login each time I open the app with Google even with premium subscription some songs are downloaded with lower quality bit rate doesnt integrate well with car as next song button actually plays the next song on apple music instead of the next song on this app           Usable but needs improvement

There are many problems with this app first its only designed for iPhones on ipad i get it like a phone app low resolution Limited music genre see spotify App isnt smart it should detect what kinda songs I listen and recommend me songs then and its hard to look for app n App Store if I search ganna i will not get this app there so 2 stars for now        Needs improvement

Firstly the radio was fun to play with then there were many ads popping I even bought stuff Now that you subscribe to gaana the search is bad and downloaded songs missing Poor customer service response There was a message from representative that disappeared     Bad experience

The app crashes frequently by taking more time than allowed in background refresh mode Fix it by yielding more often and it will stop crashing        Good collection bad app implementation

The app used to work fine in the beginning but then it started to go downhill I am a premium member but There are a lot of problems with the app 1 The downloaded songs just disappear from my list and I have no way to get them back Some of these songs were very dear to me and now I cant get them back since I dont remember the songs When I contacted support they said they will fix it but never did They are very incompetent and dont know anything 2 They keep removing songs from their library I had added a few albums to my playlist and when I tried to open them after 2 months the songs were removed from Gaana library 3 Radio stations repeat songs very often 4 Every time I open the app it opens Facebook to login 5 They dont value even their paid members let alone free members 6 They refused to refund me when I told them that my downloaded songs are getting deleted automatically 7 I will switch to Saavn now since my subscription is coming to an end     Where do I even begin

The app crashes way too often I think it mostly happens when the advertisement is trying to load Then it doesnt work for several days Happening more often of late Ive been using this app for more than 6 months Also having heard it so much I realize that songs are being repeated a lot on the radio purani jeans Another thing is Im never logged in in the app When I went to the website it doesnt let me log in Says my account is locked due to more than 5 failed attempts I havent tried to even fail When I try to reset my password through the website it doesnt recognize the captcha and hence I cant reset it There is no option in the app either to change password Im stuck     Listener

Purchased the annual subscription Payment went through but the app still shows me as a free user The payment process needs a revamp Im now stuck with their unresponsive customer care     Gaana

Best Indian music streaming app                 HD quality

App UI was works fine on older devicesiP4 running iOS 613 until you released the v410 which fails to load UI even after several attempts of uninstallingreinstalling it It turned into a useless installation Clarify if you are going to fix it or not     Screwed up UI for older devices

You have Tamil Bhojpuri but no marathi How pathetic Your competition saavn has tons of marathi songs     No Marathi language option

Buffering songs take a long time It keeps timing out when Im on the road while Amazon Music plays the songs at the same time Not a great collection either Will not recommend        Not a great app

I live in Chicago and this is my favourite radio station I enjoy the live radio and it reminds me of my childhood days radio stations all India radio binaaca geetmaala and other local stations Please keep up the good work and I would recommend playing some old classic songs I mean really really old like Saigal etc                 Excellent

My request to the developers of this app would be to fix the streaming issue when the app is not connected to wifi The streaming stops or skips every minute on 4GLTE and refuses to work even when the signal is very strong This doesnt happen with any other music apps Whats the point of enhancing the UI when basic functionality doesnt work This issue persists for almost a year may be even more Please fix this issue and I will come back with a better rating        Streaming on 4GLTE Doesnt Work

Navigation seems a bit complicated not the most user friendly interface           A little better than average with lots of scope of improvement

Usually dont write bad reviews but Im really frustrated with customer service or lack thereof I purchased one year Gaana subscription 4 days ago and yet to get the service I paid for I contacted their support via webiste ios app and even emailed feedback still a big NOTHING not even acknowledgement of my emails Word of advise steer clear from paid subscription and better yet dont even use this service     Frustrated by Gaana

Was lured into installing the app with all the snazzy ads on tv when I was in India in Nov 2014 I noticed that the songs would not play in its entirety Only first 50 seconds of the songs played I thought it was because I didnt have a subscription I went ahead and subscribed to the annual membership I feel completely ripped off The songs still dont play completely Moving to Saavn Saavn is awesome even without the pro subscription     Waste of money and time Horrible app
