This app is remarkable Its save me tons of space I love it and this version is flawless                 Awesome

This app isnt perfect for my needs but its darn close The Dev updates fairly frequently and fixes issues brought up by users pretty quickly Very pleased with this app so far                 Worth the price

I used it for over a year All was good until recent upgrade Now the sound either does not work at all or it stops working in middle of the video If I close it and reopen the app it may work for little moment and goes off again Someone better fixes the sound issue Without sound working the app becomes useless     Sound not working right

Im loving this app It recognizes subtitles works with all file types and even streams from my TimeCapsule Great                 Great App

Truly amazing I can see and play movies of any format mov is my favorite on every computer on the network They play perfectly no need to even transfer them over to my iPad Also Rob offers outstanding support He was quick to release the patch for iOS8 and answers any question quickly This is indeed a PRO app                 Outstanding

Tried to install it on my computer and it blocked it by saying it contains Malware Apple needs too check the APP and if the app requires a DOWNLOAD And check that part out Wasting a lot of money with this If it doesnt have a free version or trial dont get any streaming apps     MALWARE

Version 412 worked the best V420 had issues but was bearable on my ipad 4th gen on iOS 612 where it would lose my place in a movie unless I gracefully shut down the app every time And the latest 425 version has fully stopped working Reinstalling and restarting my ipad makes no difference as the app tries to start then instantly crashes every time I wish I backed up my ipad locally so I could roll back to an old version hope the developer can fix this     Stopped working on IOS 612

Downloaded it set it up in a second used it This app functions perfectly and I completely recommend it                 Perfect

VLCStreamer is one of my favorite apps Love that I can copy my videos from my computer to my iPhone and take them with me any where The videos stream beautifully and play perfectly              VLC Streamer

Few apps have met much less actually exceeded my expectations VLC Streamer works as easily and intuitively as VLC Making every movie file on my mac regardless of file format available to every one of my iOS devices Awesome little app                 Works as advertised

For an ad free app suite this is simply unbeatable Helper tool on the host streamer on the iPad and I can watch all my videos wherever I happen to be I do wish the iPad video size could be modified to resize instead of full screen only some smaller resolution videos off my old phone are just too grainy to stream full size                 Nice suite of tools

Whats lacking is the fact I cannot transfer my files via an IP address like I can with my HD Player Makes it challenging to do that this why 1star     Flexibility

The app description says it should be compatible with an iPad 2 on iOS 612 but it crashes on mine every time immediately after launch I completely restarted my iPad and uninstalled and reinstalled the app to no avail This cant have been tested     Crashes Immediately on iPad 2 iOS 612

Worth every penny If you want to watch videos saved on your computer on your ipad you need to get this immediately Even works with mkv files Logged on just so i could write this review Love this app                 Yes

Went thru about 9 apps b4 finding this one which actually works I have about 350 movies but they are all in different formats MKV WMV MP4 AVI and so far the only problem I have had is with wmv files either take forever to convert or the app gives up and says failed conversion Other than that I have flawless streaming with occasional pixelization but it is due to network congestion not the app              Best app so far to stream to IPad from a PC

It is a pleasure to get a App that actually does what it says it can due I live in Costa Rica and the Internet is very slow Being able to stream and download to my IPad is a blessing I highly recommend this App                 Fantastic app

This newest update seemed to work fine until I paused the video and locked my phone Every time I lock and unlock my phone while a videos playing it says This operation could not be completed and its making me mad I cant play anything and come back to it later If you lock your phone while a video is processing at all then the video becomes corrupted Dont waste your time This apps broken     I CANT WATCH ANYTHING

Surprisingly easy to use and it works But remember that there may be a conflict if you are downloading a torrent at the same time you are streaming a video                 GREAT CONVENIENCE

Works quite well with the latest update Basically lets you use your pc to handle the actual processing requirements for VLC while running the video on your tablet And if youre going to be away from your network it lets you download the processed video to the tablet Does well with almost all formats Ive tried and can handle multiple audio and subtitle tracks Fair warning the processing end does require a fair amount of PC power                 Handy

Works great and I use it often If I could change one thing would be to build in a VPN feature that would allow me to access my home computer to add shows while traveling              Very happy with this app

This is one of the most frequently used apps on my iPad I love using it to load videos to watch on my train ride to work My only issue is it has trouble maintaining a connection to my laptop when loading videos But otherwise it works great              Great for onthego viewing

Not sure why others are having issues but this works perfectly on my iPhone 6 and iPad mini Simple and effective Completely worth buying                 Awesome

This app has a lot of potential but it is very buggy It is prone to lose connection to the PC and freeze the downloads It barely works        Eh its barely passible

Was a great app until recent updates Now its all out of whack The PC streamer seems to be the source of the issue for me having to reset it after watching one episode of a tv show or movie My iPad loses connection to the streamer Tried every work around possible Only solution is to just restart the streamer Pain in the butt     Buggy but useable

This app is great for watching movies but when it comes to adding subtitles I cant choose the encoding of the subtitles on my iOS device and when I add a movie from my PC using the helper app I cant choose what subtitles I want to play with my movie it keeps choosing the main subtitle file that comes with the movie please add an option for choosing a subtitle file or add the encoding option on the iOS app its like on each OS there is a missing feature and if the PC has it my iOS device doesnt and vice versa please add these features they are extremely necessary thank you           Please add this one feature

This app is incredible From my iPad I can browse my PCs files to select a video to add or use Dropbox Amazing I tried out the free version to make sure it worked and it works flawlessly                 Just what I needed

I have a rather large video collection on my Mac but I like to be able to sit in another room and be near the family when Im relaxing With VLC Streamer I can sit anywhere in my house and stream videos from my Mac to my new iPad Mini over WiFI If I want I can also download vids for watching when not on my home WiFi LAN I havent explored it all the way so am not quite sure how to change the subtitles or voice tracks and there doesnt seem to be a specific playlist feature but I can browse my library from the iPad with no issue The helper app on the desktop works under El Capitan beta and the iOS apps work on iOS 9 beta without a hitch I would have been willing to pay twice as much for this app than I did The dev is responsive to questions and very helpful and hes actively working on his apps I have no doubt that this will only improve to be bestinclass in the near future                 Pretty near perfect

I use this app almost every day and have almost no complaints except that I find it necessary to restart my movies from the very beginning on the rare occasion my network connection drops              Almost Always Excellent

If youre looking for an app to pull video from your Mac and stream it to your mobile this will do it Add the free app to your Mac and youll be up in a few minutes Just remember that the app does some conversation so how fast your movie streams to your mobile will depend on the speed of your machine and your network With my iPad Air 2 its pretty much realtime but forget scrubbing or skipping aheadeven in the movies that have copied to your mobile your control is limited The biggest complaint I have is queuing or trying your to convertcopy over more than one video at a time Doesnt work It tries but usually taps out for medium to large files But for simple streaming of multiple formats this app does the job              Works As Promised

A month or so ago when I first purchased this it would show subtitles for show in other languages Now it doesnt That defeats the point if using this thing as thats why I bought it since loading videos and the subtitle files still werent showing up on the old vlc player Update Got subtitles working again I had to update the helper and vlc player Hopefully it stays working The main videos Im watching work better on my iPad                 What happen to subtitles

I tried several media players some of which I regret the have spent money on This one is doing exactly what I want Stream or download movies No long wait no adds no inapp no jitter Just works                 Best Ive tried so far
