Love this app It has transformed how we do attendance and has moved us to modern times I love the new Dropbox sync feature However in a future update I would like to have the ability to export Mailing addresses With one tap all students addresses could be exported into a file used for printing address labels Looking forward to whats to come Thanks for such a great app              Super app Could use updates

This has been a big help knowing who is and is not here I love the fact that my leaders have a picture so if they do not know all the students they can still figure out who is there I just hand them my iPhone and they can take attendance Later I will check things on my iPad that is sinked I would love to have a leaders section and would like to connect to facebook But looks great for now                 Like it so far

Do not spend your money on this app1499 is way too much here Theres a great concept and need for the ministry app that saves time in administrative tasks However this is not it There are multiple other apps that allow you to create events and keep track of people This has too many glitches and glaring flaws to be effective at this point in time Ive asked for a refund on this purchase as I dont want to burden my church with this cost for an app I will not use     Be Careful Horrible App Zero Stars

Really want to use this app because there is nothing like it available It has the potential to be a game changer However if you have a youth ministry with more than a handful of students and have multiple leaders it is simply unusable unless multiple people on multiple devices can input data that will sync to one central place It is counterproductive to have multiple leaders all inputting student data on multiple devices if that data cant be received on my database Also it would be extremely helpful if there was a computer based site where we could disseminate this data as well If these problems can be solved via a solution like Dropbox or something it will be incredible please fix this because I really want to use it        Wish I could use it

It is nice that the app can take attendance and list events and even text students However its not a true group messaging app You still have to click send for every student in the group Even if you only have 25 students you still have to click 25 times on the send button Also it would be nice to be able to add a section to write notes about a student like if they have any allergies or behavior to watch for It only gives room for one parent and phone number        Not much different than regular contacts

I have been searching for an app like this for years So excited to have found it Even better with the new update to sync my iPad and iPhone Only suggestion is a different view for iPad but I bet thats coming soon Keep up the good work                 Awesome App

This is almost exactly what I have been looking for The only things I would like to see added is the option to change what info is added for the student and parent For instance it would be great for the student to have option of entering various social media handles and the parent section should include an email option as well              Almost perfect

A great app for any youth ministry If you are trying to see growth in your ministry this app is a must The new Dropbox feature makes this app so useful You can now sync accounts on multiple devices without all the struggle of iCloud With the other apps coming on board soon I know this will just get better I know 15 seems like a lot but it has saved me so much time I wouldnt know what to do with out it                 A Youth Ministry Must

Fantastic My only critique is not being able to see attendance and names in a spreadsheet that I can print off for paper records Or maybe I am just ignorant and havent figured that out yet If it can happen will happily change to a 5 star Other thoughts the app seems to crash often when I try to email from it Can you group email from the app as well If not that would be fantastic Having a volunteer group page would awesome as well              Fantastic

The app is simply and great to use Everythings need to know about a student is just a few taps of the finger away How ever it would be nice to see both options to have leaders be entered into the system with out having to enter them as a student Also it would be great to be able to get a hold of the student through social media like Facebook or Twitter              Almost there

This app is a great tool for taking attendance and monitoring students and breaking down statistics for your group The text message tool is another plus as well I really like the look and feel of the app Things that need work are a more comprehensive way to make reports a way to print off a database it would be nice if the phone numbers would go to contacts automatically and the iCloud sync does not work properly This isnt an issues with iCloud its an issue with the app Overall I really do like this app I hope the iCloud sync issue is fixed soon and I cant wait for the next updates           Solid app but still has room for improvements

Wherever and whenever I looked for something to meet the needs of my registration process electronically everything always fell short all except for YMT With over 150 students on a weekly basis and new students coming in weekly we needed something that could help us keep our paper database more streamlined This app is it The only feature thats currently missing is syncing across multiple devices that dont share an iCloud account That would take this app into the stratosphere and definitely assist us in keeping track of our students more easily              Nothing better

Im very impressed with this app The price is a little expensive but on the other hand is dirt cheap compared to what you could pay for another program I love the fact that it tracks the students age school nickname phone parent phone and address This information is vital to have for the what if that occurs with services I used to track attendance on the simple word app but it got old and inefficient very soon Also one thing this app excels is messaging Honestly Id get the app for this feature alone You creat groups multiple even for all students or a school I can personalize the text to where it send the student a text with their name instead of hey guys like what I used to do It gives the option to further edit so I could add more to a text for one individual or even cancel sending the text Theres so much Im leaving out because although simple this app has numerous features This app is worth it                 Amazing

I dont have an iPhone but I use this on my iPad and it is such a simple tool to use Once you get your students in the database setting up events and attendance is a breeze Also the students enjoy putting in their nicknames and photos He app is stable so far with no crashes Could use an option for youth workers as we count them for attendance as well Highly recommended              Helpful and easy to use

This needs to include parent emails and be able to create groups based on that criteria Also it would be great to have social media handlesaccounts for students and parents              So close to perfection

Can you make it so you can add grades preK through 4 I work in childrens ministries and Im having to tweak the grades Ie I made 6th grade selection for kindergarten              Request update

Edit 7192015 v 141 When we upgraded to this new version app crashed twice while upgrading the database third try was successful and once after it got through the welcome screens It seems the developers still have not fixed the app crashing problem This is a great app with a few issues I am hoping they get resolved in future updates We have a youth group of about 90 students so it has been interesting seeing all the statistics from different schools though right now I am not sure if any of the information is actionable In other words are we going to do ministry any differently armed with these attendance records Or is this more just something cool to have And Im perfectly fine with this just being cool to have brbr Issuesbrbr 1 Far too many required fields just to enter a students information IMHO none of the information needs to be mandatory except for perhaps a first name yes then some of the stats are less accurate but allow us users to make that decision please dont make it for us New students were understandably uncomfortable with giving out their birthdates let alone allow a picture to be taken of them Were a church talk about creepy We gamed the system by entering fake information for email phone and picture we just take a picture of the ceiling brbr 2 UI is inconsistent and cluttered in entering student information Some background fields are blue some are red there is no visible cue for the user on which are required until they try to go to the next screen and it throws up a flag And for that matter why not have all fields on the same page Why make us click Next needlessly a few times to get all the screens We can scroll and if youre going to keep the Next paradigm please make it larger for those of us on iPadsbrbr 3 Heres a curious UI choice When you get to the final screen for student entry you are required to take a picture you cant choose a picture from the camera roll BUT when you go to edit a students information you NOW have a choice of either taking another picture OR using a picture from the cameral roll Why not allow us that option on the final page of the data entry for a new student to begin withbrbr 4 App crashes randomly usually when loading up student picturesbrbr 5 App does not cache images student pictures consistently During attendance taking with students in either grid or list view if you scroll down and THEN back up the pictures that were INITIALLY loaded need to load AGAIN Its very slow and laggy we are using an iPad Mini 3 Ive tested this a few times and to be fair sometimes the images DO stay in place while scrollingbrbr 6 Price is probably on the high side for what it does and the amount of bugs it hasbrbr 7 ParentGuardian phone number does not automatically format into the xxx xxxxxxx format like the Student info doesbrbr brbr Futurebrbr 1 Allow users to import a CSV file with all the fields of student information That could open this app up to larger churchesbrbr 2 Allow the default state of which camera front or rear to be saved We have a student that goes around to take attendance so we usually use the rearfacing camera better quality more ergonomic for a third party to take a picture etc Its annoying to always have to switch the camera each time we get to that screen brbr 3 Would be nice when you select a particular student you could see all the events they have attended with filters etcbrbr Even with these concerns I see great potential for this app and we will continue to use this app Kudos to the developers for a great first try My understanding is that they are continually looking to improve and it can only get better from here Thank you for helping us in ministry for us youth leaders           Awesome app with incredible potential

This app is heading toward greatness The road map of planning the developers have is on point I would love the ability to back up the list on Dropbox or something like it The other is a birthday notification even if it was a filter group would make my life Still it is worth every penny                 The best youth ministry app I have ever found

Other youth databases that I have used dont have native apps This app solves that issue for me This app allows all my information about the students to be there with me all the time in a very clean and portable way The only reason for the 4 stars is for what it does not have not what it does have Everything about the app is great so far I do wish there were a few other options However I know the app developers are hard at work on a lot of these updates              Very good

Great at first but I find myself wishing it had more features like time stamp for sign in and out parent signatures and a bug fix for iCloud syncing Thats a nightmare actually But the rest is great           Very Good but needs growth

This app is a great idea Our kids love putting in their pics and info The trouble for us is that no matter what we do this app will absolutely not sync through our active Icloud account to our other devices We have removed the app and reinstalled several times with no success The app seems to be syncing but no data or pics ever appear The instructions on the Internet say you can export the data but inside the app there is no clear way to do this And if you do that can you reimport all the data if you remove the app and reinstall If the Icloud sync issues can be resolved I think this app has lots of potential And please quit blaming the sync problems on Icloud All my other apps sync seamlessly Fix that and the review stars go way higher     Great idea poor syncing

Ive been in student ministry for over a decade and this the best thing I have ever found to take attendance Sure there are more expensive programs you can use but they cost a lot more and they dont have the convenience of it being on your iPhone or iPad Its great to have that database of all my students with me at all times Plus if youre like me and you struggle to remember peoples names it helps by having their photo with their name like a cheat sheet before students show up for youth group The developers also do a great job of listening to user feedback and updating the app to reflect that input All in all its a great app well worth the money and something every student minister should have                 Must have for Student Ministry

This app is excellent It is young There have been bugs some things that needed added but the staff is quick to respond and are constantly making it better Must download for a small to mediumlarge ministry Thank you all at YMT              Honest review by a regular user

Minhub is an excellent app for tracking attendance being reminded of birthdays group messaging and much more Worth the investment                 Excellent and useful

I am part on a smaller church We do not have lots of resources for a church database software All I was looking for was something I could add image and names and then keep attendance with I love this app because I can keep up to date on my stats of whos coming and whos not I also get to see many great things such as I have lots of girls coming when the boys show up I do wish they would add the ability to add custom fields so I can keep thinsg like TShirt size and allergies in I also wish it would give me the option to require certain fields and not others But all in all its not a deal breaker The Filtering is a much needed adition and am excited for what they have plans for the future                 Good Stuff

The only reason I am 4 staring the app instead of 5 is that you recently mentioned the new upgrade would auto graduate seniors but I would still like to keep them in the database but just in a different category for college or young adults I still need there info rather than just erasing it Could you let me know what happens to that data once graduation happens Thanks              Great app

I have been using this for a few weeks and have finally built up a good database This app is amazing The reporting is great taking attendance is a breeze and creating events takes not time at all I also love that I can send out mass texts but they still be personalized and not Im a group text Awesome                 Amazing

The few negative reviews about this app are way off point This is a great app with HUGE potential Developers respond to emails and ask for input Always updating so there is always something new coming and improving If you are passionate about your students and your ministry this app is for you and worth the investment                 Game changer for Youth Ministry

A few suggestions allow a birthdays filter inside groups menu allow folders so one can be grades and one can be schools without cluttering the whole first page allow a get later option when filling out address some middle schoolers didnt know work it so you can have multiple staff with the app on their phone updating the program live definitely streamline this for iPadiphone 66too add social media data to be added needs better group texting tough to send individually when you have to go through 50 names Froze half way through and I didnt know who got them and who didnt I would pay a small monthly service for this dont make it iCloud because then my volunteers at their small group couldnt use their own phones to take attendance Use an email address to log in to an online database Something like that help rsvp for events then you could use the app to do live checkins utilize touchid to use for student logins Then you could have an iPad unit stand alone and students check in using their fingerprint GREAT app and so excited about what you guys are doing Goo I know you warned us about losing our data I even tried and thought I totally backed up your app Somehow it didnt make the cut when I upgraded and I lost all of the students in my database You need to sync this off the local server Ive got a huge pit in my stomach because I thought I was safe           How to Make this 5 Stars

I was 5 seconds into putting in my first contact and it kept giving me an error     Doesnt work

The concept of an app like this is a good idea But with the functionality that this app has or more accurately doesnt have charging 1499 for it is absolutely ridiculous Dont waste your money If they drop it down to 99 cents or MAYBE 199 then maybe give a try But for this price its a rip off and you WILL be sorry     This app should be free or 99 cents
