Surgeon simulator is one of my best games but I think they should make a update to let you do the brain transplant it would really help              Good buuutttt

Gameplay is mediocre with little guidance to start Reminds me of the electronic game Operation except this version has an internal short circuit At least the graphics are decent        Disappointing

It wont let me download it it was 5 bucks this game is a rip off and I dont get another 5 bucks in 3 years I cant download it even though I bought it and this is my only game     I hate it

I love this game I saw TheGamingLemon play it on YouTube and I wanted to try it I was a a little disappointed at not having the hand which makes sense but even more by not having the ambulance levels I have done both normal and corridor levels I would really appreciate an update with the other levels that are on the pic version                 Please Update

Only hard cause theres literally no controls     stupid

On the first level I follow all the directions break the ribs pull out the organs cut the stomach thing But then when I try to pull out the heart it doesnt come out The whole body is empty except the heart but for some reason its not coming out Im giving 1 star until its fixed because I just spent 5 dollars for a bug on level one Please fix     Game is bugged

Like on PC this game looks awesome Gameplay is awesome you can use things in the reception room you can even interact with that things and so on many patients and even aliens are waiting your help                 Very good and funny game

I like this game a lot I play it all the time but there is a slight error in the game on the teeth transplant where the teeth cant be removed please fix this              Good game but

For a game that requires as much dexterity as possible the controls in this game are absolutely horrible This is such to the point where the game is unplayable and frustrating The physics engine in this game is erratic and makes no sense whatsoever Dont waste your money on this game as I did     Controls are Horrible

Control of the tools are horrible The aim doesnt actually aim or get anywhere close to the spot you tap even when the marker is correct The graphics are pretty good but the control is so choppy and jumps into the body so much I cant even enjoy it Dont waste the time or money     Horrible accuracy

This game is just amazing I love the challenge on trying to complete surgeries such as heart transplants kidney transplants teeth transplants Eye transplants without spilling to much blood Now once you complete all the surgeries you go on to do the same surgeries in a more challenging game mode called the corridor stage Where your rushing your patient to the emergency room but completing the surgery through the hall way but heres the catch the tools you want will appear randomly on your left and right The game mode is challenging in the sense sometimes you need to use different tools to complete the surgery I like the challenge The game runs smoothly on the iPad Air 2 things I think should be added that are in the pc version is 1 brain transplant and 2 the space surgery with the no gravity effect other than that great game a must buy if your into challenges and can deal with mild gore                 I love it

Okay amazing game I have so much fun screwing around and finding better ways to perform surgery One of my favorites However I couldnt help but notice that there is a space level set in the computer version and it stops at corridor for phones I think the space levels would be an amazing update to the game That is my only complaint and its really only a suggestion Nothing bad whatsoever                 Amazing Love It

The gameplay on this is terrible This game isnt even passable as a free game let alone the 299 that I paid And the fact that all of the positive reviews make some reference to comedy gold smells of some serious shadiness I honestly really use reviews as a way of judging whether or not an app is total crap or not and the extreme shadiness of these reviews really makes me put into question the whole iTunes process     All reviews say comedy gold shady

This game feels like a total fraud It freezes and the controls do not function Yes a fun game so long as you dont mind that the laugh is on you How do I get my back     Impossible to play

This is probably the best game I have ever played on an iPad But as always theres always room for improvement I have also played the PC version and have been amazed but on the PC there are more surgeries more locations and special unlocks such as Meet The Medic Dear Bossa please do put more surgeries and a few special unlocks in the new update Thanks again                 Supercalioh you know the rest

This game is a complete waste of money The controls are so difficult even the first surgery took me like a dozen tries and I got a D In the beginning it took me like an entire minute and fifteen seconds just to pick up the pen I had to sign just scribbles I want my money back     Controls are impossible
