Agree with the last rater I m on day 17 and the 30 second jumps are brutal 10 to 15 second increments would make it more achievable I don t have too many days left at this pace         Time increases too much RyanMasao
This app would be terrific if it added only 5 10 seconds each session It does that until the user reaches a minute but after that it adds thirty seconds every few days I m looking for an app more thoughtfully designed for someone who is not a jock         Increments too big after the minute Sourdough Lady
This is an Awesome App I love how simple it is But my body is starting out really low on the spectrum I m on the third day and I m shaking like a leaf at 20 sec Earth Quake hit at 30 It doesn t mean I m giving up But I would love an app that takes it a little slower just for starting out Maybe 1 min in 30 days Who knows maybe as I push through it will get easier                     Awesome teamjoe2003

This is great thanks for my abs i ve been repeating this for three months completeing one month of work in a day and lost all 20 pounds of belly fat and got abs I still need to define them tho and my arms are much muscular not to mention my butt lol GET IT                     AWESOME Babyfartmagizax
