Just updated my Automatic adapter to second generation in order to use this app First took very long time to get it to connect to my automatic adapterabout 1 hrs to figure out you cant run both applications simultaneously that should be disclosed some where in the app but isnt Second once I got it connected I have found that the application will suddenly reset my cars dash Meaning that when accelerating or braking suddenly all my gauges drop to the bottom and all my car warning lights turn on Found this surprising and scared me as I was in motion at the time This has happened 3 times now in a matter of 15 mins Thankfully I did not lose control of the car and the engine kept running The adapter has not had any problems when running the automatic labs application so have no reason to believe the adapter is faulty Application is dangerous and would not recommend to anyone     May cause damage to my car

Saved me from a misdiagnosis and BS from a dealer Good to know going in Bought an inexpensive ELM icar wifi with this whic is best for Apple devices                 Very good Ap saved me a couple times

Go borrow OBD computer from auto parts store or buy an inexpensive one for under 109 You need to spend another 99 just to get diagnostic codes for a Ford Plus the interface which I expected Not sure about other vehicles        Not worth it

Rarely connected when it did it worked but not reliable especially given the very high price Problem is its reliance on the Automatic device which has its on issues which may relate this apps issues Either way avoid this system     Avoid1

This app takes 10 seconds to update the information and it is very delayed Unless this is a problem on my side which I doubt it is I would not recommend buying this app        Do not recommend

Way More than what I expected for the price Customizable backgrounds for your dashboard Regardless of what it says it is compatible with of a 3rd party devices I am overall very pleased with the product                 Works Amazingly

bought the app and just to find out iphone is not compatible with Obd Bluetooth Why sell it on the Apple app store then     Does Not Work

Excellent for my gmc toyota and Audi Would like to see some more VAGCOM items like key fob learning                 Need more Audi support

Had a check engine light used this to find out the problem fixed it and drove with it until sensors were ready for inspection                 Inspection time

I have no idea if the app works It will not work with any model Suzuki I just wasted 10     No Suzuki

I use this on my 2005 f250 60 powerstroke diesel which works great and views everything that i need it to I spent about 10 on the app and 10 on the add on for 2005 vehicles It views everything i want has many great options but it does not view ficm voltage That is my only complaint if they could figure out how to view this which other devices can it would be 5 star review              Love it only 1 complaint

Im using this app on most to date iOS and on iPhone 6 and it works perfectly fine Yes everything is still low resolution but thats because its still for iPhone 5 But other than that ONE flaw the app is fine I use a wifi OBDII I got from eBay for 15 Both work together in harmony Best app for the cost Great for mechanics Tuners etc                 GREAT APP

Ive got a 2014 VW Eos and the app gives me most of the data that can be displayed However it incorrectly displays fuel tank amounts When Ive got a full tank the app shows 75 It also doesnt register when I fill up Otherwise its a good app           Close but not exactly there

There is plenty of information to learn from your car by using this app you can improve your mileage troubleshoot check engine codes and clear them I was impressed by the accuracy of the parameters there is a tachometer that is on the dot I highly recommend investing the 10 to get this app And buy a wifi OBDII module online for like 15 Much cheaper and better option than buying a conventional OBDII reader                 Totally worth it

Great app with lots of potential App has plenty of great things but with my 2008 Escalade I only have very basic supported PIDs This leaves many of the groans blank with an NA              Great app need more PIDs for 08 Escalade

Purchased to use with my Pioneer AVHx7700bt as the products are supposed to work together Apparently the app wasnt updated to work with Pioneers latest update Please fix Love the app but its practically useless as it is now     Pioneer AppRadio One

I love the convenience of the app and the information it provides is invaluable I actually use the app alternately on my iPhone and iPad depending on what Im doing Creating vehicle profiles on each device from scratch is a pain Is it possible to exportimport function that might createread a notepad file                 One small feature please

As with anybody that maintains their own vehicle I was looking at spending over 100 bucks to purchase an obd2 scanner to diagnose and repair my vehicle After research I gambled on a low cost generic wifi adapter and the dash command app which cost me less than 35 bucks combined I was extremely impressed With the app I can not only diagnose and clear the malfunction indicator lamp but also check the value of data relayed by the vehicles computer in real time The app also givescalculated data which is provided using the data from the computer such as fuel mileage vacuumboost pressures and much more Of course the info provided varies by vehicle I obviously get more info from my 2010 Honda Accord than I do from my 98 Nissan Frontier but I was not disappointed for sure Ultimately I purchased the app because my dash on my Frontier had quit working and the speed sensor was destroyed from a tranny issue The app provided speed by gps and all essential information to prevent me from blowing up my vehicle I would recommend it to anybody instead of a stand alone obd2 scanner                 Awesome app saved me a lot of money

I really love this app But there needs to be a custom PID feature for it to be the absolute best I had to switch to another because I could not load my GMC Acadia custom PID on Dash Command Cant wait to switch back one day           Please Add Custom PID Feature

This thing looks great but it doesnt work with some firmware versions of Automatic I have a brand new Automatic G2 with FW version 10108 142 and according to Dash Command themselves their app cannot connect reliably I brought this up with the DashCommand folks and their first response was I have several customers with your issue running that same firmware I am currently working with Automatic to fix this issue as soon as they have a new firmware I will get back to you as well Have a great day Andy PPE And a week later when I asked how it was going This is not an issue with Dashcommand its an issue with how Automatic requests data from your vehicle Automatic is working on this as soon as they have a new firmware your Automatic adapter will automatically update and you will be good to go Have a great day Andy PPE Check your firmware before you buy this product Too much finger pointing and DashCommand should warn users before they spend 10 bucks on their app I want it to work thoughI really do        Cool App but beware Automatic users

This app is great I love adding and using the custom gauges more that the dashboards I sure would like the option to just create straight up digital gauges vs just bar or needle though                 Love this App

App is working fine although it has no data for any Honda vehicles When I connect it then open some window I can not go back to menu window home window Can that be fixed along with adding Honda vehicle datas              Ok rewritten review here

bought an automatic and paid for the dash command only to find that I got the 1st gen automatic and it does not stream data I got it to connect to dash command but does not give any data at all Automatic website makes it look like it works with dash command but you have to dig into it to find that it only streams with 2nd gen automatic     1st gen automatic

This app has saved me money in fuel repairs and aftermarket gauges Ive used this app for 2 years now after trying other apps and this is the only app Ill ever use for this Its easy to use shows the most information and is always being updated                 Best investment Ive made in my car

This app is very informative and give you very accurate information about your car I have run several tests with it such as air intake comparison cold air short ram and stock and actual vs advertised fuel economy I would highly recommend it to anyone who wants top performance of their vehicle                 Excellent app

Honestly these reviews cant be legitimate because this app is pretty awful Does the app connect to my adaptor Automatic v2 Yes it does Beyond that is it really useful Nope First it isnt able to read the CEL code that has appeared on my car this week which the Automatic app has absolutely no issue with The app appears to lose the connection with the device any time the phone isnt explicitly displaying it onscreen ie if your phone is locked its no longer connected This implies that it doesnt run in the background something iOS has supported for years now The UI is absolutely atrocious and still has the text popup overlays from iOS 6 and prior Its also incredibly unintuitive and really looks like a Windows program from 2005 I tried with this thing but its just a waste If I could get a refund I absolutely would but at least they stole 7 from me after Apple takes their cut Also because the stupid thing needs to have your phones display lit up and active your phone is going to get insanely hot to the touch which could lead into a whole other set of problems Anyway if youre going to use the Automatic adaptor youre better off just sticking with their app Ideally they wouldnt even advertise that this garbage is compatible on their website its just a waste of money and space on your phone        Absolutely Underwhelming

Takes to long to clear and recognize error codes other than that it does its job pretty well           It works needs refinement

I have a 04 Lexus GX470 and 02 Toyota Tundra This app works great for the Lexus Shows all the information and details you would expect and more However it refuses to work on my 02 Tundra It connects and starts to seek compatible PIDs and just locks up never actually connecting and displaying any info I was forced to buy a different app torque in order to get the information out of the vehicle           Works Sorta

I have it setup on my dodge challenger 2014 it simply works              Ease of use
