App will not sync with Wells Fargo     Wells Fargo sync broke

I have so many accounts I cant see the very bottom one in the accounts page I closed one of my credit card accounts so I thought I would delete it from my accounts page and it deleted every transaction to and from So now I have to go back and adjust all my other accounts that if affected Should be an easier way to close and delete an account Please add the ability to link external accounts to keep uptodate without manually entering in data              Okbut

This is a great app I was looking for something that would not only track my expenses but keep track of my budget and bills This does all of those functions with relative ease Once you begin to use it it is very user friendly and easy to access your important data Love how you can choose to include or not an account in your total on hand The only thing I would like would be the ability to have a second budget or overall account to track my wedding expenses which come out of a different pot of but has its own funding accounts budgets bills etc Overall great app                 The best of NUMEROUS budget apps

This app really does a nice job of making it easy to track and understand your spending For households it is all you really need The advanced functions such as forecasting and family share can be a bit dodgy but most people really dont need those functions The main problem I have is with stability Since the introduction of iOS 8 I have to be sure to completely shut this app down when I am done using it This means double Clicking the power button and preventing the app from running in the background If I dont do this the app has a bug that often causes the app to hang up when I try to use it next           Really nice app for budgeting

Best app for expense and account balances tracking in one app However please add a widget for iOS 8 and add a report that tracks total account balance net worth over time PLZZZ              Great app Definitely buy

Budgeting has a tendency to be highly personal but this app captures enough of my workflow to make it actually worth using Its taken literally two years of looking but Ive finally found the app to keep my money straight                 The best on the App Store

This is an outstanding app and is really helpful when it comes to budgeting managing bills and handling other financial needs However it would be a three star app if you would please add more institutions so I dont have to constantly update everything           Please add more banks

Thank you for a good and simple to use app It appears to be working fine while I have used it for only 3 days We needed an app for sharing and syncing expenses in the family I didnt try to sync the app with any of accounts or use billing capability yet Just plain and simple recording of expenses and budgeting What bothers me is inability to share images of receipts Also I dont see images taken by the app in my Photo stream I am using iPad the latest model What is the purpose of creating subcategories if reporting cant be done by subcategories Why is it impossible to set up a feature of checking that my planned budget is over income Also I wish to have Savings as a special category on the home page while I realize I can create a saving account and see total for accounts and the app should help me to do math on balancing income expenses budget and my desire to save a bit I know many apps specifically focus on that but I want to use this one because of family sharing option Yet there is no option to see who entered data something obviously expected from the app shared between different people otherwise it is just syncing between devices not people And in that case I can use any other app instead           Some improvements are needed

What makes this app better than others is its ability to sync between devices We use this for home budgeting So my iPhone my wifes iPhone and our iPad all have the same information at the same time This means we all know how much we got left in the budget as the syncing is done instantly Great stuff                 Loving it

This app has all the features I was looking for in a budget app Quick easy to use but enough customisation for the advanced user Export allows user to manipulate the data in Excel at a later date if the built in reports and charts arent enough The beauty is that with a simple time investment as you spend money you collect a lot of significant data that will allow you to take charge of your expenses Sync is fantastic and is the icing on the cake I am very happy with this app a wise investment                 Perfect fit for our family

Hate this app Erased most of my information when my husband and I went to set our budget for the following month Extremely frustrated and disappointed     Was great for a month

Ive been using this app over a year now and wish I had found it sooner One small bug When you have a lot of expenses listed the very last one at the bottom is cut off a little so you cant see half of it Please fix 100 recommend this app                 Fantastic

There is definitely no better app out there for budgeting or keeping track of expenses The only problem I have is theres no background refresh so my husbands app and my app are off No way to push info That is the only problem Was a little buggy as far as some bills but we figure a way around it Awesome app Would get 5 stars if they were completely in sync as soon as an expense is added but would still highly recommend as long as you keep an open line of communication with the other person using it lol              Great app with one problem

I have been using this app for only a couple of weeks It is working very well I see a happy coexistence in my future I like the way my husband and I can have our phones automatically update Just remember to completely close the app when you are done I like the way the discover bill is included in th budgeting Just remember when you pay the bill it is a transfer of funds This is way better than Microsoft Money which I have used for many years My husband loves the way you can save to drop box The only thing I wish for is an archive function                 Good app

Seriously This app saved my marriage No Im not BSing you Aimee and I have always been on a crusade to save the economy by dumping all our cash into it But now we are trying to save up for a baby get our credit repaired and basically at 35 both of us it is time to be responsible adults This app has everything We can budget all our accounts our credit cards my 15 year olds allowance we can budget for savings on the baby save up for a new car and have all our bills paid on time But thats not all Are you in a house full of roomates You can have multiple groups so the household can budget as a collective and you can budget yourself You and the wife wanna keep your cash separate Make a his a hers and a household budget for bills and repairs It is virtually unlimited in capability Seriously Then you can pull up charts and all that stuff to see if your spending habits change by the week month quarter and year The learning curve wasnt too bad My wife only had to show me how to use this thing once and I figured out the extras on my own Of course you MUST enter your purchases for it to be accurate but if you can make it a habit you will have much better control of your finances with this app Imagine quicken books for your LIFE on your phone which syncs with your family members Hell yeah I actually have money in savings now First time in 35 years lol This app has saved me from myself To the maker or team behind this app you rock                 All my this 3

This is a good money managerbill manager but to use all the features it is just too complex and time consuming to set up Data sync across devices does work and is a great help If I had more time to learn all the things to do with this app I may love it For now I like it and it does what I needed it to              A bit complex

I have downloadedpurchased all current 79 major expense trackers on the App Store This is unquestionably the best one by a large margin Life changing is the only way to describe home budget The interface is colorful and gorgeous and everything is placed with deep thought is as well I cant tell you how many thousands of dollars I have saved from this app Please buy this software and support the author I along with many other fanatic home budget users want to see its development THANK YOU FOR IPHONE 66 support AND Touch ID Yes It looks absolutely fantastic Some additions 1Option to delete receipts pictures 2ability to check amount paid to payee within amount of time specified 3 add a percentage saved this month year to quick view The other feature I wish it had was mintstyle account access to be Able to see charges automatically That is a huge request bad honestly not a big deal if home budget doesnt have it since it is very easy to put charges in In its current iteration I am extremely pleased I have saved so much money by tracking my spending I have my budget now and I add all purchases to home budget immediately and try to titrate my purchases accordingly to meet my goal Support is very prompt and considerate with their responded thanks James                 THE BEST of 79 expense tracking apps i tried in App Store

This is the best finance manager I most use it for budgeting and checkbook register reconciliation but it has much more to offer The sync works great as well                 Great finance manager

Best way to track your accounts and bills in one place only downfall is sometimes the sync doesnt always work but you can manually get it to sync              Great app

I love this app It was instrumental in getting my finances on track a couple years ago when I wanted to buy a house The calendar and red green and blue circles on datesbills due are so simple and make it so easy to see at a glance what you need to take care of and what is paid The family sync is great When on the go I load all purchases into my phone but usually pay bills on my iPad The app syncs the 2 devices keeping my echeckbook constantly up to date Every time I have found something in the app that could have been improved on it was usually resolved w the next update Developers are constantly working to make this already wonderful app work better One thing Ive noticed is that if you enter a reoccurring bill and make it indefinite it does not offer the option to enter future entries now or on due date and therefore it does not include it into the monthly bill budget total This is so not helpful in monthly budgeting The only way around it is to enter all bills in w an end date but that means they will fall off the calendar before Im done paying something off I would like to see the option to include future entries nowdue date available for indefinite bills also From reading other reviews Im not the only one w a sad face about that Maybe the next update will resolve it Also an option to make a transfer to the cash account while entering an expense would be great This would help when reconciling accounts Right now if I take cash back at a store I have to enter them as 2 separate transactions Then they make no sense when reconciling as they dont match bank statements Otherwise best money ever spent on an app Strong work                 Going into 3rd year using and it is THE BEST app Ive used

Im a recent college grad and I needed an app to help me log all of my new bills Ill be taking on such as student loans credit cards and car payments I also needed an app to help me track where my money is being spent I had no idea how useful Home Budget would be but I am so glad I bought it Do yourself a favor buy this app set your budget and stick to it                 A must buy for everyone

I was hoping to finally find a budgeting app that updated all my IOS devices along with my home PC with one entry I started using this app for all my budget input only to find it doesnt quite measure up to what it says it will do The app is cumbersome to use It doesnt sync well with all devices in any real time In addition it seems to be so buggy that the chances of your accounts and entered information being correct is virtually impossible I have had the app show bills were not paid when they were multiple times Add income 3 and 4 times Along with numerous other issues Hopefully someday it will actually work as it is supposed to meanwhile I have to spend 2 days going back to my old apps and recreating all my financial info to get accurate information After spending the money for both the app and the Windows software very disappointed If yiu are looking for someting to work on all platforms I would wait This just isnt there yet        Would be great if it worked as described

In the pass I rated you poorly due to the fact that the bills remindersNotifications were not displaying the name of the bills due This is no longer the case Your fantastic update has done the job Youve made this App so much better My NotificationsReminders are displaying the names of the bills due and the amount This has been a Big help cause I dont worry anymore about whats due and for what amount So Thank you One little request Please make generating reports easier For example you should be able to tab the As Of and change the date to Weekly Monthly Quarterly and Yearlyinstead of the little numbers 123 on the top right hand corner which unless you tab it you dont even know what it does Please make generating Reports simple                 GREAT JOB

Your just missing Check on account if we were to pay with a check It would be nice to add this feature so that we can keep an eye on that certain numbed instead of adding it to note box Which later ruins the description Also memorize income name instead of typing it fully Like for expense you have payee not asking for the same feature but would like the app to memorize the input And a feature for disable an account to NOT include with the rest 5415 Have decimal for money amount automatic instead of typing in           Almost perfect

Go download mintcom Its free and automatically updates your financial information via logins I wish I could get a refund for this product     Dont spend money on this

Ive had the app less than 24 hours but have worked with it pretty heavily so far This is a good allaround home budgeting personal finance tracker that has many features I bought this primarily because of the family sync function but wont be able to test this till later and Im hopeful it works well My primary issues with the app are mostly UI related The app feels kind of awkward at times I did 3 months history to give myself a good baseline for my budgets and it took me nearly 6 hours to completely enter and reconcile expense transactions Landscape mode would have been helpful The icons are pretty generic though you can upload your own for categories and the drop down arrows are difficult to hit especially if you have big fingers andor a big case that wraps around the edges You should be able to tap the entire row to expand the lists under each category Also if you have a long list of expenses or other items the last entry is hidden halfway behind the bottom menu bar While scrolling through the subcategories the top items can be seen behind the category header While there are decent reports available you need to go through 35 different report menus to view them all each report should be accessible from a main menu page The ability to change the date range from each report page would be nice too rather than going all the way back to the first report to change it then back 4 pages to get where you were Would be nice if forecast had the budget included in its lists and if it had more graph options like the reports rather than just a simple line graph I also think it would be nice if there was a calendar that combines both recurring expenses and recurring bills rather than just one for recurring bills its nice to see everything in one spot currently no calendar for expenses only bills Once you save an expense transaction you can not go back in and split the transaction This would be a very useful feature if you dont have time to enter the details at the time of the transaction you could snap a picture of the receipt and fine tune the details later making the image feature more relevant Last thing I would like to see would be the ability to add individual payees when splitting a transaction useful for like credit card payments when not tracking the credit card in HomeBudget separately Ultimately however this is a robust app and assuming the family sync works as advertised is worth the money My wife never handles the accounts and spends blindly This will help her stay informed and up to date so we can meet our budgetary goals Buy with confidence              Good so far Few minor gripes

The UI is hard to get around initially Youll be back and forth on screens attempting to return to the screen that is needed But this app is extremely thorough accurate and once youve got the hang of it powerful Better of the personal expense tracking apps Ive tried Its worth the initial wonkiness              UI is wonky but the app is effective

Requires both my husband and I to buy the app plus another 1999 if I want to utilize the app from a desktop Will not import accounts like Mint or other budget apps Spent hours entering in accounts only for them to not be there after saving The sync feature is a joke I want a refund     Waste of money and time

There are 2 things missing autopopulate categories once you select a payee I hate manually selecting this over and over Usually I update my expenses until they are posted to my online portal This means I need to change the date on any new expense from today to the date I want It would be nice if the app could remember the date I used for the last entry This two changes would make the app PERFECT              Almost perfect

At first I was overwhelmed because I did not read the user guide But now that I have I find the app easy to use and I understand my personal finances a lot better The user guide is very useful and if I ever have a question I search online to learn more I highly recommend this app to everyone wanting to manage their finances and accounts                 This is a great app for managing ones finances

I finally found the app I was looking for After 45 days of testing this and several other apps Homebudget won hands down I like that I can keep track of my income expenses and debitcredit accounts in one place The graphs are very helpful and this app is very well thought out I cant even think of any way it could be improved I recommend Homebudget to anyone wanting to take control of their finances                 Finally

I have been using this wonderful app since December of 2011 This is the only app Ive used and have loved the organization the upgrades done have been amazing I would like to thank the programmers for such an amazing tool I have had issues with syncing in the past but it works wonderfully now Recurring expenses and recurring income are extremely helpful A couple of suggestions to make it even better I would love to see a chart per account ie monthly or yearly expensesbalance charted per account Also would like to have an option in the transfers from one account to another to count as either an expense or keep it as available funds ie If I pay a loan or credit card vs moving funds for savings Keep up the good work              Using this app for almost 4 years

Takes some set up but now I enter any receipts and purchases and I know my current bank balance and what bills are coming up Once set up bills and pay checks and transfers are done automatically or just a few touches to complete Decent reports to see how your spending your money and make more accurate budget                 Works great

This is the best budgeting app or program we have used I tried Mint and both my husband and I hated it Weve tried excel spreadsheets paper forms etc but nothing kept track and displayed all the things I wanted I love all the functionality this app provides as well as the clean and clear look of it I also keep track of cash gift cards plasma donation balance our checking and savings accounts as well as all of our kids savings accounts Just a few things that would make this app perfect the ability to select whether or not to include income in home page totals I dont want my kids deposits into their savings accounts included in our income balance the ability to also use this as a debt payoff and recording app They have a debt strategy app that I just bought but the ability to see all of it in one app would be ideal As for customer service and care 5 stars I have pestered them with emails with questionssuggestions and they have replied promptly politely clearly and said they will consider the suggestions I made I have been telling everyone I know about this app And I downloaded it onto my kids iPods so they can start learning now how to track their spending and how to budget their money A must have              Really 45 Stars
