city with the same name In searching for Empty Legs from Portland Oregon I am constantly given options for flights out of New Hampshire it seems the only Portland the app know about is the one in Maine           Decent App but needs tweaks

Theres no app in the world that can replace the people who actually book and run a charter Ive used many services and without a doubt I can say that this was the least professional organization Ive ever used to charter a plane Sure you can use the app to browse for low prices But I highly recommend you take those prices to someone trustworthy Avoid     Ripped off and frustrated

I downloaded the JetSmarter app because of the New York Times article touting how it will change private aviation forever Less fortunately the app itself is still quite severely under developed It loads slowly cancels whatever music or podcasts your playing for zero reason It is prone to crash on my iPad I dont know about iPhone 56 Most ironically I have not booked on it for actual travel although I have a huge amount of savings I am not a Baller or a basketball shot caller like I would have to be to afford 1500 flights between hubs like Boston and New York        Keep Updating Crashes Like a Plane

My experience with Jetsmarter has been great Im an air broker and experience producer I joined JetSmarter last year while building my business Burner Air Ive booked about a half dozen paid flights through Jetsmarter and about as many empty legs Although empty legs are last minute and susceptible to cancellations when they hit the experience is stellar Jetsmarter is more of a service than a technology and I recommend them to anyone who can afford the membership fee and has a flexible travel schedule                 Premium Service for Flexible Flyers

Prior to this app I had to call every company individually to get various options for my boss Now I get lots of options instantaneously with prices and pictures Its totally transparent and it saves so much time and money                 One of a kind app

The overall quality of this app is poor There are various offputting bugs unescaped entities etc but the egregious issue is that after registering I got 7 different registration notices I also got my password emailed to me in the clear 7 times This is a neato business model but the company is not executing well     Poorly executed and unsafe

App seems to be a piece of crap Cant even register Fill in my info hit register and nothing happens Not even error message     Jetsmarter

Keep getting data error in the charter search in the app their website is slow too Should fire the lousy tech department     Data error

Had so many problems dealing with flights lately but this App not only gives me the wholesale pricing but the customer service for this is brilliant Highly recommended for anyone that uses private aviation                 Transparency

App requires both notification and registration but unfortunately registration doesnt work Some wrongly thought out script prevents me from creating an account Also crashes randomly     Buggy

A lot of work needs to be done as far as passenger selections they say it is priced for the whole jet but dont give clear pricing for the correct amount of passenger with its segment fees One problem leads to another needs work with explaining Pricing correctly as well as membership perks very vague     Needs work

First time I couldnt sign in The screen was frozen and had to cancel The second time I couldnt check any flights and was getting error on error Who cares about sounds it freaked me out the first time I dont know where the funding has been used but defined not in the APP I feel the poor availability of planes destinations and regular hours and fear to actually not being able to find any flights in a range of 12 weeks Still a lot to do        The APP is very poor

I love the idea behind this and Im glad to see disruption in this space But the app is glitchy and froze on me more than once You cant sell firstclass when the app is secondrate Plus who wants to rent an airplane from a team who cant stop an iPhone app from crashing Get this resolved        Great idea app needs work

The Uber of Private Jets I cant believe their one way book per hour prices No more Jet Cards JetSmarter is the BEST Charter Aviation ever I recently tried booking a flight from San Francisco to Hong Kong Dubai and back home through American Express Centurion After numerous failed attempts to confirm a charter that was available for me on a short notice AMEX came back and told me theyll get back in 4 hours on a Sunday morning I had no patients to wait for so called Centurion Elite Concierge and I went onto App Store to search for Private Jets The very first app came with JetSmarter and the rest is history I registered with the app specified my routes and within minutes I was contacted by a lovely representative I was able to go on with my journey within 12 hours of searching for a plane This is the best of the best app                 BEST Charter App Provider

Love the idea behind booking a private flight all from your phone when i first used the app i wasnt sure what to expect but i love getting all the notifications of empty legs opening for the destinations i am looking for For me a constant traveler this app is perfect great job JS keep up the great work                 Awesome

Nice design and easy to use Only problem is that when doing a search from Birmingham to ATL there was an error Other searches had no issues              Easy to use

In order to use this app you have to create an account AND allow push notifications I promptly deleted the app because I shouldnt have to do either of those to simply look up a private jet If I found a flight that I wanted to pursue further then I should be prompted to create an account then Push notifications should always be optional     Shouldnt HAVE to register and allow push notifications to use

Finally fixed some bugs For years I have waisted time waiting on overly friendly sleazy brokers to get me options for each and every trip I take This is so much better and it saves me a ton of time                 Bugs fixed

App constantly crashes on apple 5s phones Screen goes to black and unable to navigate back     App crashes Poor navigation

The deals are only affordable when they are last minute The app is basically a way for a jet to pay for the pilotgasetc while it is not in use or is in between customer use If I want to travel at 3am tomorrow to Mexico its 1200 if I want to go when I its 43000 So no thanks Ill continue to fly first class for 1000 and have a guaranteed return trip as well     Only use if you dont have a timeframe

The app WAS amazing informative with competitive pricing on flights until the app stopped opening up on my phone Redownloaded the app multiple time and it still doesnt open up PLEASE FIX THIS BUG     Bug needs to be fixed

I thought there would be a catch with the free empty legs for members but I was pleasantly surprised that there is no catch No more commercial flights for me                 One of a kind

I have been a member of JetSmarter for 6 months now and I can whole heartedly say it has changed privation aviation Not only does no other private jet company offer free flights with a membership but the fact that you can access all flight information pricing photos and safety ratings within a minute is remarkable I cant wait to see what JetSmarter has in store for the near future                 Revolutionizing Private Aviation

Ive downloaded and deleted 3 times No luck It crashes in the opening screen I have an iPhone 6 with 81 Hopefully yall fix the issue     Keeps crashing

For whatever reason this app will not launch on any iPad Ive used Works fine on the iPhone but they need some help to perfect the iPad application     Will not open on iPad

If your a budget traveler this app isnt really the best for you unless they do their little offers where they offer free flights for both members and non members Members normally can get 1 or even 0 flights but the member fee is 7000 so           The membership fee is crazy

iPhone 5s latest iOS during registration process the window panes dont draw properly and Im unable to register Was also not able to find an email support address as I didnt want to call live support or tweet        App Not Working

They emailed my password to me in plain text which is a clear sign that they dont know what theyre doing The app is also incredibly slow I couldnt get to to load any useful information Cool idea though Hopefully theyll invest real money into app development soon     More like JetDumber
