Since the app uses your calendar and contacts it s super easy to setup and start using There was a program to enter all of my contacts at once I got the reminders inapp which makes it fast easy to send out the reminders There is also a part that keeps track of supplies which is helpful for me Good Job Easy to setup and use bbrown987

Probably unrealistic to think you can do everything on a phone that you can do on a computer have tried several apps including much more expensive ones This one is the best so far as it can record simply transactions very quickly and easily It also has more advanced capabilities that are only a few taps away Client Connect feature is unique and very helpful in getting emails and texts to clients Have used both email and phone support and both are responsive and helpful Not Perfect but better than most lew6543

Paperwork and administration were killing us prior to the installation of this app Our prior system and methods were eating up productive time This app is easy to use and lets us keep up with the paperwork on a daily basis The spreadsheet export provides the detailed info our accountant needs to do her job and our taxes Document Manager let us setup our Invoices just the way we wanted with our terms logos etc Had to call for support and got immediate response on the weekend Couldnt ask for more App has been a lifesaver for our small business
The other apps I have tried are either too simplistic or too complicated this app is just right for my business ts so easy to bill that my revenue has actually increased since I can add other services that were falling through the cracks with just a few taps Once the job is finished its quick to do the billing via email The app uses Contacts and Calendar so setup is fast and easy I like having control of my data and not logging into someones server This app turned out to work better than expected It has just enough detailed information but not too much It is easy to enter and change information and I really like getting up to the minute financial info The support team is responsive and helpful when needed Would recommend for anyone in the our business Just right for my tech support business
