Doesnt work any more Keeps saying session timed out and wont let me login Please fix     App stopped working

This app has no functionality except to check balance No ability to transfer from PayPal etc requires a FULL log in instead of phone pin like the website Deleted back to using the website from my phone browser     Worthless

Sometimes it was hit or miss that I could log in but now its consistently not letting me No updates to fix this issue Like they dont even care about this app Im gonna delete it reinstall it hopefully that will help but if not just going to delete it from my iPhone before it starts crashing my iOS software     Never works

Downloaded this app today and I havent been able to get it to open I get an error message saying that my session has timed out Complete waste of time Please fix it     Doesnt work

This app is useless Unable to log in 95 of the time Its enough to make me want to switch to a prepaid card that has an app that works Such a monumental disappointment     Total crap

Cant even transfer money I hate that I have to log in every single time I use the app at least with the PayPal app I can set a pin but not this stupid app It is pointless as much time as it takes and the least amount you can do its faster to use the web     Very Crapy App

Im better off with bookmarking the web page to my phone to get the full effect All I can do is check the balance history and reloading locations There needs to be a money transfer feature a customer service contact request and much more This app is pretty pointless unless it gets a MAJOR update unlike these bug fix updates     NEEDS MANY MORE FEATURES

the past few days ive noticed when trying to log in an error message pops up your session has timed out and it just continues to think need developers on this asap        frustrating

This app works maybe 20 of the time and thats probably generous When it works I suppose its ok I wouldnt know since I can rarely access the app It usually sends me to a net spend login never had one and wasnt told I needed one the one time today it worked it timed out literally after about 20 secs This app is pretty useless and making me consider loosing the card too I love my paypal account but this mobile thing aint working I usually wait till I have at least 4 bars LTE to even try and even then it just doesnt work Tried calling cust service No help there either Im using a iPhone 5s with latest software and this app isnt useful to me at all Uninstalling until an updated version is available     Horrible

It would be nice if NetSpend will provide some of the updates it is providing to its app or other prepaid cards that NetSpend designed the app Web page is better than the app This is the only banking app that I know of that will not give you the option to save your usernameemail address The web version will save both your username and password     Need a major update

Why have an app if you cant load on your card from your PayPal account Makes no sense Come on PayPal its 2015 why do you make things so difficult for your customers Sooner or later somebody is going to come out with a more consumer friendly way to pay and receive online and you will be trashed by them Mark my words its going to happen     Pointless

First of all they are at least ahead of Walmart in having a App in the first place Walmart still stuck on Mobile site that has limited capabilities Push being ran by Green Dot the company that has no decent customer service The one thing that an user of an application wants is a secure quick way to log in to their account give this app the ability to use Itouch or swipe would be very quick and secure in fact linking both the mobile device via mobile number and Itouch or swipe would be quick and secure much more than the present method of time consuming a customers time to login And at present there is the following note on the login page Uncheck if this is a shared computer First of all there is NO option for Remember Me and no option to check or not check using the app Using an app is the best way to recieve push notifications to the customer this is also cheaper for the card company this also helps control fraud is an industry that has rising credit debit card fraud The customer knows better than anyone else when a transaction reload or tampering of the account happens better than anyone else give this control to the customer also API Push notifications help with that cause Also giving the ability to FREEZE the account thru the app and UNFREEZING the account would help with that cause as well Once logged in the address in the location and transaction sections hyperlinked to either google maps or Apple maps depending on what device you are using or better yet put that as an option of the user customer using the app When you hit the contact section of the app it will direct you to the website unfortunity this is the full computer site not even a Mobile design site this should at least be disigned for smartphones or a mobile site We are all on the go we do not want to expand sites to read and scroll from one section to the other just to read This is very poorly thought out I have not problem logging in using my email address and password just a simple waste of time when so many easy secure options are proven and ready for use           Needs some attention in Design

This is the best app on the market I hate this bs it steals your money and crashes a lot well I guess since its free you shouldnt complain lol                 Great way to get robbed

This is by far the WORST app I have ever encountered I have downloaded it at least 5 times and still get an error message when logging in after being told I need to register and link my Paypal account If I could get direct deposit on my Paypal business account I would have never ordered this card I will be uninstalling for about the 5th time     HORRIBLE APP

I dont understand why I have to go on the actual website to make most transfers The only one you can do from the app is from the main account to your savings Anything from your business paypal or bank transfers you have to go on a regular browser Please update this app soon        Needs some UPGRADES

As soon as I downloaded it it took me 5 minutes just to be able to log in simply because it wouldnt let me until I hit a bunch of random buttons until it did I primarily downloaded it so it would be convenient to transfer the funds from my account to my card Little did I know that this app just portrays your transaction history and the amount you have on your card Not to mention that the app looks super outdated and cheap Come on PayPal get on your game We shouldnt have to use a computer just to transfer our funds and it should definitely be more appealing to users     Needs Major Revisions and Updates

This app has major issues and apparently PayPal isnt doing anything to fix it Do you people read the reviews Im missing an entire week of transactions if I use the app The website shows them but the app doesnt I should also be able to load FROM the app but nope Whats the point And the customer service agents are very undertrained I get a different answer every time I call with the same question They come up with their own answers without really knowing the real one     Major Issues not being resolved

Good luck The majority of the time you get an error message when logging in By majority I mean 99 of the time The app is completely useless You are only able to check your balance It does not have a function to transfer money from your paypal account     The worst app ever
