I really need this app and it upsets me that it stopped working You need to update it ASAP     Stopped working

I use this app all the time to see if people I bond out go back to jail After the last update the app doesnt work If this is fixed back to the way it was Id give it 5 stars     Fix bug from last update

I used to love this app but with the recent update the Register for Notification feature no longer works at all Im on iOS 802 Please fix Now with the most recent update the app cannot find any inmates at all     It Stopped Working

I cannot view any photos on here it jus says photo unavailable Do I have to upgrade it or buy something to get the photos I dont know but I wish I could have the photos with mine as well so I could know if its the accurate person           Photos

the app is great but it stop updating before it gave real time on inmate that got lockup now it does not what happen              not updating

So my ex was on here when he was in county then vine notified me he was being transferred to doc now he disappeared And hes not on doc so Im confused        Not sure

Its nice that I can check to see if someone is in custody however they need to provide charges and bonding info           Somewhat useful

When you install the app the toggle switch needs to be turned on in order to see photos Works great The only issue is lack of updates on inmates Finding more on Google about conviction updates than on this app                 Photos are available

When I try to register my perp it says my email is already registered Well I know that I want to know that Im set up to receive an update on HIM if he moves etc but theres no way to actually find out if what youre set up for is correct or not I dunno its great in theory but I dont trust this app at all The phone calls have worked in the past I remember it saying my perp has transferred and Id have to open a new request but Im still unsure if Im set up right Theres no way to check anywhere Im trying to keep tabs on a convicted murderer soooo itd be great to have some reassurance Thanks     No peace of mind

Inmate was moved a week ago and this app still doesnt show it Whats the point of using the app if it doesnt give accurate information Better off using the DOC website     App doesnt update info

I use vinelink All the time in my work This app just does not work You search for an offender you know is in custody And the app tells you theyre not in custody It doesnt work I will stick to the web based version     Terrible App

First let me say as a bail bondsman I use this app everyday and am very thankful for it Secondly I want to offer some suggestions to the developers 1 Show the DOB in addition to the age In fact the date of birth is FAR MORE important than inmate age There are 20 incarcerated Juan Cruzs in Florida that are 20 years old 2 My language doesnt change every time I open the app so please remember my default language 3 As with suggestion 2 My email or recommended alert option doesnt change so please remember my alert contact information in the app 4 Just remember all my default alert settings so I dont have to reenter unless changing it 5 Try searching across the state of Florida for a Juan Garcia or any common name Its impossible to distinguish between the results Adding the DOB besidebelow the name on the results list would allow us to quickly find the correct person To make matters worse the list isnt numbered so when you click and verify its not the person and then go back you dont know who you already viewed So it becomes a guessing game going through the list of results 6 Thank you           Great App but Needs Polishing

When the app will work it is great Only problem is that it will only work about 20 of the times Ive tried to use it I keep getting pop ups that say An error occurred Please try again     Great when it works

Id give this app 5 stars but no matter what names I use there are never any photos available for the offenders Not sure if its an app issue or a Stateagency issue              No Photos available

The app works okay but when you try to register for updates on an inmates status the app automatically closes and goes to the iPhone main screen           So so app Release has flaws

This application is connected to people who are incarcerated My connection is a family member in county jail She is frightening I as well as others need to know if her status changes For example I registered her name my email if she is released I am notified right away electronically to my computer now phone Thats why there are no pictures you know who you want to be notified about This is a great service Thank you                 Great Idea

My fiancé was in Meade Co jail I bonded him out before we left the parking lot within 30 mins I was contacted by phone text Have to say thats pretty quick Also a friend in Hardin Co Grayson contacted within 1 hr of moving to different county                 Very Satisfied

i understand why they cant notify exactly when something happens for the safety of inmates the officers but it is very delayed 12 hrs is a little excessive in my opinion marion co inmate look up on line is about a 1hr delay           ok

If your a victim of any crime and are scared and paranoid of your offender coming out to get you dont event bother with this app I already knew from my countys inmate search site that my offender was sent out to prison since THIS MORNING and VINE 15 hours later calls and emails me that he is being transferred to a location that is unknown to them yet I knew where he was before VINE did Whats the point of this app if theyre not going to notify you immediately that your offender had been released Youll know 15 hours later when he has hitch hiked all that way to your city and is standing at your door Waste of my time this app Your better off just checking your countys inmate search page online and bookmarking it to your home screen That will make for a better more accurate more UPDATED app     Dont notify you immediately

This app has been extremely helpful for me to be more efficient at my job in community corrections I am able to keep track of individuals on my caseload and find out when they are in jail faster on here than on the jail screen The alerts work and I havent had a single instance where the information on the app was inaccurate                 Extremely useful

Im glad that I can keep up with my offender and dont have to utilize the computer Now with just a tap of the screen I can monitor my offender anywhere Great program vine                 Great app

I like the app but since I updated it when I go to search for an offender it shows up saying 1 out of 1 records found and when I go to click on it nothing happens it wont open Please fix it              Like the app

I didnt like how this app doesnt show any of the inmates picture I looked up for especially also when I tried to get a notification from an inmate the app would say loading for about 10 seconds then instantly close Ive already deleted redownloaded the app about 5 times it still does the same thing This app needs to be fixed soon        Vinemobile
