The app is good it does what it says The support is slow though One feature suggestion An option to prompt for a password at app start or when opening a message would further increase the confidentiality                 Good app bad support though

As an IT professional I sometimes have to send passwords to people Before confide Id use a the the next email from me will contain only the password in the bossy and will have the subject fantasy football draft pics method Confide is a far superior way to send those passwords                 Indispensable for the IT pro

When a friend is invited accepts by getting the app sending a message it would be hassle free if there was an add feature that worked without having to list the friends email or phone Afterall the friend has to join prior to sending a message Now that both parties have joined are sending receiving messages I find it redundant to type the friends name email or phone on my setting to be able to add a friend on the Confide App settings Like the concept but can do without the premature features This app needs more work if it is going to attract keep more users        Needs Improvement

False advertisement screenshots still work and it alerts the opposing party just like Snapchat Its basically Snapchat but with no character limit and no time limit Texts and images can be viewed as long as desired until closed Everything else operates as intended Dont send anything you dont want screenshot anyways              Not Bad

This is a great app and an absolute necessity for my business which relies on the transmission of sensitive details over IM This is a well built well thought out and well coded app and I hope it does very well I am a convert                 Very Well Designed

This only works if the other person has a confide account as well Otherwise the text will show your name and a link for them to sign up to view the text Technically there is little privacy except for the message being deleted from your phone supposedly You have to give your info to get signed up as well     Dont be fooled

Only beef I have with this app or should I say this is my suggestion If you get a long message remember what it says cause after you read it you can go back cause you forgot what it said and now you dont know what to reply and the same if you send one remember what you wrote cause when you get a response Youll be like What What are they talking about                 Outstanding

Dont listen to the other reviewers that want to use this app to send anonymous texts its not designed for that This app is for communicating securely with someone that you know It encrypts your texts prior to sending them so that they cannot be read by anyone as they travel to the recipient hello Big Brother it works flawlessly and does what it says it does Keep your messages and photos private and try it out for yourself                 Great app for SECURE communications

I just tried this by sending my partner a text In order for him to get it he has to have confide as well Whats the point here If I am sending something to someone and I dont want them to have a record of it they are certainly not going to download this app This is BS     Roger

I just downloaded the app and did a screenshot I can see the text on the image and the only thing that happened was the message closing No screenshots Not really        Did a screenshot

I love the idea and execution but they need to release the source code so it can be reviewed and vetted by the crypto community A good cryptosystem should not rely on obscurity of implementation Good for keeping local LEOs off my trail but wouldnt be so sure against DEA definitely would not trust against No Such Agency              Almost Perfect

I agree with Roger this is a joke When you send someone a message they must sign up for the service so its nothing more than a big advertisement I would rather pay for the service and lose the ad so that I could just send messages to people that I dont want to keep my text or email     A waste of time

This app claims to prevent screenshots altogether on their desktop version True if screenshot is limited to one made by the software on the computer Unfortunately a photo of the readable message may be taken with any cameraI took one with my iPhone just to check it outso the recipient of the message may make a CYA copy and save or distribute as they choose On the iOS version the words appear piecemeal but a video of the reading could be made with the same effect Too many secrets     Not secure at all

This app was literally a lifesaver for a friend of mine He and I were able to communicate and keep him out of jail believe it or not Oh and by the way it involved a woman LOL                 You cant beat it

Might be useful if I squinted a lot and could only see one line at a time Kinda defeats the purpose of a larger phone screen     Using confide gives me a headache

The concept is great however the claim it is screenshot proof proved to be false I managed to capture a screenshot of a test message using the device with the app installed If that was possible that means an external device could do the same Not 100 fool proof but again great concept        Not quite
