I purchased this app quite a while ago and loved it for quite some time However in the last few months I have not been able to view PDFs saved within the calendar I understand there can be bugs that need to fixed so I emailed Public Folder support to let them know of the issue After emailing approximately six times in several months I had never received a response I even mentioned in my last email that I would write a negative review if I did not hear back in hopes that I would at least get a response acknowledging the problem But I have heard nothing I am disappointed in the customer service             Disappointing Customer Service Nicole Alene

It basically works if you re needing to view an overall day of events But the specific times are an hour off If it s at midnight it shows up the day before at 2300 hours There s no way to adjust it within the app so it s really hard to know if the day is accurate or not But otherwise it at least shows the events         Works but times are off sync 3855312799432

This is a great app for those of us that prefer to carry iOS devices I love that you can save a public folder as a favorite which is very handy when the company you work for has a vast hierarchy of folders I also love how you can place a copy of an item into your inbox for replying or forwarding Great job on this app However sometimes the app only updates a portion of the files in a public folder and not all of them I m not sure why that is I will not knock a star from it for this because overall it s very helpful Thanks                     Great app for viewing public folders on iOS Flower2000

I ve been using this app for around a year for an office of a around 10 15 users with each user having it deployed to their phones It has worked great since then There were bugs with recent versions and the developer was very open to working with me to make sure an updated version of the app worked before being released to Apple I highly recommend this if you need access to public folders on your iPhone                     Awesome Hipsterstalin

I bought the app and it worked with our Exchange 2007 server We upgraded to Exchange 2013 and now it does not work The app has Exchange 2013 as a choice for server type but it still won t work The frustrating thing is they have a web site with nothing on it other thank a product description and they haven t responded to the support email address they list on the site     No support available mikerich61

This app will only let you see the public calendar You can not edit or make changes to it If you are in a different time zone you will see errors in the dates as a single day event will show across two days Very confusing Not worth downloading even if its free Needs lots of work     Very limited CPC pilot

The main reason for the 1 star rating is that tech support does not respond to support requests or questions Most types of public folders work fine but there are issues with Calendar folders Calendar folders do not display recurring appointments events only the first occurrence is displayed but recurring occurrences are not displayed The only available view is Monthly You cannot add or edit the calendar Recent updates through 2 0 6 have not resolved these issues If Calendar folders worked properly this would be a very useful app     Recurring appointments are missing from Calendar folders llh1202

Support needs to improve Our 6 person team bought this app and eventually found it to be useless Calendar is view only and it doesn t support different views which makes it difficult to view appointments We eventually went to iCloud for our calendar system which so far works like a dream I would not recommend this app as it is very basic and needs lots of improvement on features     Very frustrating Ben456Bd

It only allows one mail account so if you have more than one exchange account that you need to view be aware Also the left pane is not resizeable so if your folders have long names you cannot see all of the name The Bookmarks are not editable in terms of what they say only that you can delete them So you can t make the folder name more readable three either But the product does what it says it does             It works well but could use these features Sandiegocal
