Spendee – see where you money goes

I paid full price to use this app as they advertised at the time Then they forced an update that requires more payments to use it properly I cant even get a refund because of the return period loophole Companies like this shouldnt be allowed to scam apples customers     Scam

I really like this app Yet there are some design choices that get in the way of me sticking with it For example Im not completely sure why the start screen shows you your last added expenses instead of directly showing the screen to add a new expense which is probably the reason you opened it 90 of the time Also when adding a new expense you always have to select a category instead of the leftmost oneyour most used category which is usually food for me be preselected by default in addition to this the app always shows a following screen after adding an expense to add extra info like a photo or set it as a recurring expense which are both great features but most of the time I just want to add a meal in the least touches as possible and this coupled with all I mentioned above makes the process needlessly long Eg I just bought a Big Mac do I want to track it in Spendee it takes me 6 touches to add it vs 3 in competitor Spender In addition Im really missing the feature to set a monthly budget to specific categories maybe its there somewhere but I havent been able to find it All in all this is probably the most beautifully executed and most polished expenses app on the store but specially UXwise there is room for improvement           Greatly executed yet not so easy to add a new expense

When I first bought the app 10 months ago I bought for simplicity It was something that I could use everyday I managed to save up to 25K in this period through frugal life and simple side business Now I cant access any of the expense reports that I worked hard on recording I was recording every single expense Now its all gone thanks to small team of idiotic developers     Disappointing

Love the new update so sharp and elegant Just 1 little comment please bring back the outstanding balance total income total expenses so that I dont have to constantly do the math Other than that PERFECT                 BEAUTIFUL PERFECT AMAZING

This used to be a great simple app Since the update it just crashes while starting up Do Ive lost old records and cant create new ones     Used to be good

I downloaded this app 1 year ago and paid for it to gain access to exclusive features Now those features that I already paid for are coming at ridiculous monthly subscription plans Not only that the new update keeps hanging and resetting my phone screen This app should be removed from the app store     New Update is Terrible

Add buttin is too small graph is useless now because doesnt display actual info on one single screen And filter for period causes application to hang Also preset for currrent monthnot past is absent but it should be present Summary previous version was way better will not purchase pro version after year of usage I dont even know if my spendee db is syncing with in my iCloud storage for now     Lots of bugs simplicity of UI is lost

Id paid for this apps New updates need to be paid to get a new features Really No thanks Id spent enough     Nightmare

The developers over complicated the app I cant see how much I spent per month without having to adjust the period of spending every time I cant see how much I spend in each category anymore or see how much I save overall weekly monthly and yearly Sorry Spendee but I will be switching to HomeBudget now I cant believe Im saying this after using this app daily for 2 years Please change it back to what people like     Went from a great app to completely useless

Its little bit confuse I did sign up and there is pop up 6month free upgrade for premium version but I never register it Even didnt know it was showing up automatically Customer center said itt up to you diced to pay for it or not after six month but not sure because I still wait six month until Need them to make button for delete account or cancel register           Confuse

Have used this app for 7 months After the latest update you now have to pay for the same features that used to be free Now Im using Track My Spend Better app and no monthly fee     Now Unuseable

Try to close and reopen the app First is shows the homepage and suddenly ask to type your pass but I have already seen the homescreen so the whole point of having a pass is not working well Besides that is a very usefull app to keep a record about your finance              Password bug

There has a bug is all transaction at the end of the month eg 3031 it will not count at that month but in next month Another bug is category edit list cannot scroll Please fix           Great app but have bugs

Lack of export function in exchange for their paid online service No longer being able to use your data outside the app without paying them to do so is a major 1 I dont particularly care for the division between free and premium accounts Premium is subscription based as well I would like to see wallet creation become something a free account is capable of Otherwise the app remains mainly the same with a UI overhaul     20 look 1x features export

I have PURCHASED the app before it turns to a free app And now I will NEED TO subscribe monthly to get to use the features that I have been using ALL ALONG     Ridiculous

The update is not helpful for what I used it for The wallet balance from back when I started using it in late 2013 is irrelevant Im having to go searching for the information I care about most and that was readily apparent in the previous version I want to go back A lot Im sure some people will be pleased but this update was not made for people who used it like I did        The 20update wasnt made for loyal customers

It does not start from the first day of the month Instead it carries over from previous month I like the old version better Plain and simple More does not mean better     User

I have used this app for almost two years I vigorously defended it to all my friends against the more known budget apps However since the new upgrade I will have to take back my praise The new upgrade is horrible Not only is it confusing but simple items like viewing your monthly amount is impossible I am frustrated beyond belief and I will absolutely be switching to a new budget app There goes a waste of two years and 199     Do not purchase with the new upgrade

Spendee has pivoted and shown their true colors Instead of selling a useful app they want all of your spending data Newest version makes Spendee completely worthless You can no longer export your purchases likely disabled so that you have to use their future web based tools for any analysis you want to perform To make matters worse I paid for the old version only to see them move to freemium model with no ability to downgrade to the version I purchased     Now worthless app

I like the new app I like the new interface the fact you can have multiple wallets if wants more icons app widget But the app become very bug it almost crashes every time I use it There must be a bug fix update soon for those who complains about simplicity gone away actually it is still there you do not have to use more wallets and everything almost would be the same my suggestions for better experience 1 allow complete transaction from the first page for fast and easier entry 2 allow transaction entry from widget or use predefined template for routines transaction like Taxi 3 Allow subcategories           Good update but major stability issue

I paid for the app now the new version does not support export to excel or back up to icloud unless you pay 2 a month You email them and they do not reply Im migrating to another app     Rip off

The app I bought it a long time ago and it was perfect Since the lunch of iPhone 6 they didnt update the app to match the iPhone 6 screen and now they updated the app and ask me for a subscription for an app I bought already to get features I already own Buy CashSync its much better with better support     Not worthy

Before the update everything was good I liked this app so I purchased it 199 at that time With the recent update the function why I purchased this app seems totally gone which was dataexportascsvfile function It seems like I have to pay monthly to get it back Effectively this app developers took away my money with this update OK you may keep my 199 but not me Bye     Its time to remove this app from my phone

I used Spendee every single day since Oct 2013 I used to love this app so easy and perfect for tracking spending HATE it now after the upgrade After this upgrade I lost everything because I have an Iphone 4 which is upsetting I use this app to help me with taxes and track now that info is all gone Emailed Spendde never got a reply     Upset Disappointed

Paid for the app bundle that includes Tasky as well But ended up I still need to purchase a subscription for adfree Pro features     Paid For Full App but Now Need Subscription

Where is all the features At least give me a button I can export the data then I can kiss goodbye to this stupid app     A stupid upgrade

New update has missing features and bugs notes has no Return feature to go down a line that made me use another app instead for my daily financial activity I would have paid a one time fee but what this is asking and how little is offering is purely pushing customers long term to the competition     Huge step backward

Spendee was useful until the company desgined an upgrade thats quite terrible Hard to navigate hard to edit categories and recurring expenses doesnt show the overview for the current month like it used to it shows for last 30 days not the current month In a word terrible Please go back tonuser friendly version        Bad upgrade

Whats happened to Monthly overview of how much youve gone over compared with how much you made The simplicity It used to be so easy to see how you were doing plus change it to get different perspectives and budget looks Now I find it incredibly hard to do so Will be switching to something new     Changed everything I liked

I paid for spendee 2 years ago and had been a happy customer and now since the new version came out it has completely stopped working on my iphone 4 I cannot access any of my 2 years worth of finances I had put in and cant use it anymore I never got an email or message warning iphone 4 users that it would stop working I emailed them complaining and asking about my lost data and never got a response Do not deal with these people Very soon probably iphone 5s will be shut out just like all the 4s did Seriously how can you pay for sometjing only to then be charged again to use the same thing and works worse     Lost access on my iphone 4
