This is a must have app for investors who want to evaluate a deal on the go I use that term because it allows you to input all the necessary data that we investors mull over in our spreadsheets You dont have to wait to get to a computer The days of scribbling on a napkin can be replaced with this app I found myself creating deals as they call it while out driving around I was the passenger and finding property I could input the basics and get the bottom line It stores basic settings and criteria for each property evaluation that can be changed after creating each properties data It has basic email feature if you want to send the pertinent data to someone While it does not have PDF creation of the projections or other reporting capability I hope the developers will look to provide that in the future I did find another app that had more bells and whistles but was more complicated to use I would like to see more reporting of the data already being collected and perhaps a glossary of termssome newer investors may find that useful A pop up calculator would help when doing calculations A Must Have On the go deals

This app has everything you need to analyze a deal quickly You can easily view if the deal will cashflow monthly and what the long term analysis shows for the investment You can itemize your expenses to really dial in on the exact numbers or use some of the preset assumptions for a quick idea if the deal is worth pursuing further Best New App for Real Estate Investors
