All I wanted was to be able to easily navigate a map and view the various live webcams around the KC Metro area This app delivered that I wouldn t use it for anything else TBH If you re looking for incident reporting use maps google maps waze If you wanna check cameras though this app ll be your huckleberry                     Live Cameras Heylookup

I suspect that Scout changed a server or address that the app uses but this app is absolutely broken It doesn t get any data from the server No cams no sign data no incident data I ve been trying more than 30 days so it doesn t appear to be a temporary problem     App is completely non functional Lakeratbbq

The July update solved app loading issues but didn t solve the problem the app has with syncing info from the same servers that supply the electronic billboards or even the kc scout website The majority of the time upon starting the app you see spinning wheels vs of incidents and when you do see info it s likely out of date people please contact the kc scout office through the website and ask them to solve the issues hopefully the more contacts they get the faster they ll solve the problems     Disappointed Brokenape1975

Update on 7 20 17 resolved the loading issues I was having Can even see live video feeds now The app won t even load data now When the app worked it worked well Perhaps updates will make it usable again                     Great app since update for iOS 10 TB3625

This app is invaluable in bad weather times not to mention fun to look at Not sure if the N S E W on the cameras refers to the direction the camera is facing but it seems so Therefore the I35 N at 127th camera is actually a south facing camera so the label needs corrected                     Great access to roads Me and the dogs

Nice secondary traffic app Nice to have live camera shots Ability to see overhead traffic LED signs is a nice touch App locks up quite a bit while trying to continuously load data If the UI was smoother this could be a 4 5 star app I ll stick to google maps for general color coded traffic and use this for camera sign info             Almost KCcommuter

For what I m able to look at it seems to be a decent app Do you need to work on the bugs on it freezing and lag time My boyfriend works is a sheet metal local 2 we were going to this app to make sure he is going to be on time for work             It s ok Kris' Babydoll

Every time I go to load the app it becomes nearly impossible to use Moving the view to see road conditions ahead causes the app to freeze I recommend waiting on downloading the app until it is fixed         Needs work Wolfnut2985

It was the thought that counts The idea for this app is good but it falls incredibly short It s faster for me to leave and drive in the traffic than to wait for it to load only to then have the app lock up every time you try to maneuver around in it         Not so great KC driver lady

Program is on the right track but falls short in a couple of critical areas In attempting to show users real time traffic the app ends up being very slow and clunky when loading Its trying to continuously update so it stays slow Also camera images are good to have but when selected the image is very small Not that much of a problem on an ipad but you cannot see it well on an iphone Again a decent app and headed the right direction but still needs some work             Not a bad start but needs work W4MIC

Living in Kansas City with our traffic construction and weather This is the perfect app to have I would strongly suggest this for anyone who lives in the KC area                     Love it Celticmedic75
