I just downloaded this app and its great I really like the urgent care section it tells me how many people are in line so I can determine which one to go to based on how many people are there                 Great app to have

This app is handy in so many ways The feature I use the most are the lab results As a kidney transplant patient I am always having labs drawn Its a cinch to get the results The one thing I wish could be better is the amount of time it takes to get the results posted But hey there always needs to be room for improvement thus the four stars The app tech center has excellent service if you ever need assistance I highly recommend this app              Love this app

This app needs a major overhaul I was able to log in 3 days ago after multiple tries Today it keeps telling me login fail even though the fields are correctly filled out Then I go to the main site and my device is not configured properly This would be the same device that logged me in 3 days ago So agree with a previous poster who cited meaningful use Not so much and you want all your patients to sign up for this Needs much workplease address the issues with this app     Poor poor poor

Overall the app is useful if you already use the MySpectrum website However with the 2x update to the application lab results are never available This is a major bummer as it was quick and easy in the earlier versions As a frequent lab visitor seeing timely results are needed and the web page is so slow        Lab results do not work

This app is extremely slow It takes forever to do any tasks It will not allow you to scroll down if your lab result is more than a screen long Whoever created this app should be fired     Worse app ever

I am a chemo patient so I have loads of appointments at different hospitals and times and this app organizes it all for me                 Great app

I recant my previous review The new update is AMAZING You can do everything you could do on the desktop site now in the app Thanks to the developers for making this app so much better                 New update is MUCH better

I got this app for my mother that is legally blind While it is much improved over the original app still doesnt allow her to fully utilize For example if multiple pages on the screen for example lab results she has to turn voice over off to move to the second page Also cant use on multiple devices without having to relogin with user name and password Partially defeats the purpose of the pass code           A more useful app but not completely blind friendly

I just tried to use the new cost estimator feature but it didnt list my procedure with my doctor at the location it is being performed I do like emailing my doctor and tracking appointments and lab results through the app but its hard to navigate things that look like clickable buttons are not and it doesnt work like its supposed to results and appointments displayed on the home screen dont load if you click on them have to go through side menu This app is a great idea but still needs some work           Mediocre

I have an iPhone 4s and the test results do not scroll so I cant read everything Also one of the cholesterol results is overwritten by text and unreadable Otherwise very promising app           Works well but

Clunky to read on a mobile device Difficult to navigate Seems to have even fewer features The previous version you could have at least a section to find labphysician locationshours without too much difficulty I received an email stating that I had s message from my docs office Took too long to find and navigate to the inbox Then once there it took my 45 attempts to back out of that to get to the lab results section to find the information to which they were referencing And there is still no way to delete remove refine or manage old messages to unclutter the inbox If Im going to get an email telling me to check my account for info just sending the info in the first place would be a lot less confusing and easier to find Not a good experience After the most recent update I cannot respond to messages from my provider When contacting the help desk to inquire regarding the problems I am having I get a generic response asking me to provide additional information All of which was provided in the initial note To make things worse when replying to their inquiry for more details their server would not accept my response This app is 50 functional and 50 useless Definitely NOT what youd expect from a system attempting to be tops in the nation     Horrible update

Login takes a little while but other than that it works great              Glad to have this app

You guys are going backwards in technology Why if I could do refills through My Spectrum would I want this My Health app instead You guys are making patient care more frustrating Seems like youre taking steps away from meeting the requirements of Meaningful Use     Took away the ability to do prescription refills

Killer new navigation makes this version very easy to use                 So easy

Works fine though a little clunky Would be great if it synced lab results to the health app and appointments to your calendar           Room for improvement

The app is pretty nice There is a small issue with the Login when I use LastPass to autofill the username and password The Login button is inactive until the fields notice that youve entered something It gets pretty annoying but now in the app you can set a passcode which is nice 4 stars because the login is weird              Login Issue

Support claims they are making changes to make this useable but its been a disaster since day one Please get a new developer and make them use native tools please     Buggy slow and nothings ever been fixed

Urgent care wait times are really handy The app also showed me that were as close to Alpine as we are to Broadmoor our usual choice We never would have thought about going to the less crowded Alpine site without it                 Map Urgent care handy

Ive had nothing but problems logging in with this version The app asks for email address but really wants username When I enter username and password correctly it tells me its wrong I reset and its still wrong Would really like to access my labs without having to go through customer service rigmarole every time        Login issues

When it was designed as a native app it was great Now its basically a web app Not tailored to iOS at all Features such as adding appointments to calendar are gone Runs slow everything is much more of a pain to navigate Displays info poorly on small devices screen due to huge spacing but little fonts I am sure someone thought it was a good idea and cheaper to do this way     New style is horrible

When the app was myspectrum it was wonderful Ever since it moved to myhealth it DOESNT WORK I cant scroll in my test results it freezes at a blank screen with just the logo not even a back button so I have to close the app entirely etc I cant use it for anything anymore it is WORTHLESS FIX IT PLEASE     Worst App known to man

Worthless I was hoping to use this app the monitor my childs blood work However besides being slow the app will not let me scroll and vies all the test results Instead I can only see the first 3 or fur result However some test have 1215 results listed with in them like a CBC Please fix iPhone 4c user     Useless

The mySpectrum App is great and I used the urgent care wait times feature today to pick the least busy place to take my son Also like how the app integrates with MySpectrum account so I can get my lab results on my phone                 Love the app and the urgent care wait times
