Wells Fargo for iPad®

I dont know what happened but I downloaded the updated app and everything is so huge I usually use my iPad for everything and now I cant because when you try to make payments the number pad that pops up is so big it doesnt fit on the screen plz fix this ASAP     Horrible Update

I have to laugh at all the negative reviews and wonder who is having problems with this Just saying It does what it is suppose to do                 Works perfectly for me

I cant activate it I cant afford to have my phone turned on just to activate this app I need the app but no way to activate it Why Why the change And why cant I activate it through email This is extremely unfair and stressful I now feel like switching banks Im not kidding Change this FIX IT NOW     Stressful

You must agree to automated text messages and phone calls before you get your code and this is pleural Cannot use the app without the code Since I dont take unsolicited calls or texts I wont activate this app The old one was fine     Crapapp

This app never rarely works especially when I need it WF servers are down about 50 of the time WF should be better than this junk     WF should be better

Most of the Big Bank apps are bad This one is the worst And still no touch ID support At this point that is a dealbreaker Im changing banks     Really awful

You didnt give us a heads up you fell down WF It wont load properly if you dont delete the old app icon from your phone or ipad and then reload the app from the App Store              You have to delete the old app to get the new one to work

In the previous version mobile deposit worked flawlessly Now the current app needs 5 tries literally to get a usable photo of your check Very frustrating     Mobile deposit used to work fine

The app functionality is reasonable however it is a significant pain to use if you wish to flip between a web browser or email and the App Doing so often results in having to re enter your login information even if you only flipped between apps for a few seconds Makes it almost unusable for stock research and placing trades        Inability to multitask

The new version is TERRIBLE As a business owner and always on the go the previous version was perfect I could manage all of my accounts with no problem Im not sure what brains put this BS together but they need to look at these reviews and bring back the previous version     Terrible

The most recent update seems to have rendered the bill pay feature unusable Way to go This app is pretty much worthless to me if I cant even pay my bills using it have to resort going to the full website to do that SMH     Useless

Im not 75 with cataracts so I dont need the text size to be 24 pt The old layout is much preferred and easier to read How about having an option to increase or decrease the text size     hate the latest update

Although I liked their previous layout better Would like to be able to move the accounts in a different order and put least used ones at bottom Can that be done Otherwise a heck of a lot better than my previous bank              Works fine for me

The last update is awful Its zoomed all the way in and cannot zoom out Rollback the last update please geez     Terrible

The text is so large I have to scroll to see all of my account balances Id rather smaller text to see everything at a glance The size of the text feels overwhelming and in your face The app doesnt occupy the full ipad screen and some of the menus are cut off from being too large to fit on one page I cant alter the size of the text or screen Doesnt provide a good user experience     Did I somehow manage to download a version for the seeing impaired

Why should I bother with this app when it makes me go online via a computer and answer security questions every time I sign on Either code the app to ask the questions or delete the app altogether Useless     Why bother

I loved the two previous versions of this app and Im not sure why Wells upgraded to this The mobile deposit feature has taken some major steps backwardsi always end up using the manual capture after several tries with the automatic The version or two before this one was greatcan we go back     Disappointed in North Carolina

But certainly not in a good way Apps made by Wells Fargo consistently have many bugsin this version of the app a popup repeatedly opens indicating signin was prevented to protect your account but when you call them they have absolutely no idea what you are talking about a distinct lack of features compared to competitors terrible and ugly User Interfaces and dont utilize features from the latest versions of mobile OSes Touch ID among others Wells Fargo does a great job in showing what NOT to do with mobile apps     At least they are consistent

I never leave reviews for apps but this app is so bad I had to give it a negative rating its so buggy and frustrating Every time I try to enter a new bill payee the search boots you out and you have to click back in after typing each letter ITS INSANE Not to mention the UI is hideous and looks like a stretched out iPhone app The iPhone app itself is like using a website from 2003 For reference I bank with Chase Capital One and Citi as well Chase is by far the best followed closely by Capital One Citi is alright but nothing special I would avoid banking with Wells Fargo just because of how awful their app is     Awful and painful to use

When is Touch ID going to be added If you try to use a really secure password it takes too long to log in most times for me means multiple tries Please use the updated technology we currently have           Touch ID

Watch out if you pay bills with this app it failed to process two payments I tried to make with the app and I was too trusting and did not verify until it was too late Payee beware and ensure the bill pay that you want goes through Dont trust this app        Ensure you check your bill pay

Now I cant access it at all It doesnt show on my desktop as if I un installed it but havent And it still shows up in my App Store as if its installed Update I restarted my ipad and it seem to be working now 3 stars unless something else comes up           Last update fail

All of a sudden my bill pay part of the app will not work I have an iPad mini and all software is up to date I have called Wells Fargo and they know of no problem I hope someone from Wells Fargo will read this and help     Bill pay will not work

This latest version was a tremendous step backwards for me I have multiple accounts including those for my kids The old version let me name the accounts The new version doesnt seem to understand the concept Its a hassle to try to keep track of them by balance or the acct number Mgmt and transfers are now much harder Apart from more obvious space for advertising I see no upside to the UI changes I wouldnt have thought this app could get worse The addition of debt consolidation advertising changed my mind     Less than before

Cant seem to get it to work They want me to keep calling in Defeats the purpose of online banking     Avoid online banking

It worked fine Then one day it didnt One would think with ALL the fees charged by WFB and the other costs involved in banking plus the cost of an iPad for that matter one would think this downloading of the WFB app could be accomplished Anybody rising to the challenge     Why Cant this App be Accessed Any Longer

It wont let me select my cell phone to activate it Im very severely hearing impaired so the only way I can do this if if it will let me select my cell phone so the activation code can be texted to me Even though Ive gone online and made sure my cell phone number is in my account it still will only let me select my home line phone Very annoying when companies make things so difficult for impaired people The whole reason I wanted to use this app was because I cant hear on the phone Please fix this the app should let me choose any number that is on my account for activation     Cant even activate it

Watch out for this App They require you to provide a telephone number to get an access code But you HAVE TO PROVIDE PERMISSION FOR THEM TO USE AUTODIALERS AND PRERECORDED MESSAGES TO CALL YOUR PHONE Basically permission to RoboCall you Really Wells Fargo You cant find a better way to work with your customers     Watch RoboCalls

I had been running the prior iPad app and loved it After upgrading to new version the screen size was so big that the screen was partially cut off I was very disappointed After reading another post to DELETE the prior iPad app first I gave that a try and now the app works great                 Delete the old app first before upgrade and now it works nicely

What the hell I have been trying to use bill pay for about three months now and every time I go into it it tells me is temporarily down Ive uninstalled reinstalled numerous times its make me have to use it on my phone and why the hell is there not an option to automaticallyPay the bills Why do I have to manually do it every month like other thanks websites     Ugh

Now Wells Fargo requires you to give them your cell number to activate the app and they explicitly state they may sell that number to other vendors This is simply unethical for a bank to do to their customers     Selling phone numbers

App locks up Unable to use it so zero stars is a more appropriate rating     App

The new version will not allow mobile deposits on either the iPad Air 2 or the iPhone 6 Worked fine before the latest version     Lousy

I cant believe WF has a deposit limit of 250000 The whole point of using a mobile app is to deposit my checks rather than running to a local branch Charles Schwab Chase etc all let you make any size deposit the check is no limit This is asinine and I hope WF execs read these reviews Im deleting this ASAP along with canceling all my WF accounts Oh and the first time I used this app it froze The developers need to be shot     Deposit limit is ridiculous

Latest updated for iPad killed the bill pay portion of this app Totally useless to me now iPhone app works fine PLEASE FIX THIS Spent a good half hour on the phone with an associate who didnt know why it wasnt working I uninstalled and reinstalled the app then read the reviews and discovered ti iPad app issues     Stopped working

Ive used this app before but today when I went to deposit a check I received a notification that I needed to verify my account online However online I cant deposit the checkonly on the app Ive deleted and redownloaded multiple times but I still cant access my account using the app     Frustrating

I dont like the new app it is hard to find my accounts everything is too big and it looks like a little kid put it together Please bring back the old version it was flawless     The old one was perfect
