Check In Easy - Guest List & Event Check-in Manager

This is a great app for all event planners who hate using excel file printout Easy to use and setup The name says it all Cheers                 Used at our tech conference

We used to do all our registrations through pre printed badges and spreadsheets and our CRM system We could not track people and when a guest asked if his colleague was there we literally had no idea We would also not really know how many people were at our event That all changed with Check In Easy After we went to the website and signed up for an account all i needed was me and my ipad and it was flawless Goodbye to the long lines and temp people checking in my guests                 Great registration help

App does not work You have to go online to create an account That should happen through the app So I did go online and created an account Logged into app Blank screen Nothing to pop up to start Nothing     Does not work

Froze and lost all my check ins mid event This is a cheaply made app that is overpriced for credits I tried to call and email David who gave me a credits deal for a refund and got no reply I now use the eventbrite app instead and love it     Director of Alumni Events

Total DISASTER Nothing worked properly Once you upload your guest list thats it you dont get a second chance You cant delete and reupload a guest list without losing credits even if you havent actually used the app or had the event Devices were NOT syncing AT ALL Each time I updated the guest info from the backend as soon as someone synced their device my changes were GONE The text your guests feature NEVER worked not one single time and I was showing 500 text credits We were relying on this feature to get important info to our guests The pricing for the credits is RIDICULOUS This app practically ruined our event But our guests dont see that only that things are working and ultimately they blame the host If you want your guests to come back next time DONT USE THIS APP     Disaster of an App

We discovered and began working with Check In Easy at the start of last year and it has truly revolutionized how we manage our events It is an easy clean and professional way to check in guests for all types of events Whether is a formal dinner lecture or alumni bar party we have used our iPads to seemlessly register and check in all of our guest with ease The technical support is great and our relationship with our sales rep continues to grow The only reason that we have not rated it a 5star is that we would still like for more customizations and database integrations to be available but I know the engineers are working on many of these Truly a great product from a great company Well done Check In Easy Dominican University Office of Alumnaei Relations              Great Check In App Easy to Use

Love this app for our law offices events We used to use 7 page stapled excel files This app has made our checkin soo much faster I also love getting txt alerts when certain guests arrive                 No more paper Awesome

Not having to reconcile the paper lists is such a huge time saver At the end of the event I just logged in to my acct on their site and downloaded the list Love being able to doing everything digitally The iPadiPhone checkin is a much cooler look for our company                 Check in fast

This is a great little app After getting an acct from their site I uploaded my excel file that was on my computer and in seconds could pull up the list on all our iPhones and iPads The lists sync which is nice because we want to prevent party crashers Other notable features is the text alerts when special guests arrive as well as a way to actually text all my guests inside the event I called customer service before my event and they were very nice and helpful Def recommend                 So cool

We recently used the Check In Easy App for a wave event with over 1000 people meaning we had 3 different arrival dates within 3 different waves that all attended the same event which essentially repeated itself 3 times The Check In Easy App was a lifesaver It was easy to set up easy to use easy to check multiple people in quickly easy to toggle back and forth between events easy to search easy to sync with different iPads easy to edit user profiles easy to export the final report each daywe could go on and on The snapshot of how many people have checked in versus how many people have yet to check in was also super helpful to provide quick easy accurate numbers All in all we have decided we will be using the Check In Easy App for all of our large events moving forward It was simply just such a useful tool and almost effortless to set up Not to mention the Check In Easy App support team specifically Dovid T was great to work with They were quick responsive and provided useful tips We had an A experience                 SUPER EASY AND HELPFUL FOR ALL EVENTS

There is no better easier simpler way to eliminate the hell that is the excel sheet paper list binder of checking in guests Not only does it interface with traditional higher ed databases like Raisers Edge it closes the loop making the download from REupload to CIE and the back end upload of who actually attended into RE take about 2 minutes total Did you know that if you have donors who attend 2 events theyre 80 more likely to give Do you track who attended You should Oh and did I mention that my IT guys who love to say NO to change think this is the greatest app ever Yes Im truly Justins biggest fan Oh and then theres the customer service and support Honestly its not even necessary its that simple and intuitivebut hes terrific Great product great service great app We checked in over 1000 guests in less than 20 minutes without every having a line then used our iPads and the app to help seat guests who were confused in the ballroom and seated them We use it for all sorts of things creating events whenever we need a way to make RE more functional                 Director Foundation Events UNLV

It was very difficult to navigate and setup I noticed several incidents where the app would freeze and become unworkable The interface also looks old and dated like Windows 95 I would not recommend it to anyone     Marketing VP

Sounds great in theory but the reality is that it doesnt sync they way its suppose to between different devices Additionally worst of all in end we none of the data was captured either because the sync didnt work or the process was as intuitive as we were led to believe They also need to find a way to code checkins by session     Overpromised underdelivered

I never write reviews but I had to after talking to this company They were so helpful Im not great with technology but the guys at Check in Easy made it so easy for me They really went above and beyond Amazing stuff for an internet co Our company loved going paperless at our event Definitely recommend                 Amazing customer service

Setup is so simple anyone can do it Just get an acct on their site and upload your excel file to your acct on their site Then login on the app and you have your list there So cool fast and easy We will never go back to paper Recommend for any event planner                 Amazing guest list app

All of the negative comments are correct This app is not useful I cant help but wonder how it achieved the high ratings If I could give no stars I would You cant even import contact information Additionally you have to go online to create events AND you have a 50 guest limit You wont know any of that that until you finally figure out that you have to go online to their website and register to use the iPad version The only way you know about their website is to go back to the App Store to their app and click on app support You dont pay for the app so all you lose is a little time     Time consuming
