This is fine for generating plain sock patterns but any notes you write in the note section aren t saved when you exit the app Just a warning if you plan on using this app             Half works Daisy K2tog

It s a fantastic concept too bad it doesn t work There s no way to change the gauge numbers It s great if I m knitting a sock with 6 sts per inch but I m not     Doesn t work jlaine76

Why the hell do I need the length to knee if I m making a crew sock That measurement is irrelevant App should calc based on basic measurements entered but it won t     Don t waste your time TinkerKnits

I bought this app because I love the desktop software on my Mac This app is disappointing It doesn t have standard shoe sizes available as does the desktop version so I had to go searching for the required information online These socks are going to be gifts I know the recipients shoe sizes but I don t have all of their measurements The app will not give you a pattern unless you fill in ALL of the fields so I had to guess Once I entered the data it gave me a pattern for a knee length sock Who knits knee length socks on a regular basis nowadays Please fix this         Not as nice as desktop version Stargazer135

I only knit crew length socks All I wanted was a place to keep measurements for various people and have it spit out a basic top down crew length pattern I put in needle size my gauge row and stitch gauge and measurements for floor to ankle around ankle around foot and foot length It will not take those give me a pattern I get an error I do have my basic top down pattern in my head for my own size 72 stitches 72 rows heel on 36 stitches 36 rows for simplicity I think I can increase to 88 I want a multiple of 4 for my husband s giant socks but it won t even make an attempt at a pattern DESIGNER SHOULD MAKE CLEAR CLEAR CLEAR CLEAR I CAN T EMPHASIZE THIS ENOUGH THE LIMITATIONS OF THIS PROGRAM I won t buy another not even for 99 cents without reading the reviews first This program STINKS     I would not have bought it CMorse NH

I love this app It s great to be able to have my family s measurements all in one place I like the fact that you can change the gauge for whatever yarn and needles you are using It is true though that it seems tat you can only make knee hi s but I m trying to use the basic pattern and just tweak it a bit I would love to see an option to make any length of socks seeing as how the measurements are there already I was a little disappointed tat you couldn t make calf or ankle socks Maybe a future update It s the only reason for four stars instead of 5 It is well worth the 0 99 for this one                 Love it KnittingB

This app appears to only work for knee length socks If you try to leave any of the measurements as a zero it won t let you start the pattern Very disappointed     Knee length socks only Spaceystacie

There is a pink heart blocking a measurement press fingers on it to make it go away It s kinda a pain Also can t seem to do ankle socks which is all I wear Maybe in an update Other than that it looks fun Haven t knitted the socks though         Big heart in the way Amyrex

Not even worth the 99 I entered the gauge and my measurements It told me to cast on 86 sts Doesn t have an option for how high you want your socks so I think the instructions are for knee hi s     Not worth the 99 Uneakone

Love the idea not so great on the execution The gage entry is rather vague The only option is for kneelength top down socks Not helpfull if you don t want socks that high         Ehhh Fribble2

Because I always have it with me This calculates a knee high sock knowing you don t HAVE to make it that long Love having access to the math                     Just like web version but better CraftLitHeather
