Over an hour trying to connect my Q Grant watch and the app keeps giving me an error about the signal not being strong enough Tried with 5 bars on LTE and connected to wifi with no luck Took the battery out of the watch and tried again re downloaded the app several times and restarted my phone still no luck Now I have a very nice looking dumb watch that I cant even use as a regular watch because I cant set the time and date without this crappy app Thanks Fossil     Dumb app for a smart watch melazaboricua77

This app like the Fossil Q app does not work I cannot log in I have tried over 20 times and all it says is network error try again when the signal is stronger I tried both on WiFi and LTE as well doing it on my boyfriend s phone Thus my watch is useless I cannot even set the time Waste of a lot of money     Does not work Hailiei21

I have had the Q54 over one year and love it But after about one month of dealing with poor connectivity to the app I gave up and use it as only a watch This app needs serious help     Love it but willbyoung

I love my Q Modern Pursuit with the legacy app But now they are not compatible and I am only able to use the new app I can t track my daily goals any more and that was the best feature for me I can see sleep and steps Why not goals too I am quite sad about this The other problem is the legacy app let me pick a contact and assign a number That number would show when I got a call text or email from that contact It doesn t work for the email any more on the new app and this is a HUGE problem Why take away these features     Sad gprice09

I have a fossil Q Pilot and the watch itself is amazing The part that is not is the smart part of the watch It is always disconnecting and the app does not work half the time I am consistently missing days from the step tracking and never receive notifications If I have to repeatedly connect and reconnect or constantly update then I will try a different brand I had high hopes for Fossil but it seems it is another disappointment 10 4 17 Funny thing happened today I looked at my watch and it quit working What a bummer It s not even a year old 10 9 Got a new battery and watch works great now Only problem is that it keeps disconnecting It s a big pain in the butt l 10 22 I can t figure out why my watch keeps flashing a green light after connecting Every 30 seconds it flashes green lights 11 15 I have officially given up with the Fossil app and trying to get my watch to stay connected I have had it for just about 1 year and it has been nothing but a consistent disappointment It does not stay connected and the notification buzz is barely detectable I will use it as a watch only     Not so smart Matthewrunner

I love my Q dreamer and to be quite frank it is the most beautiful band fossil has made If the new ones were anywhere near as pretty I would buy them However making an app so horrid it completely undermines the bands functionality is absolutely frustrating Why would you make such an amazing product of yours useless by forcing your customers to use this underdeveloped app that lacks the ability to perform the simplest of functions i e Connecting to my band This decision makes absolutely no sense considering that I never had any problems pairing my dreamer to my phone If you are going to force us customers to use new apps please ensure that they perform perfectly next time Thanks An unhappy customer     Why 26R.H

This app was supposed to support the legacy Gen 1 devices It is not any better than the previous app at doing this The app is already constantly disconnecting from my watch and it s barely been two days I m also pretty sure they still haven t upgraded the firmware for Gen 1 devices in probably close to a year now     Not any better User1278937
