This is a good app but the latest version has some wierd changes When a photo opens there is now a bar above it at the top of the screen meaning the photo has to be scrolled up to see all of it Now when a post is liked an unattractive bar saying that you are liking the post appears at the top of the screen covering up the back arrow Neither of these things are a deal breaker but an indication of sloppy programming and people not caring how the app looks             Weird changes AJGoods

Back in the early days of social media and the AppStore there used to be a plethora of third party apps for services still trying to find their market and community Thankfully CatHand has kept up on iOS SDK updates to keep their simple but sleek tumblr app up to snuff and I didn t even realize when they added multiple account support and that s so welcome compared to the backwards account swapping that the 1st part app is Tumbletail has about the best interface for casual browsing and catching up on photo blogs and illustrators Love love love the app Keep up the great work CatHand                     Much needed Tumblr third party app dotHTM

I used to really like this app but I feel it rarely works as well as it used to It gives me errors for no reason saying the cache is full even when it s emptied and it says the service is unavailable It s too unreliable now         Ugh Kat2653467

After the second time having deleted the cache and then deleting the app I am going to try and find a Tumblr aggregator that isn t such a memory hog It is consistently the top space user on my iPad         I like the app but dkingman

However I m really sad that you haven t search NSFW content anymore I run two blogs and one of them is a NSFW blog I used to have this for that blog and the normal Tumblr app for the other but now this app cuts off being able to find and search for more blogs and content that are 18 A feature I used religiously Having an option to turn it off would have been better than to just remove it completely I d like to have the NSFW search back with a toggle to opt out                 I love this app a lot ThatNerdChick

The most current update is not loading my likes Most current ios uodate is installed iPhone 6 user I have cleared cache force restarted the phone deleted and re downloaded the app all a couple of times It shows me the three most current likes and that is all and it wont load more to show me the rest of my like history         Issues with current update AdamJBlack

I love this app i use it every day far more than the official app I just wish there was support for audio posts automatic tagging based on the type of post i e When rebloging a text post the tag text would automatically be tagged with that post and seeing my notifications would be great as well If those features were added that would really put this app over the top                 Great app aj _Flores620

Excellent app on iPhone and even better on iPad for convinient feed browsing It seems it is optimized towards image viewing and less for text or video just a webview occasional distored text layout sometimes no video playback Didn t check music posts yet Some features optimizations i would like to see Touch ID comments more gestures like reblog proper Share Sheet not hidden in a sub menu contact sheets for galleries 2 3 images per row not a stripe                 Great Tumblr reader for power users but IonCannon337

This was a great app that I used a lot until the more recent version where slideshow mode doesn t seem to work anymore I don t know why tf they took it out it was the best part of the app It kind of works okay without it             Was good before Slideshow mode broke The R-Dogg

I know a lot of people aren t a fan of the layout but I find it great for going through my dash and being able to select what exactly I want to view                     My go to tumblr app Elec_Rabbit

I don t know what happened with the most recent update but I can t switch between accounts as easily anymore I used to be able to do this by touching the word Dashboard at the top of the screen But it s disappeared with this update This used to be my go to app for Tumblr but until this is fixed I m going to have to look for something else     Awful update TerranceDC

The feature to easily switch among all my tumblr accounts without logging in and out of each one individually no longer exists This feature was the only reason I used tumbletail lite I actually bought the full version based on this attribute a few days ago and now it s gone Truly disappointed with this update             Update is disappointing Sonya Watson

Fast fully featured a pleasant surprise given the awkward interface Given the lack of good tumblr pic apps on the store this one stands out as the best Only thing that prevents me from giving 5 stars there s a bug when you link to view another blog off your dashboard or via search following or bookmarks and switch to full screen after the first pic if you hit back it takes you back to the dashboard or menu screens respectively instead of the detail info for that pic Therefore you can only view the pics one at a time at that point and if you want the overview you have to go back and select that blog again or swipe back to the first pic Hopefully an easy fix in a future release One other it s strange how you enter your tumblr account information directly to the app instead of through the Tumblr auth portal though from what I can tell your password is stored locally on your device and not on a third party server no way for me to know for certain though                     Best tumblr pic app yet gschoen

Tumbletail is my go to App for browsing and sometimes posting to Tumblr Like some other folks I upgraded to the 3 65 version and got the crashing I contacted the Dev on Twitter and a couple days later FIXED These things sometimes happen and responsiveness from Devs is great Remember kids Developers often DO NOT read reviews It s just too depressing Contact the Devs any other way Mail Twitter NOT here At the very least use the report a problem button and let the dev try and push a fix Tumbletail is back to its old reliable state and I m happy Yes I ve tried and bought some others I just keep going back to this great App                     Crash in 3 65 is fixed really quick Thanks CatHand Leo of BORG
