We have been using the app for over a year now and have accumulated some nice history It is interesting to see which customers are really good customers and others that you thought were good but not so much We keep notes on each visit so that the next time we can see know what works for the customer and what doesn t Avoid making the same mistake twice I wish it were more integrated with the calendar app but with the way it is designed and functional Would recommend for any salon or related busines Working fine here discodenver
Unable to easily put info and appointments in calendar Not a separate calendar from phone calendar therefore does not have option to put in service and time of service with client attached like a regular appointment book Huge waste of money Interface does It work well with phone screen not big enough Not user friendly shw stopper
I just purchased this app and was not aware that you had to purchase more stuff once you want to add information I feel that the page before you purchase the app was very misleading and did not disclose this information in the main header Very misleading Nail magic
Other girls in the salon has been using this app and love it They helped me get it setup and I have already seen the benefits I can see cut and color was used the last and am always prepared for my clients I am also able to enter notes and comments I know that some of the other apps require monthly fees Don t see why you would need to pay more than this Check it out for yourself Happy I got it We all Love this App lew6543
I am an nail tech with about 150 regular clients I was looking for an app that could track all of my services but was easy to use With literally 3 4 taps per client I can track my services and product sales and the polish I used At any time i can see my numbers for the day or week and verify my credit card transactions the coolest feature is being able to quickly review a clients history prior to the visit and avoids using the wrong treatment again i can also keep comments for the clients so I don t get them mixed up Best of all no connection is needed all the info is on my iPad Great app for Mani Pedi Services a30n

I thought I d give this a try to track important notes about my clients but I can t delete duplicate clients access the calendar and only allows the screen to be in landscape mode I will be deleting and looking for something that actually works I wish I could get a refund It s only getting 1 star because I can t leave 0 stars CRAP Tattooedgirl78

New version adds some features without changing the basic operation The app does everything I need Tracks client services and products Uses the iPad contacts and calendar so its fast and easy to get started I can send email receipts and get reports and graphs to see how Im doing for any time period All of my history is instantly available for review before each client visit There is a recently added support function that can be used to get an occasional questions answered The app does a lot so you need to take some time to understand it and get everything setup properly It is time well spend and you will begin to see benefits within the first month Very very happy with the new version

Software updates are always stressful with changes that dont benefit current users These guys seem to be able to add things without changing the old Have noticed a dramatic change in speed as the app has ben getting slower and slower in recent months but is now very fast again The app is easy to use and handles all of our salons needs It has improved with age since now there is a large amount of customer info that is very useful The new Metrics program shows the number of services product and payments for any time period My daily total can be seen at any time with a few taps The app really helps keep me organized I was a mess before i got Salon Manager i have recommended it to others in the salon and helped them get setup I read a review where someone was having a problem you just need to be a little patient and take the time to understand how the app works Also there is support for the app if you have questions For the price I would recommend buying You can pay a lot more for the same basic functions Also all of data is on the device and it isnt necessary to have a connection or pay for data charges to usevery fast After 2 years and 2 Upgrades its still All Good
