Contacts Journal - Personal CRM

I love the mapping of contacts for when on the road And how it logs all calls and emails                 INCREDIBLY EASY AND USEFUL

I tried other apps but this is the best one so far                 Good app

Great app Especially for one person business I have it now on iPhone iPad and Mac One warning use and synch one device at a time Otherwise gets confused The map feature is fantastic It does crash from time to time but worth the hassle for now                 Contact Journal

I dont usually take the time to do reviews But this is a great must have app for any sales person It has really kept me organized and allows me to make quick notes on the go I before would write down notes and books and on pieces of paper and always lose information and business cards I use this in conjunction with the BCR card holder app I only wish you could make a subgroup within a larger group If you dont have a CRM management tool from your company I would recommend the 10 investment in this app Nothing better than walking into an account and having access to all your client information at your fingertips I like to make personal notes on people and they think I have a great memory                 Must have for outside sales

This App has been perfect for me I am a teacher and it allows me to keep track of all 21 of my classes 250 students I especially like that it backs up and loads to my other devices                 Great app

This is an amazing app It has totally helped me keep track of the sales cycle with my customers I really like the call log to track conversations and also being able to attach files and pictures This is a must have tool to have if you are in sales Excellent customer service Worth the investment                 Highly recommend to stay organized

This is a great app for any salesperson wanting to keep track of daily visits account management and todo lists My only complaint is the iPad app is twice the cost with no additional features              Fantastic App for Sales

The app on my iPad is great Supposedly you should be able to synch with iPhone My iPhone will not synch through the cloud Have sent numerous emails to support not a single reply           Great app terrible support

It defiantly had improved my record keeping for my sales job Its easy to use the csv report option is awesome makes it really easy to send a report to my boss Just a few changes I would like to see I have a lot of locations stored and having the scroll wheel is a little bit difficult to use as there is no option to arrange it alphabetically and it is all stored chronologically              Pretty Good

The app is great and serves it purpose I do not like that when you pay to upgrade the iPhone app that you then have to pay again to upgrade the iPad app It should be 1 upgrade per user If not for that it would get 5 stars I will change my rating if this is resolved        Upgrade

Still a 5star app My goto since 2012 I tell everyone I work with to get this app I would love the map to offer a filter of only contacts with todos but active contacts is close This continues to be my goto app for every note I need in my sales job I have over 1500 contacts and this really keeps me organized Love the Dropbox backup I had been putting off spending the for this app but finally broke down and Im glad I finally got it Contacts were easy to import and I have just the ones I want The journal will make my weekly reports tremendously easier The calendar syncs beautifully with the phone AND So great that its a onetime cost no monthlies no upgrade And no other database required                 Great CRM tool for Sales or Personal

Contacts Journal is surprisingly robust Its essentially a CRM system on your phone There are some very helpful and unique tools that make this program indispensable but there is also room for improvement I like how I can merge my contacts directly with contacts journal Its easy to do and its easy to create logs and to dos I was able to modify the logs categories to match my own specific needs I really like how the to dos merge with my calendar wonderful tool to have One of the most useful tools for me is the map feature As a traveling salesman I travel nationwide its fanfreakingtactic to see all of the contacts within 10 25 50 miles what an awesome feature The autoimport feature is clunky when newupdated contacts are identified Contacts Journal sends a notification it works but its not intuitive and could be cleaned up I experienced problems with merging some of my contacts have the same first and last name but different phone numbers and addresses contacts journal messed that whole thing up really badly I havent created groups yet but that will be a helpful feature also Overall contacts journal is a great value Highly recommended              Very Helpful

This works great to keep up with all my contacts and call logs I recommend it to everyone I work with                 Great App

I have review several CRM apps and by far this is the best one Every time I review another CRM to see if it can take the place of contacts journal I am lead right back here So far this is the Best CRM app and the support team is great                 Absolutely the best hands down

Managing projects and accountability with the ability to track communications with this app I find to be essential It is a very welldesigned app My only complaint is that with the iOS 8 upgrade some of its features are not yet working In particular I am unable to send a text or email directly from the app Once the app is updated to easily send messages with iOS 8 I may update my rating to five stars App now works for sending email and text messages I use it regularly to track and sometimes schedule communications which is well implemented Now finding that adding documents contacts letters lease agreements etc to contacts is becoming very helpful as well Reporting logs is hugely valuable for accountability For example if a subcontractor says I never communicated something I can instantly evidence when and how I communicated it This can also evidence to a client or boss that I responsibly communicated certain points and to who when and how Suggestions Would be great if I could group send text and email                 I rely on this app to track communications

I love the simplicity of the app Would be stellar if it would connect to an app I could have on my laptop so all the work didnt have to be done through my phone Same thing just in both places           Overall good app

First off customer care is quick to respond I have tried over a dozen apps and finally chose this one Its real simple and easy to use The biggest complaint I have which is approaching deal killer status is the map The map does not allow you to scroll for customers while moving It literally drives me insane and makes this app very difficult to use for sales purposes Try before you buy Update41615 They mustve updated something The app looks much cleaner and sharper responsiveness The Map is much more detailed Bumped this up to 4 stars              Needs work but best CRM app out there

I have never written a review however I strongly recommend this app for fellow sales associates I use this app daily to help me stay organized and to keep up with multiple calls per day The customer support is fantastic I had a couple issues and suggestions when I first purchased the app and they walked me through each step promptly                 Fantastic CRM App for Sales

Indispensable Ive been using the app daily since 2009 It keeps getting better with every update Excellent communication from developer I highly recommend this app and the developer It would be helpful for users to be able to add a file by taking a photo from within the app vs having to add the photo from the camera roll As it is now going back and forth into camera roll to add multiple photos is time consuming and frustrating An even better feature addition would be to also have editing capabilities such as cropping and photo enhancements These options are available in other popular iPhone apps so hopefully we will see this in the next update UPDATE Wrote to the developer about taking inapp photos and within hours received a detailed response I was happy to hear that there are plans to add this feature                 Excellent for business or personal use

When I decided to open a new company I knew I would be on the road a lot The nature of my business demands that I meet with my clients at their locations and perform the majority of our work at client sites I needed a way to manage a busy schedule keep up with my clients my appointments and all the locations I have to navigate between This app does it all but doesnt get bogged down in tons of features I dont need or want confusing things on a small screen I use it on my iPhone and iPad as well as the desktop version on my Mac The only complaint I have and this makes the app very annoying at times and keeps me from giving it 5 stars it loses two whole stars for this problem alone is that it seems like it takes FOREVER for the data to sync between the three devices and there is no way to refresh the data manually This is a huge pain sometimes Things change minute to minute in my business and I need iCloud to make sure my changes are in sync across all devices almost instantly I know its not network issues Ive tested extensively I have a few other apps that sun data using iCloud and its never more than a few seconds for data to be updated to my other devices so I have to conclude its a problem with the way iCloud sync is implemented within this app and its desktop and iPad counterparts Ive purchased ALL THREE Please please fix this and Ill gladly return and give you five stars and write a fully glowing review of the app Otherwise its a fantastic app that I use every day           Great Mobile App for Small Business

Ive just imported 2500ish contacts I can tell you right now that no matter how nice the features are I cannot accept how sluggish it is It wasnt this slow before the import Whats the point if you cant manage thousands of contacts If you have only hundreds youd be able to remember everything by heart anyway So sad        Nice features but extremely slow

Although I dont totally have all the possibilities figured out this application is amazing It does so many things that are so helpful I love the to do and logs connected to contacts Years ago I tried to find a way to do that Now I need to figure out how to attach documents THANK You                 Amazing

Recently transition from sales back to relationship mgmt this tool has been invaluable for an at a glance status update prior to meetings with all background information at my fingertips Love the custom field functionality                 Extremely Helpful

I use this app everyday for my business but there is one missing feature that i wish the developers could add for future releases When i attach files or pictures to contacts i can only import pictures from camera rolls which doesnt make sense It should be able to access the camera directly and be able to take pictures just like Evernote Hope developers will read this review and add this simple feature to the next release Keep up the good work              Almost perfectjust missing one feature

Ive never left a review for an app but this one deserves it I have probably downloaded 10 contactCRM apps and they have all either been over complicated andor didnt streamline my prospecting process but this one is exactly what Ive been looking for I tell all of my colleagues about it I love how it automatically updates files and logs It would be nice if Google drive were added as an option to upload files from but for now Dropbox works fine                 Exactly what Ive been looking for

this is quickly becoming one of my primary apps I use it in my coaching business to keep notes hold files I create for client it streamlines so well and the iCloud syncing makes life that much easier all apps should make life better this one does                 This changes everything

Ive been using this for some time it used to be a five star Now I cant get a new phone number added to an old contact It wont save the new data I can still add logs I can still add new contacts but not numbers to existing contacts     Love cJournal

For sales and follow up this app is a rainmaker I rarely write reviews but this one totally has my vote Before continuing you should know that I run a small business running leadership treks by bicycle all over the world This requires solid relationship building and customer care First let me note some highlights It automatically syncs with Contacts on my iPhone No matter which one you update the other automatically updates too Plus you can track emails text messages and phone calls made to contactsall in one central place The log feature is super handy both for individual customers and to track the entire days communication Another excellent feature is the Todo list Scheduling follow ups is a snap and keeps me on task I love this app Alas its not yet perfect While it can track what you send out it cant automatically track what comes in Ideally it would track customers responses either by tagging or moving but it cant The developers informed me thats a constraint on Apples end Plus it has a minor glitch when writing that wont let you scroll down far enough However the developers have already noted it and assured me theyll rectify it in the next update Moreover it cant make chocolate Whats up with that right Overall Im thrilled with this app WELL WORTH the money and more If they could interface with Infusionsoft it would be a dream come true                 Finally Organized

UPDATED Keeps getting better Apple Watch support Big thank you to the devs I purchased this app three years ago and its constantly getting better thought Custom fields iCloud support and Touch ID support on iOS 8 The best CRM app on the store by far and the developer keeps updating regularly The app does a great job in integrating with the iPhones address book you can just choose a contact from the address book and start adding notes for that contact It took me only a couple of taps to make a note of a restraunts one of my big customers mentioned he liked i try to keep track of the likes dislikes of my customers very important when you are in sales 5 stars from me well worth the money                 Great integration

The link for speech to text routinely crashes and does not work Its very frustrating to finish a conversation with a client and then attempt to record the conversation using speech to text and find out that that microphone button will not work And to be frankly honest this problem happens and several other thirdparty apps I use           Speech to Text Problems

I absolutely love this app I have it on both my iPhone and iPad and its helping me stay organized with my business and keep track of my to do list for each client                 Great for Independent Consultants

Love this app been looking for this for three years Great way to have follow up with customers My only complaint is when you chose repeat option in todos If you pick monthly it would be nice to be able to pick the day of the month not the date For instance if you pick Sep 4th Friday the next month Oct 4th is on a Sunday It would be nice if they could fix this              Awesome app
