UDOT Traffic

This is just what Utah needed to get around in this ever changing City it can be very confusing getting round if you are not familiar the state of Utah greateveryone will definatly love love this app what a great state Utah is and to have to move around without knowing which way to go is very very scaryso how about this review I hope this is one of the longest                 UDOT Traffic

Need to be able to turn bicycle icons on off while on that layer Extremely cluttered cant see actual roads unless closely zoomed in           Bike icon issues

It needs to update more frequently Example It currently says that Provo is dry and overcast Well its not Id say this is a blizzard with quite a bit of accumulation Its been like this for our whole trip since we left Wyo UDOT could take some lessons from Wyomings Wyo info WYODOT website which was incredibly accurate and current     Not that accurate

How about saying somewhere that this app is only for Utah     Really

I have used this app since the beginning It has evolved into a nice multi information source with weather cameras road reports and more My only ongoing complaint is both the website and this app cant handle large volumes of traffic when we need it most like major storms or incidents Fix that please              Great App

This app is superb It gives fairly detailed info within a few seconds I dont go anywhere now without it especially in the winter                 Great App 4 Travelers

Itd be if the app could tell me where the incidents are really located I know the give the mile post number but theres no way unless youve memorized them somehow to know where say mp 18 is At least its outside my knowledge and Id bet Im not alone Another thing is the naming of the highway or roads are screwy I know that isnt the app per say but I live in Ogden and work in SLC I take 89 to Legacy most days Its not easy to tell if the comments on roads are referring to my route as its not listed legacy but I think its sr67 I only know that because thats what is listed on the cameras when I look at the road conditions I would think this is a oft utilized route but Ive never seen it listed as the do for say the corridor on I15 Anyhow the other item Id like to see combined here is the express pass account info I dont use it often but I do wish I could check the level of funds more easily Finally on the road conditions the listed information has a line of input that I would think should be hidden It is under every line and it reads false false microsft internet Or something like that It looks sloppy              Like it

We live in Summit County and commute via Parleys Canyon to work and school every day This app is incredibly useful in keeping us informed about road conditions especially in the winter months Being able to view live traffic cameras and signs gives us the ability to know whats going on before we head up or down the canyon This winter alone the app has saved us countless time hassle and frustration My only complaint is that the cameras often fail during the harshest conditions when you need to see the images the most Id also like to see them add the ability to enable push notifications for canyon closures restrictions etc Still kudos to UDOT              Extremely Useful App

Great app does everything you need it to its a lot easier than logging onto the udot website It doesnt have streaming live camera views but who cares Its gets the job done perfectly                 Dont hate

This app has way more functionality than youd expect youcan check the camera of any location along the major highways for real time traffic reporting Also has very precise weather reporting Very surprised with how cool this app is                 Can view any traffic cam from phone

Curious as to why the travel advisories dont update more often I missed out on work today waiting to see if a canyons driving conditions would improve As I didnt want to get stuck or wreck It hasnt updated in 8 hours how is that helpful to anyone           Why doesnt app update

I love this app It has been a time as well as a life saver when it comes to driving in the traffic So if youre wondering if you should even try it yes you should Keep up the good work Utah Transit                 This is a very VERY useful app

Uptodate road and weather conditions webcams along all major roads travel alerts every state should have an app like this one                 Functional useful app

The idea is great but they are slow to update traffic information        Slow

Great app I always check it before I leave for work for any delays It would be nice to have a push notification when there will be a delay in you regular commute              Saves me from getting stuck in traffic

Just loaded this and noticed that it was showing 13th East and 2100 South as clear     Not showing anything

I appreciate a realtime view of the roads That picture is worth a thousand words                 Love the cameras

The app is great to see how snow covered the road is that Im traveling on                 Great app

Besides the traffic cameras always available the road construction information is very detailed and up to date Really a useful app                 Extremely helpful

This app is generally great One change I would like to see is that the map default to my current location It does display the current location dot but I have to manually go to it depending which end of my commute Im at              Useful Information

This App is genius Its very accurate with the traffic conditions and updated pretty regularly The only thing that would make it better is if the street cameras were live streams instead of still images that update every 10 mins If they made that one change this would be the GREATEST traffic app EVER Still give it 5 stars                 Love It

Seemed to have been working okay the last bit but then it snowed this morning so I wanted to see how the commute was looking and the traffic cams have seemingly disappeared Fail     Cameras

I was very surprised how good this is for a state agency app Its very helpful and quite complete Definitely recommended even of youre a fairly light commuter                 Fantastic app

Overall great app for road conditions I would add an additional page for the web cams instead of overlaying the on the traffic road condition maps Its very difficult to see the traffic and conditions in the dense areas              Udot app

UDOTs app is so useful for current and future road conditions UDOT consistently provides the most accurate information on accidents and weather conditions I used to try to figure out Spanish fork canyon weather through KSL or accuweather but this is much simpler Ive also used it from my phone to help get around accidents                 My goto app for road trips

Over the past few years UDOT has really been stepping it up on keeping things moving and doing work faster This APP rocks and now I totally know where to go if I need their help getting around KUDOS UDOT Keep up the awesome work I would like to be able to set up my own routes That would just be the cherry on top                 UDOT stepping it up AGAIN

The app would be perfect if only the cameras were more reliable Any time Im in traffic and want to see whats going on up ahead the camera I need NEVER works My travel route is SLC to Utah county           Cameras are unreliable

This is a great app So much easier to navigate than the website You can easily find traffic and weather status on all the major roads through Utah You can even view road cams                 Fantastic App

My family spends a fair amount of time on the road and find this app extremely useful for navigating around construction projects and road accidents Its user friendly After speaking with some of my coworkers we hope that the group who pulled together this app will write an app for ERIC that would allow Utah State employees to enter their time via smart phone and tablets                 Very useful app

I live in Utah County where the freeway construction frequently causes huge traffic problems I constantly check the UDOT traffic conditions on my desktop computers when heading out the door Sometimes I am in a hurry and dont take the time to check Having this portable app is FREAKING AWESOME The information is current and even has traffic cam views Very niiiiice                 Incredibly Useful Informative and UpToDate

It was very useful tracking road closures during the sudden blizzard that occurred the same time as the Sundance Film Festival 2012 UDOT is ahead of other states in this quality traffic app              Helpful wish other states would copy

This is a great app but the only thing I dont likeit doesnt keep track of me on the map Im on the map but I have to scroll over to find me on the map when Im traveling Other maps keep me in the center of the screen when Im moving           Map doesnt follow me
