This so far has been the best checkbook app for the IOS I have found especially if you are wanting a simple easy register The only reason it is not getting 5 stars is because you dont have the option to hide the cleared items so it can get a little confusing after awhile The syncing over multiple devices is awesome and the ability to sync with my husbands phone is also awesome Pretty Good

Been trying to use this for the family accounting but the opening total says Im like 1100 in the negative and the running total in the register has a totally different number and Im not positive its accurate Fix this soon Please Frustrated

I have used this app for well over a year Multiple times I have had to start all over because the balances in one screen or another suddenly became inaccurate for no reason I had 3 accounts syncd across 3 devices and it worked well for the most part most of the time but with something as crucial as your money I expected more stability Customer service has been full of empty promises to correct shortcomings in the app If you use this app monthly or weekly exporting is a must or you will be left to rebuild your register from past bank statements Fed Up

I have been using this app for well over a year maybe two The balances are always showing a HUGE negative balance but correct on the register It never fixed its self so I made yet another account Same thing now And NOW THE APP WONT EVEN OPEN UGH

After having the shared account for two years with not too many major issues I went to open it this morning to make some entries and it wouldnt open It now says Open New Account Balance 000 Thanks for nothing Upset

Servers crashed took 3 days to get backup and all my historical information lost The will not respond to requests on how to recover the information Most likely they tried or stolen account numbers and too busy trying to break into everyones accounts Glad I never provide that information within any app Wish They Had a No Star Rating

This app started out ok but then the bugs hit Had the front page balance differ from the account balance Had to delete and re install Have had a few times where it wont load Today has been down all day Im done with it Started out ok

Great setup but cannot keep an accurate balance It worked great for about 20 days then cannot do the math Says one balance thats incorrect on main screen but register balance is something else although its correct To late to get a refund so maybe in the end it serves to create a positive on the developers register Just sayin Great setup Poor performance

Had some issues early on with this app but its been a month and everything seems to be working smoothly They were very thorough with the explanation on the last issue with their server Just took a lot longer to fix than I would like No issues so far so I upgraded from 1 star to 3 stars If we dont run into any more issues I wont hesitate to give this app 5 stars in a month Works

When you schedule payments it will default to 2016 If you restart then it goes to 2017 GARBAGE

I love this app but There are something I wish would change I have been using this app for about two years now and I havent had any issues with it Things I like Keeps a running balance If you put in a transaction for a different date it moves it to where the rest of the transaction are listed It looks like a paper checkbook register Its very simple no crazy graphs or crazy categories Things I dont like After updating a past transaction while reconciling it takes me back to my most current transaction so I have to scroll back to where I was to continue to reconcile It would be nice if there was a reconciling mode where you could easily click off what has cleared rather then going into each transaction Very Nice Basic Register

Eventually everything does not balance and no not from human error Would be the best if it worked

I do love most of this app The only thing that I am frustrated by is that there is no feature to reconcile a large group of transactions when I get my bank statement at the end of the month is when I fully reconcile I thought this may have been added when I purchased the premium upgrade but it was not I would love to see this added because right now it is frustrating to have to scroll through all my transactions for the year to find something that may have taken a long time to post Also I would love to be able to archive previous years not delete as I need to keep the records for tax purposes Great app but I would like to see

Very happy with the app up until the upgrade to iOS 8 and now it doesnt appear to work When I go to make a debit entry and press on the area to enter the amount the app quits Need to get it fixed pronto and Ill give you 2 more stars UPDATE Problem with iOS8 was promptly fixed and all is good again Sometimes you need things like this to happen to realize how much you use and depend on a product As Steve used to say it just works Thanks guys for a great product UPDATE 2 Works beautifully with iOS 9 I dont know what I would do if I didnt have this app Cant imagine how I got along without it before Great job guys and keep it up Liked it until iOS8 and now I LOVE IT AGAIN

I love this register So easy to use and shows a running balance which to me is very valuable Reasoning behind 4 stars instead of 5 is that the recurring payments dont show until the actual day of the transaction I would prefer them to show as soon as entries start for the current month for planning Also a little bit of confusion when searching for transactions but nothing too painful I use this app daily Great App

UPDATE 61215 The entire system just crashed I lost all of my data I was unable to back it up because the problems mentioned below were never addressed I emailed them again I hope I get a response Now I have to reconcile my check book from scratch This will be a big mess 1 My balance on my opening screen does not match my running balance This needs to be fixed ASAP 2 How do I get scheduled payments to move over to the check register 3 When I email a copy of the app for a given month I only get 14 transactions 4 I love the app and really want it to work for me No customer support after several emails

The ap is cute and easy to use BUT the balance feature is not accurate Kind of defeats the purpose Deleted and switched to another Dont bother

It seems like i am having the same issue that other reviewers are going through BALANCES DO NOT MATCH It creates problems because you have to adjust it to make it match and still wont work I deleted it Hopefully I can find a better one Unmatched balance

I bought the full version of the app yesterday and it has been disappointing to say the least I spent literally hours adding all of my bank transactions and after getting to the end my balance was off The initial deposit amount had somehow changed on its own to a lesser amount affecting all of my other transactions After verifying the amounts a 2nd and 3rd time its clear the app is buggy Then I spent another hour plus adding a dozen or so scheduled transactions and all of the start dates changed from 2015 to 2016 on their own without my influence So I deleted everything and started again to have the same thing happen Very frustrating Please refund my 399 ASAP and fix the app so it actually works well Thanks Buggy crapp

Ive had this app for a year The balance has been off 3 times in that period Im unable to access the app now and have sent 3 emails All 3 have gone unanswered in a two week period Ill have to use a different app And that was the premium upgrade Unreliable

Exactly what we were looking for however we had issues with the wrong balance showing like 3600 when were in the positive and couldnt change it Also wouldnt let us in the app at times showing an error There also isnt a backup in case you have to re download it because it wont open Great app but has shortcomings

Twice Ive purged transactions to try to fix it being out of balance and it makes it worse Then you cant reverse it I think Im going to look for another app Out of balance cant go back
