The app never goes into edit mode There is on way to get help to actually start using I deleted the app but still had to pay for something I can t use Disappointed     No help provided baynhamt
Easy to use Very helpful to keep track of pain levels new pains for use when visiting Dr                     Great Screens AK 12
I have downloaded several similar apps but Pain Tracker seems to be the best as far as ease of use and the ability to customize for each persons needs So far it has exceeded my needs                     Pain Tracker use Doc Holmes
I love that there are a large variety of categories I can track The report function really allows me to see trends in my pain levels                     So detailed Bouv Mom
I ve been using it for a number of years I really like it for the most part I wish the sliders for hours of sleep time to fall asleep and quality of sleep were more precise                 Good nnsmith
This app has helped me get everything documented It marks times and dates of every post so if I forget my meds i can look at this app and see when the last transaction took place Very easy to use and worth the money                     Excellent way to keep track of everything Easy too mtdqwqq
Wonderful program                     Very easy to use Thanks dok1022
I used to keep track of my pain on a calendar I would skip days and symptoms because it was just a bother This app is simple to use and it s very thorough I love it                     I m so thankful to have this app UmmRrrAaa
I have really appreciated having this app to track health vitals medicines symptoms I had had surgery and it was invaluable to help me track when I d last taken pain medications symptoms that were more prominent and even run reports to look at trends averages etc It is quite a powerful tool and I would recommend it to anyone The one piece I would like to see improved would be the sleep tracking Otherwise quite happy and completely worth the investment                 Extremely helpful valuable app for healthcare mgmt 7SeasSwimmer
CPT is the most comprehensive and intuitive pain tracker app available CPTs reports feature professional presentations acceptable to my healthcare team If your serious about pain management and want to provide doctors and other providers with self report data then go for CPT Pro                     2nd to none GrmGrams
Great app for tracking one or more pain areas and all contributing factors                     Very good app Tony Krop
I got this because the other app I used to track my pain kept crashing So far so good on this app Lots of reports to use                     Good to go NeuMarine
This app is really really wonderful and I m so grateful to the developers for creating it I ve never paid more than a buck or two for an app but this one is worth the money that said maybe take the price down a couple bucks Folks in chronic pain don t generally have a ton of expendable income I ve tried a bunch of other pain tracker apps and this one is my favorite by far I almost gave five stars but there are a few improvements that would make it even better The upsides There are SO many options and ways to track almost anything you need for chronic pain The reporting function is great and all the graphs are quite helpful The body pain map is especially cool There s a little bit of a learning curve but it s fairly simple after you play around with it a bit It s very customizable but still consistent enough that it s simple to quickly enter in some information a few times a day to maintain good and consistent records I ve been meaning to keep a pain journal for years for myself and for my doctors but I ve never been consistent enough in the past for it to actually be helpful This app solves that issue completely and now I can get together some reliable information and print out reports graphs to share with my doctor The downsides it s honestly one of the ugliest apps I ve ever seen It doesn t matter much because the functionality is so great but I gotta look at this thing multiple times a day and especially for 10 it d be nice to have a little more design thought put into aesthetics user interface Also it doesn t look like you can transfer records from the trial lite version after buying the expensive paid version If that is the case that s a big bummer 20 entries basically lost You can download and save a report but you have to start fresh with the full version so previous records aren t included in the new reports It would be smart for the developers to include a way to upgrade from the lite version and keep previous entries intact other and cheaper apps can do it so why not There is a way to purchase more diary slots in the lite version but it s unclear whether the 10 full version is better or different than purchasing everything separately so in the interest of not chancing wasted money I just purchased the full version and started over I ll update if I figure out a decent workaround A few things I d like to see added in future updates A category for failed treatment attempts or something like that For example say you tried ice and medication and it didn t help the pain that would be good to track as well instead of just the treatments that did work Similarly a follow up option to remind you to check in after an attempted treatment would be helpful For example if you take X medication or try Y treatment a push notification that asks what your new pain level is an hour later Then you could gather better information about which treatments help which pain types locations That would be absolutely priceless for those of us who have complex pain conditions and an arsenal of different treatment approaches it s so difficult to isolate what works or doesn t work for any particular pain type location You can set an alarm on your phone to do that manually if you remember but an in app feature would be much better All in all really great app way better than the other pain trackers available in the app store Even at the fairly hefty price tag I highly recommend                 Really great app Mak0012233445
I recently had a serious illness and this app is very helpful and motivating during my recovery 4 17 16 Great app keeps me motivated 10 8 16 5 Star app                     Most helpful Ahmed 108
As far as I ve found this is the best pain tracker out there That said it could use a few more features to improve it 1 Add barometric pressure to weather data for migraineurs and people with joint pain and 2 Allow deletion of a record in case of making a mistake when you ve accidentally saved data Otherwise though this app is quite good I love how the reports allow me to view my stats in various ways my pain specialist loves the reports too Great job                     The Best Pain Tracking App Available BBBBBDDDDD
I ve used this app since 2011 and continue to highly recommend it It builds a comprehensive report that I can share with doctors and use to help me see long term trends and make adjustments                     Great app POVAU
I ve suffered from chronic pain for over 15 years On my own I had always tried to keep a detailed pain journal to look for any patterns that might arise The current version of the app is amazing at help you see past all of the little notes you keep In the first week I was able to visualize exactly how much different factors in life either raised or lowered my pain I made changes to lower my exposure to certain pain triggers and was able to decrease the amount of medicine I take After a few months I was also able to use the report function to see how a certain medication change had increased the number of headaches I have by a large factor My doctor took me off of the medicine and now things are back to normal I had always known that things like the weather and stress increased my pain but I never realized how much I also was able to notice one thing that relieved my pain that I never realized before I also was able to see that the trigger point injections I was getting actually made my pain worse The program has a great list of potential pain triggers There were a couple that I hadn t thought of that I saw did increase my pain but the biggest benefit was that I could enter my own triggers medications and relief techniques into the lists I would suggest that you also take the time when you set it up to personalize these lists It will pay off for you in the long run I also strongly recommend that you use the tool that lets you paint where your pain is The tool lets you color where your pain is For people who have pain in multiple places there are different colors you can use to represent the relative pain between there areas In my case I ll have pain in my legs left shoulder and back at the same time but the legs hurt the worst so I choose the Red color for my legs and yellow or orange for my back and shoulder By taking the time to really pay attention and carefully paint the exact location of my pain I was able to see that I had a problem with my left knee I never new I had The only potential flaw in this is human nature When I first used it the only time I ever thought to enter data was when my pain bothered me By doing this it made my average pain look far higher than it actually is Let s face it when your pain is low you are doing stuff and not thinking about entering data into your journal My solution was to set a timer for every 90 minutes Once I did that I was able to truly see how my pain changes I know this is expensive but when I compare it to the hundreds of dollars I spend each month on health care I see it is a great investment Just from learning that point injections don t work for me I was able to save 40 a month I urge you to get this and I really hope it can help you like it helped me                     An outstanding application with one possibly major flaw Bg111121
This is nice and I love it Easy to configure for any type illness or for general health stats                     Pain Tracker Herdfan1839
Great app Really helps track the issues so that you can take the reports to your doctor However I wish it had a barometric meter included along with the weather application at NO cost Other than that it is fantastic                     Love This App SharpDressedGrl
My wife and I both have chronic illnesses and cast about for quite a while for something to track their goings on for our specialists This app is the only one we have found that lets us do even close to everything we need It could use a few touch ups but is very definitely best in breed                     Not perfect but soooooo close Udsd007
Looking for a way to track my fibromyalgia pain and this app goes above and beyond to do that It s going to be so easy for me and my doctor to sit down now and have a game plan                     Excellent and easy to use poppyling
I am using this app to track and try to understand a very painful long term side effect of cancer radiation treatment This app is the most comprehensive and easy to use chronic pain tracker I ve found It tracks so many aspects of pain and things that might be related to pain even automatically loading the weather where you are for each entry that it might seem overwhelming at first But the ability to drill down with custom tailored diaries and reports that can then be easily updated on the spot makes it all extremely manageable It s already helped me and my care team move from I dunno to Aha Amending or augmenting diary entries is extremely easy to do as is adding narrative notes for each one And the automatic data back up to the cloud is all important                     This is a great app Ranger Ken
I use this app every morning and evening to track the pain and fatigue of fibromyalgia Then I use the report function to make a printed comparison report of the pain to show my doctor the results before and after taking a medication DD                     Great app Forever on time
Great app but no longer usable on my iPad Crashes after Feb 25 2016 update Would greatly appreciate a quick fix         Crashes after latest update GHV0507
I am so excited to begin using this app I was overwhelmed with how to document my daily problems because of an autoimmune disease and this really puts everything into neat functional reports                     OMG Yploveit
I really liked the Lite version so I sprang for this when I ran out of diary entries Unfortunately I have tried everything the help section has to offer about how to import the Lite version data and setup to absolutely no avail The import just simply does not work and that is why I paid for this I have a ton of custom entries in the Lite version I do not want to have to manually recreate and I want to be able to see those entries as promised in this insanely expensive app Since I can t import my settings and data this app has become useless to me because I am hoping that somehow I ll still be able to do it and not lose all of my previous hard work so I can t even start using it     No clue can t set up Wendyannh
I have been using this app to get information to my neurologist neuro opthomologist and cardiologist It has been an incredible tool for letting them know what has been going on with my health                     Information for doctors trnprt
Love this app                     Great Puppetgray
I started using this well over a year ago I love the way it tracks everything and you can carry over how you ve felt from day to day and adjust from there The picture is great too It s like walking in a doctors office and marking up their questionnaire                     Best Pain Ap I use Neva 1/2 pint
This is a fantastic app for tracking pain It is very extensive and also easy to use The only issue I have is the many spelling errors I keep coming across For spending 10 on this app you would think it would be more polished as far spelling and grammar goes Other than that I love this app                 Love this app except for 1 small thing Sherryetal
It s complicated and has a lot of features to help you understand your pain how you cope with pain and what type of conversation to have with your doctor about your pain When presented with detailed information your doctor can make a more informed and better decision regarding your care The app is great                     Best Pain App nemea
Took me a few hours to go thru all the settings and make it perfect for me Very adjustable and tracks SO much important information in great detail Love coloring the body to show my pain areas My docs are going to love the documents I can send them now Creates such detailed reports I can t wait to see them in a month I can sync between my iPhone iPad Backups are easy Everything is easy once you get used to it adding a few entries Set reminders 3 times a day so I don t forget to keep up Perfect app for anyone with chronic pain in many locations with many triggers Keeps track of meds and other pain remedies So happy I found this before my new Pain Management appt I always forget so much at my appts this will make it a breeze for my docs to understand It s worth the price buy it and make your life easier                     Best Chronic Pain App CherieMonique68
The best app I have found for tracking fibromyalgia pain I have used it for several years and rely on the reports to take to my doctor                     It does the job Forever on time
1 The reports can be very detailed or not They are easy to customize 2 The group behind this are very interested in bettering this app Many things customers have asked for have been added 3 This app has a thoughtful approach about what individuals with pain would want to manage and it is easy enough to turn off things that you don t 4 Only 4 stars because of a bit outdated user interface This might bother some but the app works so well that I can ignore it                 Very Good Solid App Ledo pip
Really like this app and the reports that are generated Love the ability to change settings for fields reports and daily trackers used It has helped me see patterns in my pain levels Cant wait to show this to my doc                 Love it Wish Id had it sooner
I have fibromyalgia and this is a great app for tracking symptoms The one thing it desperately needs is a module to track sleep Perhaps how many hours of sleep and sleep quality Until then only a 4 star app Thanks and keep up the great work Update I had to downgrade this app to 3 stars After playing with it for a few days it repeatedly crashes locks up and force closes Especially when generating reports That is why I purchased this app to be able to send reports to my Doc Im starting to regret this purchase I hate to go backwards but there are companies that make better paper journals and at least I can count on them working consistently I hope for some bug fixes and added features soon Another Update I rerated this app and gave it 5 stars The developer added the modules I was hoping for and some extra goodies As long as the app does not crash or force close while running reports Id say this is the best app for managing pain           Great App But
Great App Use it everyday to help my doctors manage my pain                 Woodman1251
Ive only been using the app for a couple of days but I think I like it It took about a day of off and on working with it to get to the point where I understood how it works and had it set up to suit my needs but now thats done its fairly simple There are a few tweaks Id like to see but nothing that keeps me from using the tracker as intended The biggest things Id like to see are 1 Id like to see them making use of Apple cloud functionality rather than Dropbox It would make syncing across devices so much easier 2 Id like to see something in there to track diet and hydration as both are known migraine pain triggers And 3 Id like to see a way to track different types of pain within the same diary Im just not sure what it would look like or how it would work For example Fibro and migraines They do interact with each other and tracking that would be helpful I have a feeling this one will keep getting better Recommended                 So far I really like it
I have multiple health issues and this is quite helpful in tracking my pain and emotional state I appreciate that I can customize most of the lists As food allergies are part of my problem I wish there were an easier way to document and track that but really I am quite thrilled with this program and have recommend it in my CSF LEAK and Intracranial Hypotension group I especially like the multiple ways you have to color in painful areas My favorite is the dermatoms but I appreciate having other options as they dont ALWAYS fit Thank you                 Very helpful App
This is better than a journal for tracking pain because it helps you analyze the factors effecting your pain I took off a star because of that horrible skeleton picture that comes up every time I open the app Please change that picture to something more pleasant It is scary and depressing Not good for my mental state Makes me feel sicker Thanks              Helpful App
Chronic Pain Tracker has been one of the most useful Apps I have ever purchased I suffer with demylenation disease in both short and long fiber The pain and spasms are unbearable without medical pain management I have been desperate to track my symptoms medication sleep etc This App does a great job Most importantly it is easy for me to use once I setup the tracking sets I have a set I use for daily pain tracking hourly one I use for bowel movements one for medication and one for sleep Two requests for improvement make it possible to track 37 day patches like Butrans Also somehow improvesimplify the medication tracking reminders Its hard for me to navigate to medication tracking when I am grabbing for pills grabbing for a drink etc Thanks developers for making something so useful to me in my struggle with the overwhelming                 Perfect
I really wish they would listen to my suggestions the keep putting me on hold and then they will not update the product with the new suggestions It is for their own benefit they do this so that the product will be at best product out there Overall good product           Wished they would listen to my suggestions
This is the best of all the pain tracking apps I have tried Especially helpful to my physical therapist and me are the pain maps you can draw This app keeps improving They add new features regularly usually in response to user requests and they are VERY responsive about customer support I had a problem and was amazed when the head of the company responded to my support request I cant recommend this app eneough                 Best By Far
I use this program everyday It helps me keep track of the nonsense pain make my life making this an important tool I have not yet used the compiling reports feature so I cannot comment Tech support is FANTASTIC as I was having trouble with the app crashing I had a return email giving me pointers to turn off smoothing feature and I also turned image quality to medium this has solved the memory crash Its nice that they are trying to make pain tracker look nice as well as being able to turn the feature off Well worth the money I would recommend to anyone who experiences any type of pain I left a few recommendations like reminders for days that Im feeling good and forget to log and canned 1 push pain settings for when Im in a rush and just want to log my pain level with a few remembered pain descriptions for when Im in a rush As anyone who experiences true pain things can get out of control and foggy pretty fast causing a feeling of being rushed                 Love it use it well implemented
This app is a great way to keep track of just about any pain you might have migraines back aches strained shoulders whatever You can keep track of when how the pain started treatments you used including medications listing effectiveness of treatments duration of pain other symptoms etc The recent upgrade added weather capturing which is fantastic for anyone whos pain might be weather related Best of all you dont have to keep track of everything You choose what you want to note each time you make an entry Doctors should recommend this app to their patients I certainly recommend it                 Great App for anyone with frequent pain
Updates are excellent Helpful info for doctors to have Often pain is so severe that I cant recall needed info Thank you so much for the work you put into this app                 Great improvements
This tool is great as I am the medically minded one in my family I can make notes about my Moms health who is a senior my sisters health that has a ton of allergic reactions and I even make notes about my pooch because she has allergies and likes to eat metal from time to time I love the print outs too Maybe Ill send you some requests to looks at some apps that I liked but havent been updated for years that could be great if only the right team were in charge of them I know one app does not fit all so I wouldnt presume to ask you to add anything else to this awesome app but I could use some better apps to help cover other areas like health history blood sugar documentation Do you have any suggestion for documenting 12 of a pill taken I use the comments section to document those things that dont fit in the preprogrammed list Great work Wanted to add that being able to document in the sleep section in 5 or 10 minute increments would be good too since the average time it takes most people to fall asleep according to research is 20 minutes Thanks for everything                 A great value Tool
Title says it all This has been a invaluable tool for me and my doctors I would add a few things such as a report for hours of sleep Id like to be able to flag some entries as breakthrough pain Highly recommended                 All Chronic Pain Patients Need This App
Ive been using this app for about 15 years and its awesome It can track all sorts of stuff and is very easy to customize to your situation I use it across a few devices also the sync with Dropbox works flawlessly The reports have shown me trends that I missed and have helped me identify pain triggers and solutions Support is quick with emails replied to within a day I highly recommend this app if you have any chronic issues Even nonpain related things are easy to track                 Awesome tracking and analysis
Awesome app in note taking of pain Chronic pain tracker with the whole understanding of pain and treatment Never a dull moment with you on your own pain control                 Pain Tracker
Theres so much you can do with this great app like print out charts reports and very detailed information at that You can also track the weather in the entries that you create It might be a little overwhelming to some at first but thats just because youre able to edit and change all kinds of stuff to suit your own specific needs I also must say that this app has been invaluable to myself and my care team Finding out what medicines work better than others especially if I cant remember how I felt I can look back and see what I wrote down You also can backup your data to Dropbox so its never lost Ever                 Fantastic App For Chronic Pain Patients
This app has really helped me track my pain level mood activity level etc easily instead of writing everything down in a notebook I like the way it tracks your pain level on a graph that you can print out This is great to take with you on Dr visits                 Pain Tracker
I am totally blind therefore use voice over on my iPhone I have purchased the app and cannot seem to use any of the trackers because the app does not work with voiceover This looks to be a great app if you could fix this tiny problem I will download it again           One minor problem
I recently had a serious illness and this app is very helpful and motivating during my recovery                 Most helpful
I have been using this app to get information to my neurologist neuroopthomologist and cardiologist It has been an incredible tool for letting them know what has been going on with my health                 Information for doctors
Great app for tracking Very comprehensive Would rate it 5 stars if I could actually get through one diary entry Every time I hit save it says its processing and then crashes           Good app but keeps crashing when trying to save my diary
I look at the reports before and after any kind of treatment to gauge the effectiveness Theyve been extremely helpful                 Awesome Reports and Mac Friendly
Exactly what I needed A powerful user friendly app Lots of options for control The only thing I might add would be a blood pressure heart rate maybe blood sugar tracker Those can be easily recorded in the General Comments section but to have track w other trackers would add more helpful info to an already amazing app                 EXCELLENT
This is a great way to track pain and fatigue The analysis is great and Ive done a lot of work in data analysis I would love an online version to share with my physicians I do print out the PDFs for them and show them the most relevant It works okay                 Best Ive found
Only issue I have is pulling up the reports from my PC after Ive received them via email This app helps me track start and stop of symptoms response to medications organize before my rheumatologists appts and feel more in control              Great app
This app is glitchy totally unreliable for maintaining any data you wish to record I lost everything Hopefully they will fix this app cause it has promise     App Has Tremendous Potential
This is an awesome app Very easy to use and adapt to your circumstance It is so hard for me to explain all my to doctor during visits my pain history and this was easy to track Thanks                 Awesome
It helps me with my doctors They can see how my adrenal fatigue orthostatic hypotension dehydration fibromyalgia and PTSD effect me chronic symptoms Also medication they have me try Thank you                 Great
Best app to track pain and recovery Exporting capabilities for sharing that data with my dr Easy enough for my kids to use                 Awesome tracking and analysis
I love love love this app Every time I think it cant get better they improve something This app is so very versatile and easy to use and the reporting is awesome my Doctors love it                 AMAZING
Only been using a few days and decided to purchase pro version Had a challenge exporting the info from lite to pro Sent a question to support and received an answer the next morning Excellent service Looking forward to using a tool to keep all my notes in one place                 Excellent support
Chronic Pain Tracker Please lower the height so people like me Im only 47 it stops at 50 so my BMI wont be right so lower it for smaller peopleAdd more graphs of different shapes like some pie charts or have a way we can pick the kinds of graphs we want to use not the ones that are there now It will only let me push the buttons I want to chose then it turns its self off                 Smaller People
I love this app It helps me give my doctors a more accurate measurement of my pain I really like that I can email the data in several forms My doctor thought it was a great app His only question was Can you change the color of the green guy lol The only reason I gave this app 4 stars Is becuz there is always room for improvement Just wish you could change the date on medical procedures Otherwise its perfect              Great Tool
I have a chronic nerve pain condition For the Author Neurofibromas Type 2 I have many hundreds of rumors on my spinal nerves No surgery since these are not cancerous and probably go into the nerve a bit paralysis is possible This app allows me to design the VERY UNIQUE symptoms of NF2 to an application not designed specifically for it yet still works perfectly My Neurologist and Pain Management Neurologist can use the information during my visits                 Superior to ALL Apps I Have Tried

Todays medical world is NOT an eppisode of HOUSE where you have a group of doctors discussing and actively working on your case The Orthopedic Surgeon does orthopedic surgery The Spine and Pain Center provides procedures to reduce your pain not focus on or find its cause Your Physical Therapist provides physical therapy Your Primary Care Physician becomes a go between for referral processing Being treated by specialists requires that you drive all over hell and back just to see them This application provides the most detailed reports of any app that I researched and will now become the ONE constant I have to keep my Doctors on the same sheet of music in providing an orchestrated treatment for me the patient I wish I had known about and had started using this when all of this started a year and a half ago 5 doctors and 3 Spine Centers ago I believe in this app enough to share my name rather than using a nicknape Yes the program does have some glitches Be patient it will become your lifesavor Respectfully to all Kevin Knapp                 THE MOST Detailed Pain Tracking App
I love that I can track the trends of certain types of pain and that I can draw on a body map the regions of where Im dealing with pain I would like to have an ability to tag these with notes or make footnotes And adding photos to entries would be a huge benefit too Anyway those are my suggestions otherwise this is a fabulous tool that I near daily use to help my pain doctor neurologist and rheumatologist keep track of whats going on with me One other suggestion my pain doc wishes that there was a provider version where he can have these entries easily link into my electronic medical records in his office As it is Ive been printing out reports and they scan it in I told him I could email it in but that didnt seem to be the way they wanted to work it              Missing a few features but still a meaty tool
Been using this fantastic app for a few years now and with every update I get more options that I needed but never new until the release Well done app that keeps getting better Thanks                 Must have for chronic issues
I have severe chronic pain in my head neck and back and have been using this app for a long time Great features and it keeps improving This is THE app for anyone who has chronic pain and needs to keep track of how they are feeling Buy this app you will not be disappointed The addition of iPad support is amazing so glad you didnt go the route of many developers these days and make it a separate paid app My only request I would like to see an option to keep my iPad and iPhone apps synced so i can add from either device and it appears on both Though I truly appreciate the fact that you dont need to register to use this app and believe you should retain that option the added functionality of syncing between devices would be worth the trouble of registration Keep up the great work and keep the updates coming                 Excellent App
1 you need to buy a license per device 2 license should be based on the user 3 synching across devices is very buggy and pretty much useless If you only use one device it is a good app If you intent to use more than one device it is not worth the money        Not ready for prime time
I suffer with fibromyalgia for many years When I was at the doctors for the first time to reconfirm that I have it he wanted me to keep track of my pain I tried many trackers but CPT is the best out on the market The updates are great It would be great also to include to add pictures as well as a food tracker or equivalent Do not hesitate to pay for this tracker because you will not find one any better                 Best pain tracker I tried all
One of the things I look in an app when I buy it is how intuitive it is Do you need to read through pages of mumbo jumbo to figure how to use the app I dont want to spend time doing that This app does OK in that respect but it lacks functions Such as being able to delete an entry It seems that once an entry as been saved there is no way of deleting it I try swiping from right to left and the other way around to see if I could delete That works for most apps But not for this app I looked to see if I could delete them by going to the diary details screen but no luck Ive looked and looked without luck The trackers can not be customized You are stuck selecting whatever comes with the app How about if you wanted to track anxiety You cant even change the title of a tracker The tracker for depression its called disposition Disposition can mean many things I would rather call it for what it isdepression So to surmise it this app lacks customization You can customize it only with the options they give you but you cant customize those options At least not all People experience pain differently and their medical condition can vary a lot from one person to another Trust me I know Im a paramedic and I can tell you that two patients even with the same condition are not alike A pain tracker needs to be flexible enough to meet the needs of the people who use it Otherwise you end up with just a cheap generic pain tracker     Needs some work
Ive been using this app to track my pain level blood pressure as well as the other symptoms Time management is critical during doctors appointments and this app allows me to focus on documented issues during those appointments Its extensity and easytouse reporting feature has simplified keeping my doctor up to date with easy to understand reporting since my last visit or a overview of a customizable timeframe My doctor loves the organized and detailed information and helps me eliminate some of the stress from dealing with CRPS                 Best Pain Tracker Available
This is by far the most expensive app Ive ever purchased but it is worth every cent to me Ive been managing chronic pelvic pain for years 20 and this is definitely giving me much better informationreports Ive begun sharing my data with my physical therapist as well Ive only been using the app for 10 days and I know there is more to it than I have explored ATM In a month I could write a more detailed 5star review Requests for the developers 1 There is a specific image of a human head in the Pain Location Tracker for headache and migraine suffers I imagine Can one be added for female reproductive organs In working with my PT at a large teaching hospital Ive learned of the overwhelming need for pelvic floor physical therapists and specific pain management programs for chronic pelvic pain There are not enough good resources 2 For Medication Tracking have a way to indicate the time meds are taken As it is now I can have a different diary entry for each separate time meds are taken cumbersome or have one diary entry for the entire day with no way to track time of meds in a easy dataentry format Thank you              Definitely worth the money
This app is great and I utilize it to the fullestthere are Few problems that I have noticed When I try to make a report the app locks and Im unable to move past the first page Im unable to pass that page that I have to reinstall the program Causing me to loose all my data This has happened several times becoming a problem It would be nice to add several diagrams Otherwise the program is great                 Great app
I love this It has everything I want but it is frustrating to use Kinks need to be worked out like slowness not responding until youve clicked something a million times I have an old device so its possible its me not the app I use it everyday print out reports when I go to the dr which are very helpful              Chronic Pain Tracker

I LOVE this app Ive used it for 2 years When I do it regularly it is a very comprehensive way to relate symptoms to other things n ur life even weather Great tool for showing my doctor exactly what works what doesnt as well as what contributes to it I doubt seriously anyone would be unhappy they got this one if u want to know more about ur chronic pain                 Chronic Pain Tracker
This is a very good solid app for health journaling I use it to track my Reflex Sympathetic Dystrophy CRPS I use it every day to track pain levels triggers how long my pain lasts location sleep weather conditions medicines etc It has a multiple health journals function so you can keep one for yourself and your spouse or kids or have multiple journals for yourself one for your chronic pain and the other for general health conditions If the app stopped right there it would be great right But it goes beyond that giving you all kinds of analytical tools to see how you are doing over time Plus you can printemail PDF reports for your doctor or have your iPadiPhone with you at your appointment The app is generally reliable Every once in a while Ill have to reboot it or Ill have a memory error on my iPad 2 when Im drawing my pain locations This doesnt happen often Once I set up syncing with Dropbox my iPad and iPhone sync perfectly I was surprised how reliable it was It doesnt lose a thing The developer also listens I made a suggestion about something and a few weeks later it was in the app They have a helpful website you can access in app that explains the app features well too My one complaint is that the app design isnt as pretty as other apps I do wish they would hire a real design person and update the UI              Very good chronic pain journal
