I use Inkling to study from textbooks for work The interface is great and the text is clear Couldnt have wished for a better reading app                 Best App for Textbooks

Crashes a lot Update says bugs fixed Apparently not the bugs that keep me from reading my books without crashing Bought them a wile ago and gave up trying to read them Couple updates later app still crashes Just updated today and still crashes Maybe they dont have the technology figured out yet for their product Who do I blame The sellers of the interactive books or the company that makes the app required to read it     Very frustrating

I am an ER resident recently graduated from medical school This app is easy enough to access Handy if you have expert consult or student consult books                 Does the job

Works great Would give it 5 stars if I could write notes within the chapters like the pc version              Sleep Medicine

Updating this for the iPhone 6 is startling And my user stats show it in just 2 days Ive spent hours reading on it Thank you for finally updating your app My eyes dont hurt anymore                 Iphone 66 still lacking

As a student in a school just beginning its iPad program so far 2 years I have tried many different textbook viewing apps including Kindle iBooks Kno Textbooks renamed Intel Study and Pearson eText After only a few months using this app I can already tell it is one of the best to use I love how you can purchase individual apps and the User Interface is easy to navigate                 Top tier

The app is very cool Just in this recent update my ipad becomes unresponsive and restarts after soon after i start using the app Please fix this Thank you     Unstable

this apps so important for me that i dont know how i can go without but i find following inconvenience 1 harsh white background gives me headache as i have to read for long hour if background couldve been changed would be better 2 text font size too small for iPhone i want to change the font size 3 portrait orientation does bot work on iPhone portrait orientation wouldve been good please include this feature                 improvement suggestion

I purchased several fairly expensive medical textbooks My email addresspassword combo is unrecognized I Keep requesting password help via email but never get any response Waste of hundreds of dollars     Total lack of support

Reading this on my iPhone and iPad has been great while traveling to see my family while not having to carry around a huge book Format really well and picture from the online version is in good quality and I can zoom in to see it well                 Book for medical school

I use this app for several textbooks All are clear and easy to use                 Well done

No way to print and document why you made the decision you made Even in a web browser try to print anything and they say you exceeded your limit for the day even when nothing prints I prefer a book but at work find myself almost exclusively using a different service which predigests the information I am still responsible for the final decision I made but at least can document what influenced that decision        The reader displays really nice but books no longer useful

Very very happy with app Use it mostly with iPad Good functional options easy to highlight and findsearch text Pictures and graphics clear Excellent bank of available text I had issues with downloading but customer support was fabulous Even gave me newupdated text access for my troubles For reading and book access on the go this is THE app                 Great

Fail 1 I purchased an anatomy coloring book but this app doesnt allow coloring or drawing Fail 2 I purchased an anatomy and physiology textbook but this app does allow text to be copied and pasted not one word Try learning a bunch of new health science words that arent in your devices native dictionary and you cant copy and paste to another app Fail 3 If more than one word is highlighted you are no longer able to define any of the highlighted words This isnt an ereader Its a tool for publishing companies Im sure there are many other fails Im too frustrated to keep using it to find out     Poor ereader

I just finished my code review class and found the notebook function for cataloging my highlights and notes very helpful                 Functional and Easy to use

Inkling is one of the worst applications Ive ever used It crashes on a daily basis for me I have their support email address saved because I literally have to email them every other day for log in issues They have no customer service phone number no phone number at all so you cant call and talk to anyoneyou just have to wait for someone to email you back If you have more than one textbook on their website you have to search for things individually on the old website you could enter in a search term and search all of the books you owned now you have to open each one individually Again applicationwebsite crashes all the time     worst app ever

The content and layout are fantastic which unfortunately are betrayed by the apps low resolution The text and pictures in the books look blurry on my iPhone 6 The UI looks blown up too like they just took the UI from an iPhone 5 and just scaled it up I guess it wasnt really meant for reading on an iPhone 6 This is kind of inexcusable for this problem to persist for so long especially considering Inkling is in the business of making a reading app        Its getting embarrassing

It is a wonderfully crafted app but few things are still missing 1 no lanscape reading on iphone 2 no way to add notes 3 inability to copy text              Good but something is missing

Inkling needs to really get this option of changing font on iphone The newer iphone 6plus that we have invested and the number of books that I have purchased from inkling goes to waste The main reason that I switched to inking from kindle was the good lay out But now I feel cheated by the lack of support from inkling to iphones The irony is that kindle books are much nicer now to read on iphone 6 plus     Terrible on iphone 66plus

Nothing out of the ordinary The interactive features are far and few in any of the books The promise of Free books is also false There is only a small subset of books that offer free chapters Youre better off downloading a cheaper book for the Kindle reader app This app clearly lacks any product roadmap     Lacking any innovation

Useless I needed to look up tremor in a neurology text and it gave me Strunk and Whites Elements of Style which I have owned since I was a high school freshman Not a resource for medical professionals     Inkling

Im very grateful for the recent upgrade to the display with support for the 66 and Im excited to access all of my textbooks on the wards this year A few feature requests Landscape mode The ability to click on tables embedded in the text like figures The current layout forces an awkward sidescrolling motion to view the entire table Not sure if this is an inkling or StudentConsult issue This issue is compounded by the lack of a landscape view option              iPhone review Greatly improved recently
