Great password app but when Firefox wont fully populate the password list Ascendo gave me a few suggestion None worked Now they refuse to respondwhat a shame Im now looking for another password manager at least equal to what DataVault was     Support StumpedIgnores User

I have used DataVault on my Mac and on a Nexus 7 for several years It worked well and synchronized well with Dropbox I was surprised to see I cant use it that way on a iPad mini I did find it syncs well with the iPad using Wifi only It took me a while to figure that out I wish instructions where more clear regarding that issue The crew at Ascendo including the CEO are very helpful if you contact them              Great App

I have used a ton of different password apps that say they are secure and used friendly but this app is exactly what they say it is                 Greatest password security app

I moved to this from SplashID for several reasons that arent important here I bought both the desktop and mobile versions of the app and upgraded to premium immediately to enable DropBox syncing across two iMacs a MacBook Pro and an iPhone The transfer of data from SplashID to DataVault was seamless and easy The iPhone could connect to Dropbox but the desktop version would not on any of my devices DataVault support could never figure out why and essentially gave up and stopped responding to any emails from me DataVault does the essential function of storing passwords and I can sync via WiFi so I can keep the databases in sync by using my iPhone as the base device that moves the database from computer to computer But without the ability to sync in other ways I cant call it great           Good App Online sync not so good

Got a Big 6 today The Apple guy transferred my stuff First place I checked for proper transfer was DataVault Wiped clean I nearly freaked Thank goodness for iCloud I restored everything My husbandnot so lucky NOW hes backed up in iCloud                 Id be lost without itreally

There is no way I could safely and conveniently track all of my passwords without this app Very easy to use I like that I can link from the app to the website and copy my password into the clipboard to use on the website              Great app

I like the app Does most of what I need especially working in a secure environment where new passwords are required Recently on an I phone upgrade I lost all my passwords I failed to have backup set I would have like a warning in the iPhone as I was about to erase the old phone Secondly I wish there was a Mac app where I could re type information Recovering by thumbs is tedious Otherwise thanks data vault           Good app but recovery is beginning stages

Ive had DataVault forever and really enjoy using it But I may have to move to 1 password if no Apple Watch app is released Any info on ifwhen this may become a reality I really dont feel like spending another 10 on yet another password app           No Apple Watch App

Latest version fixed my previous concerns and customer service response was both immediate and amazing This is my most essential utility app both on the iPhone and the PC and syncing between the two is solid Thank you for an amazing product                 Best Password Manager period

Datavault is a very important app for me I store EVERYTHING in Datavault Besides passwords I keep asset information serial numbed so warranty dates etc insurance info financial info and on and on It is my most used app I like the fingerprint access I have had no problems with it                 Ascendo Datavault

My pet peeve of the modern world is waaaay too many usernamepassword pairs It has become oppressive and inhuman Far too many to commit to memory I literally have hundreds of them Some I only use rarely but when I need them I NEED them And every company and organization on the planet demands that you create a new one including grocery stores This tool is great and gives you secure cloud access to all your passwords from all your Apple devices Not perfect but useful and customizable Now supports fingerprint recognition Love it              Useful Tool

Used DataVault now for 1 year now Just changed phones with NO data loss or issues I save my data to a drop box of my choosing so I always have the data to restore if needed between iPad and iPhone Though there was a learning curve I now like the setup that allows me to customize everything The cost is not necessary to try it out just to get the data storage ability I rely on DataVault daily and find it dependable and worth the small s                 Valuable App

Ive been a Dashlane user and like their UIUX better but I hate that you have to shell out 40 a year to be able to sync between devices I really wish there was a trial version of DataVault instead of having to pay 10 for each device There are so many pw managers out there it would be nice to try before you buy Reasonable price tho and happy to see its a one time fee instead of a subscription Havent gotten the Mac version yet so I dont know how well sync works It would be nice to sync via Dropbox too              So far so good

I have over 230 apps on my iPhone and if you made me pare that down to 10 this one would be one Id keep I have 162 records in it and I keep thinking of more things to add Its very intuitive and easy to customize I also have the Mac version at home and the Windows one at work and I can easily sync them and keep them all current No more hunting for passwords I dont use often or writing down my work ones on PostIts because they make me change them every month yeah thats a GOOD security measure My one complaint is that it defaults to opening all the folders when it opens even when I left them closedmakes it harder to scroll and find things They fixed this on the latest Mac version now PLEASE do it for the iPhone                 Essential apppremium is worth every penny

Lets us sync iPhones PCs and BlackBerrys with no issues Plus the ability to create all user defined fields makes it more flexible than many better known managers                 Ive tried many password managers and this is by far the best

I contacted customer support months ago for a problem with Datavault crashing immediately after opening on my iPhone 6 We traded a few emails and i authorized crash reports to be sent directly to the support team After that Radio silence no response to my further emails and it still crashes Very disappointed     Customer support stopped responding to me

I use this app almost daily and find it a great productivity tool Updates seem slow to come out so some data goes missing rare otherwise a 5 star app              Great app

I have used datavault for several years across windows and now windows and ios I find the tool perfect for my needs Datavault does a nice job of adding enhancements to both windows and ios and the Dropbox integration with syncing is great                 Very strong password tool

I loved this app for a while It worked perfectly on my iPhone iPad and iMac But then one day it stopped working on my iMac Ive worked with support to remedy the issue to no avail Its sad because it really does work well when it works and I found 1password to not work at all So what I do now is just use a dropbox folder for my passwords        Worked well for a while

I loaded the new 10 version of Data Vault on my iPhone 6 and it destroyed my older version on an iPad along with all the data BUYER BEWARE     Ouch

Im the second best organized doctor I know Ask doctors free and anonymously at dr social The app is amazing for three years Recently just today all my notes have been deleted Everytime I sync my iPhone6Plus to a computer all the notes have been deleted from each app Im rolling back the database and re entering a few entries from today Over three years thats it Always be sure to backup and export your data to a dvx file at least once a month Its been three years and this is the first bug I found Contributing factors may be syncing between iCloud iPhone DropBox PC and changing the iCloud settings etc Regardless be smart save a backup copy once a month Since datavault automatically saves 10 backup copies all I had to do is roll back                 Thanks to this app

I really enjoy the synchronization feature It is far easier to enter the information on the computer and then just sync to my phone and iPad The touch ID works just fine this far I have read some reviews that said they had difficulty but I have not at this point The only criticism I have up until now is minor but would really enhance the usage The generic icons are really lame for something this well put together Even better would be the ability to upload your own image                 So far so good

touch id doesnt work since the last few iOS updates while other developers update their software often current release is now over 6 months old and for a security type application come on guys get with it or pull the app from the store and we can move on to something that works     pretty good app touch id dont work for crap
